【0070】
VeAVE =(4Q)/(60πDe 2 )(m/s)……(1)
u1 =πND1 /60(m/s)……(2)
【0071】
【0072】
∠A=tan-1 {u1 /(2.5VeAVE )}±5°……(3)
【0073】
【0076】
φD2 =(Q/60)/(π/4・D2 2 ・u2 )
ψS=ΔPs /(γ/g・u2 2 )
【0077】
【0078】
φS={1.22×10×(ΔPs /γ)1/4 ・D2 /Q1/2 }4 ・ψD2 2
【0079】
【0080】
φD2 =(Q/60)/(π/4・D2 2 ・u2 )
=(Q/60)/(π/4・D2 2 ・(N/60・πD2 ))
【0081】
【0083】
De =0.351(m)
D1 =0.334(m)
Q=30.6(m3 /min)
N=580(rpm)
【0084】
【0087】
∠A=tan-1 {u1 /(2.5VeAVE )}±5°=37°±5°
【0088】
【0090】

Further, as this type of ceiling-embedded air conditioner, as disclosed in JP-A-5-39930, the position of the coupling portion on the shroud side at the trailing edge of the blade is more than the position of the coupling portion on the main plate side. Is also offset in the anti-rotation direction, and the position of the shroud side coupling portion at the leading edge of the blade is offset to the rotational direction side from the position of the coupling portion on the main plate side. There are also known improvements in the process.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the ceiling-embedded air conditioner as described above, the air sucked into the
Furthermore, in the ceiling-embedded air conditioner disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-39930, it is possible to improve the uniformity of the air blown to the outer peripheral side, but as described above, at the leading edge of the blade as well. On the shroud side, peeling still occurs, and in this case, by offsetting the leading edge and the trailing edge in the opposite direction, the chord length of the blade becomes longer, which not only increases the weight, but also increases the production. There was a problem that it would be difficult.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and can be easily manufactured without causing an increase in weight, and further includes a turbo fan that is improved in efficiency and reduced in noise. The object is to provide an air conditioner.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a turbofan according to claim 1 is provided along a circumferential direction between a main plate to be rotated, an annular shroud provided at a position opposite to the main plate, and the main plate and the shroud. A plurality of blades whose front edge, which is the inner peripheral end, is inclined toward the rotation direction side with respect to the rear edge, which is the outer peripheral end, and are rotated. Thus, the turbofan sucks air from the shroud side and blows it out to the outer peripheral side, and the blades extend from the front edge to the rear edge of the joint end with the shroud with respect to the joint end with the main plate. The position is shifted to the rotation direction sideThe shroud side end on the leading edge side of the blade is inclined toward the rotational direction. It is characterized by that.
[0009]
That is, the position of the joining end on the shroud side with respect to the joining end on the main plate side of the blade is shifted and offset from the front edge to the rear edge in the rotation direction side, so that the rearward in the rotation direction that occurs during rotation. The peeling at the side can be suppressed, and the efficiency can be improved and the noise can be reduced.
In addition, since each of the leading edge and the trailing edge is offset in the same direction side, the chord length of the blade is increased compared to the structure in which the leading edge and the trailing edge are offset in the opposite direction. Increase in weight and difficulty in production can be suppressed.
[0010]
Also aboveIn the turbofan, the shroud side end on the leading edge side of the blade is inclined to the rotational direction side. The
[0011]
As described above, since the speed component in the axial direction of the inflowing air is particularly large due to the suction side, the shroud side end on the front edge side of the blade is inclined toward the rotation direction side in the inflow direction of the inflowing air. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent peeling that tends to occur in the counter-rotating direction at this portion, and to further improve performance and reduce noise.
[0012]
Claim2The described turbofan is claimed1In the described turbofan, the shroud side end portion on the leading edge side of the blade is inclined by being curved toward the rotation direction side.
[0013]
That is, since the end portion on the shroud side on the front edge side of the blade is inclined by curving to the rotational direction side, the inflowing air can be smoothly sent out to the outer peripheral side without causing separation, Further performance improvement and noise reduction can be achieved.
[0014]
Claim3The described turbofan is claimed1Or claims2In the described turbofan, the shroud side end on the leading edge side of the blade has an inclination angle with respect to a plane perpendicular to the rotation direction in a range of 30 to 40 °.
[0015]
That is, the inflowing air can be smoothly taken in and sent out to the outer peripheral side without causing separation by the shroud side end portion on the leading edge side of the blade whose inclination angle to the rotation direction side is set to 30 to 40 °. it can.
[0016]
Claim4The turbo fan according to claim 1 is characterized in that, in the turbo fan according to claim 1, a protrusion is provided on the shroud side end portion on the front edge side of the blade on the side opposite to the rotation direction.
[0017]
That is, because the suction side is provided with a protrusion on the anti-rotation direction side, which tends to cause separation at the shroud side end on the front edge side of the blade where the axial velocity component of the incoming air becomes particularly large, It is possible to reliably prevent peeling at this portion, and to further improve performance and reduce noise.
