従来から、物品の管理や受け渡しにおいては帳票を用い、その帳票に記載されている情報によって管理業務を行なうことが多く、さらには順次発行される帳票に対して物品を対応付け易くするなどを目的として帳票に加えてラベルを用いることも行われており、帳票とそのラベルとが対になった状態で発行するようにしている。そして、帳票とラベルとの組み合わせを取り扱い易くするために、帳票側にラベルを組み入れるようにすることが試みられており、例えば、ア）帳票にタック紙を連接したり、イ）帳票の所定部分に剥離剤を塗布してその部分にラベルを貼着しておいたりしている。また、ウ）帳票の所定部分に粘着剤を塗布して抜き形成できるラベルを設けてその粘着剤の部分を剥離紙で覆うようにしたり、エ）タック紙における剥離紙の一部を剥がしてから反転させて再び接着させ、これによって帳票部分とラベル部とを一つのタック紙から得ようとする試みがあった。
しかしながら、上記ア）イ）ウ）の場合、帳票とラベル部との間で厚みが異なり、プリンタでの搬送性、印字適性に欠けるという問題がある。また、エ）の場合、ラベル部と剥離紙の材質が異なり、異なる材質の紙材が同一面に並ぶ状態であるため、ノンインパクトプリンタを用いたときの搬送性に欠けるとともに、粘着剤のはみ出しによるプリンタ側へのトラブルが生じ易いという問題があった。
そこで本発明は上記事情に鑑み、同一材質の帳票とラベルとを組み合わせることで、プリンタ側への適性を良好なものとすることを課題とし、ラベル及び帳票に対してのプリンタによる情報印字を確実なものにすることを目的とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
つぎに本発明を図１と図２に示す実施の形態に基づいて詳細に説明する。
図中１はラベル付き帳票で、該帳票１は図１に示されているようにラベル部Ａを片面側に表出させる形で有しているものであり、略同一サイズとした対の紙片２、３が折り部４を介して連接して重ね合わされているものである。そして、図２に示すように両紙片２、３の重ね合わせ面２ａ，３ａには、通常では接着することなく重ね合わせて所定の接着条件の付与により互いに接着する接着剤５、例えば剥離可能に接着する感圧性接着剤が予め塗布されていて、紙片２、３を重ね合わせたのちに接着条件、例えば加圧することで両紙片２、３がこの接着剤５によって剥離可能に貼り合わされているものである。

図２は、上記紙片２、３が貼り合わされてから所要の加工、即ち、紙片２への切り込み加工（後述の切り込みの形成）や両面印字印刷を行なった帳票を展開状態で示している。図２に示されているように、上記ラベル部Ａを構成する位置において紙片２には、該紙片２の幅方向中央にしてラベル領域部６が紙片２自体に入れたスリットやミシン目からなる切り込み７によって囲繞形成されて（紙片２、３の重ね合わせ状態で切り込まれる）紙片２から分離可能に設けられている。そして、該ラベル領域部６の一端側における重ね合わせ面２ａには粘着剤８が塗布されている。
一方、他方の紙片３におけるラベル部Ａではラベル領域部６が紙片３から剥ぎ取ることができるように設けられている。即ち、ラベル領域部６に相対する位置に剥離処理部９が設けられていて、この剥離処理部９にあっては、重ね合わせ面３ａおける前記ラベル領域部６の粘着剤８に対応する位置に、剥離剤１０が塗布されて、図１に示す紙片２、３の重ね合わせ状態において、ラベル領域部６の粘着剤８を塗布した部分を紙片３側からスリットやミシン目からなる切り込み７に沿って剥ぎ起こせるようにしている。
さらに、この剥離処理部９にあっては、上記ラベル領域部６の粘着剤８を除く領域に対応する位置に接着力抑制域１１が設けられている。この接着力抑制域１１は紙片２側の接着剤５との貼り合わせ接着度合いを小さくしようとするものであり、例えば、印刷を施すなどして接着力を抑制した領域である。
このようにすることでラベル領域部６は容易に剥ぎ取り操作できるものであり、また、紙片２自体からなるものであるため、面一で印字適性も帳票構成部分とこのラベル部とで何ら変ることがなく、適正に情報が印字できるものとなる。
