Claims (3)
- 光ファイバ及び相手光ファイバと、該光ファイバのファイバ端面及び該相手光ファイバのファイバ端面を一軸方向で対向するよう整列する溝を形成した整列部材と、前記溝に対向するよう位置しかつ前記溝に挿入される前記光ファイバ及び相手光ファイバを押え調芯する押え板とを含み、前記光ファイバ及び前記相手光ファイバを前記整列部材及び前記押え板間へ挿入し前記光ファイバ及び前記相手光ファイバの前記ファイバ端面同士を当接させて接続する光コネクタにおいて、
前記押え板は、前記光ファイバ及び前記相手光ファイバの挿入をガイドするよう挿入側の端面から前記整列部材に対向する前記押え板の押え面へ傾斜している第1の面取部を有し、
前記光ファイバ及び前記相手光ファイバは、前記整列部材及び前記押え板間への挿入時に前記第1の面取部に対向する前記ファイバ端面の一部から外周面へ傾斜している第2の面取部を有し、
前記押え面を基準とした前記第2の面取部の傾斜角度は、前記押え面を基準とした前記第1の面取部の傾斜角度よりも大きい傾斜角度となっており、
前記光ファイバ及び前記相手光ファイバには、前記光ファイバ及び前記相手光ファイバを前記整列部材及び前記押え板間への挿入する時に前記第1の面取部に対向して位置する一部分のみに前記第2の面取部が形成されていることを特徴とする光コネクタ。 - 前記整列部材には、前記溝の前記一軸方向を交差する方向に、少なくとも1つの付加溝を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の光コネクタ。
- 前記整列部材は、前記一軸方向で前記押え板の前記端面よりも外へ延在していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光コネクタ。