[0018]
Claim5The turbofan according to claim 1,4In the turbo fan according to any one of the above, the entire leading edge is curved in the rotational direction and bulged in the counter-rotating direction.
[0019]
Thus, since the entire leading edge is curved in the rotational direction side and bulged in the counter-rotating direction, air can be flowed in from the inner peripheral side very smoothly and sent out to the outer peripheral side satisfactorily. be able to.
[0020]
Claim6The turbofan according to claim 1,5The turbo fan according to any one of the above, wherein the entire trailing edge is curved in the rotational direction and bulged in the counter-rotating direction.
[0021]
That is, since the entire trailing edge is curved in the rotational direction and bulged in the counter-rotating direction, the air can be smoothly sent out to the outer peripheral side, and provided on the outer peripheral side, for example, heat Resonance with a member such as an exchanger can be suppressed, and noise can be further reduced.
[0022]
Claim7The turbofan according to claim 1,6In the turbofan according to any one of the above, the leading edge of the blade is inclined in the rotational direction radially inward, and the inclination angle is at the center side with respect to the main plate side and the shroud side. It is characterized by being enlarged.
[0023]
In this way, compared to the shroud side and the main plate side, since the axial velocity component is small and the influence of friction and the like is small, the inclination angle is maximized at the central portion of the blade where the radial velocity component is greatest. Therefore, the intake of air from the inner peripheral side can be performed very smoothly.
[0024]
Claim8The turbofan according to claim 1,6The turbo fan according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the trailing edge of the blade is inclined in the counter-rotating direction toward the outer side in the radial direction, and the inclination angle is a center with respect to the main plate side and the shroud side. It is characterized by a large side.
[0025]
Thus, since the inclination angle in the central portion is larger than that on the shroud side or the main plate side, the air sent to the outer peripheral side can be made uniform.
[0026]
Claim9The turbofan according to claim 1,6The turbofan according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein a leading edge of the blade is inclined in a rotational direction toward a radially inward direction, and a trailing edge of the blade is inclined in a counter-rotating direction toward a radially outward direction. Each inclination angle is characterized in that the central side is larger than the main plate side and the shroud side.
[0027]
That is, it is possible to take in the incoming air well and send it out uniformly, and further improve the performance.
[0028]
Claim10The described turbofan is claimed7Or claims9The turbofan described above is characterized in that the angle of inclination on the front edge side is smaller on the shroud side than on the main plate side.
[0029]
That is, in particular, the shroud side having a large axial velocity component is made smaller and has a shape along the air inflow angle, so that air can be taken in more smoothly.
[0030]
Claim11The described turbofan is claimed7, Claims9Or claims10In the described turbofan, the inclination angle on the front edge side is in the range of 10 to 30 ° with respect to the rotation direction.
[0031]
Thus, air can be reliably and smoothly flowed in by the blade having the leading edge inclined in the range of 10 to 30 °.
[0032]
Claim12The described turbofan is claimed8Or claims9The turbofan described above is characterized in that the inclination angle on the trailing edge side is smaller on the main plate side than on the shroud side.
[0033]
That is, since the main plate side on which the flow of outflow air tends to be biased is made small, the outflow air can be made more uniform.
[0034]
Claim13The described turbofan is claimed8, Claims9Or claims12In the described turbofan, the inclination angle on the trailing edge side is in a range of 25 to 45 ° with respect to the rotation direction.
[0035]
In this manner, the air sent to the outer peripheral side can be reliably made uniform by the blades having the trailing edge inclined in the range of 25 to 45 °.
[0036]
Claim14The turbofan according to claim 1,13In the turbofan according to any one of the preceding claims, the blades adjacent to each other are radially wrapped on the leading edge side and the trailing edge side, and the range of the angle of the wrap is from the leading edge of the blade to the last. It is characterized by being 1/4 or less of the range of angles to the end.
[0037]
That is, the range of wrap angles in the radial direction of adjacent blades is set to ¼ or less of the range of angles from the most advanced part to the rearmost part of the blades, ensuring reliable air flow between the blades. In addition, it is possible to eliminate problems that make it difficult to manufacture by wrapping adjacent blades too much.
[0038]
Claim15The air conditioner described above sucks air from a suction port provided in the case body, flows the air through a heat exchanger by a turbo fan in the case body, exchanges heat, and then conditioned air from the air outlet to the indoor space. In the ceiling-embedded air conditioner that performs air conditioning by blowing out as the turbo fan,14The turbo fan according to any one of the above is provided.
[0039]
In this way, air can be taken in very efficiently without causing separation, and can be uniformly sent out to the outer peripheral side.In addition, since it has a turbofan that can be easily manufactured and reduced in weight, This turbo fan takes in the indoor air very well, allows it to exchange heat well with the heat exchanger installed on the outer peripheral side, and sends the air-conditioned air into the indoor space to perform air conditioning very efficiently Can do.
