Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a facing postcard.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, facing spread postcards use a continuous form consisting of a laminate of a paper layer and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and after printing variable information such as personal information in a specified column of the form using a non-impact printer, pressure-sensitive adhesion It has been made by the process of folding and folding the adhesive layer in half and then pressurizing and adhering it so that it can be peeled off to make a spread postcard. Recently, variable information such as personal information is printed on both sides of the spread postcard. Since continuous forms can only be printed on one side, the same form has to be passed twice front and back, and there is a risk that variable information will not match the front and back. After printing variable information such as personal information on both sides using a sheet of paper that has been cut to A4 size, cut it in half, cut it, press it, and peel it off to bond it to a peelable postcard The law has become widespread.
[0003]
A sheet form for producing a spread postcard has a crease line formed at the center by a through perforation in order to improve folding accuracy in a post-processing machine. In the case of a through perforation, even if a through perforation is provided from the surface of the paper layer 1 with the cutting edge 5 as shown in FIG. 4 (a), the pressure sensitive adhesive layer 2 side as shown in FIG. 4 (b). In any case, since the pressure-sensitive adhesive is partially peeled off at the peripheral portion of the through perforation in any case, the crease line composed of the above through perforation When a sheet of paper formed with paper is fed to a printer for printing, the form is rubbed by a conveyance roller or a conveyance belt, so the pressure-sensitive adhesive adhering to the periphery of the perforated perforation hole is small As a result of the clumps adhering to the surface of the photosensitive drum of the printer, there has been a drawback in that they appear as spot-like stains on the surface of the form on which printing has been completed.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention improves the above-described drawbacks, and does not reduce the folding accuracy of a form for a double-page spread postcard made of a sheet of paper. It is to provide a spread postcard that does not cause spotted stains.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A form composed of a laminate of a paper layer and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is folded at a crease line so that the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer becomes the inner surface and pressed, and can be peeled off by the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer In a spread postcard having a bonded structure, the crease line is formed by a half-cut in a broken line shape provided from the paper layer side of the form.
[0006]
[Action]
A hole penetrating the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed by forming a crease line in a spread postcard form consisting of a laminate of a paper layer and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer with a half-cut provided from the paper layer surface. Therefore, even when a form is conveyed when printing with a printer, a small lump of pressure-sensitive adhesive does not adhere to the surface of the form and no smearing occurs during printing.
[0007]
【Example】
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a view showing a spread postcard of the present invention, (A) is a plan view, (B) is a cross-sectional view taken along line II in (A), and FIG. 2 is a view showing a sheet postcard for a spread postcard. (B) is a cross-sectional view taken along the line II in (b), (c) is a plan view of the concealment information printing surface, and FIG. 3 is a half cut formed on a spread postcard form. FIG. 4 is a sectional view showing a state in which a perforation is formed in a conventional spread postcard form, 1 is a paper layer, 2 is a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, 3 is a crease line, 4 represents a half cut, 5 represents a cutting edge, and 6 represents a concealment information printing field.
[0008]
As shown in FIG. 1, the spread postcard of the present invention is formed by folding a form comprising a laminate of a paper layer 1 and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 into two at a crease line 3 with the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer inside. The pressure-bonded configuration is such that the postcard is opened by peeling off the bonding surface, and the personal information printed on the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 surface can be read. The crease line 3 is formed by a linear or broken line half cut 4 provided from the paper layer 1 side. Since the purpose of the half-cut 4 is to make it easier to fold the form, it is preferable to provide the half-cut 4 so that the depth of the half-cut 4 reaches half or more of the paper layer 1.
[0009]
As shown in FIG. 2, the spread postcard form of the present invention is generally a sheet of A4 size in which two spread postcards are connected in the vertical direction. As shown in (a) on the surface of the form, fixed information such as postcards and messages including the address field is printed on the paper layer 1 on the printing surface of the address information etc., and as shown in (b) A crease line 3 is formed, which is composed of a half-cut 4 in the form of a broken line provided from the surface of the paper layer 1 in the vertical direction. The cover information printing surface of the form is the pressure sensitive adhesive layer 2, and a cover information printing field 6 is provided as shown in FIG.
[0010]
The shape of the half-cut 4 may be either a continuous line or a broken line. In the case of the continuous linear half-cut 4, it is easy to bend the form at the crease line 3, but the paper layer 1 may be separated between the layers at the half-cut 4 part. In the case of the half-cut 4 in the form of a broken line, the paper layer 1 does not peel off between the layers at the half-cut 4 part. In the case of the half-cut 4 in the form of a broken line, the ratio of the length of the cut and the length of the uncut portion is preferably selected in the range of 1: 1 to 5: 1. As shown in FIG. 3, the cutting edge 5 is adjusted so that the tip of the cutting edge 5 reaches 1/2 to 2/3 of the thickness of the paper layer 1, and the half-cut is performed within the range not reaching the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2. 4 is provided.
[0011]
The method for producing a facing spread postcard of the present invention uses a roll-shaped raw material in which a paper layer 1 and a pressure sensitive adhesive layer 2 are laminated, and a postcard including fixed information such as a message and an address field on the surface of the paper layer. Further, after the concealment information printing column 6 and the like are printed on the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 by an offset method or the like, a linear or broken half-cut 4 is provided along the crease line 3. In order to provide the half-cut 4, it is usually performed continuously in printing and in-line using a die roll in which a cutting blade 5 for forming the half-cut 4 is embedded. Thereafter, the original sheet provided with printing and half-cutting is cut at a predetermined position to prepare a sheet form in which two spread postcards are connected. Next, using a double-sided printer with a sheet feeder, the address is printed on the address field on the front side of the sheet form, and at the same time, the personal information is printed on the concealment information print field 6 on the back side. Next, the printed sheet is folded in two at the crease line 3 made of the half-cut 4 with the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 as the inner surface, cut at the center in the vertical direction, and then pressure-bonded to form a spread postcard. Finalize.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
A form consisting of a laminate of a paper layer and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer can be peeled by pressing it in two with a crease line formed by a half cut from the paper layer side so that the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer becomes the inner surface. By forming a spread postcard with a structure adhered to the fold line, the crease line is formed by a half cut provided from the paper surface, and no hole penetrating the pressure sensitive adhesive layer is formed. Therefore, even when the form is rubbed by the roller of the printer, the pressure-sensitive adhesive lump does not adhere to the surface, so that no smearing occurs during printing.
