BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for laying a prestressed concrete bridge girder, and more particularly, to a concrete bridge girder erection method in which precast segments manufactured by dividing into a plurality of pieces are connected at a girder erection position to construct a bridge girder at a predetermined position. .
[0002]
[Prior art]
As one of the methods for constructing prestressed concrete bridge girders, there is a method in which a plurality of precast concrete segments constituting the bridge girders are formed in a factory or a production yard, and these are connected at the construction position. This method has the advantage that the amount of work at the site is reduced and the construction period can be shortened because the concrete is hardly placed at the installation position.
[0003]
When the bridge girder is erected in this way, the precast concrete segments must be manufactured so that the end surfaces to be joined are in close contact with each other, and the match cast method is often employed. In this method, a segment is manufactured as follows in a factory or a manufacturing yard.
[0004]
If there is a precast concrete segment that has already been produced, the other segment to be joined to it is placed by placing a formwork in a position adjacent to the position where the previous segment is temporarily placed. At this time, the joint portion with the previous segment is manufactured so that the shape of the end face accurately corresponds to the joining end face of the previous segment instead of the formwork. In addition, a release agent is applied to the joint end surface used as a substitute for the formwork, and after the concrete of a new segment has hardened, it can be easily separated and carried into the installation position while being separated.
[0005]
As shown in FIG. 7, the precast concrete segments manufactured as described above are arranged on a
[0006]
On the other hand, there is a cantilever erection method as another method for erection of a bridge girder by connecting precast concrete segments. This is generally adopted when the span is long, and each segment is lifted and connected to the segments fixed to the pier or abutment, and the bridge girder is constructed while projecting into a cantilever shape. is there.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional construction method as described above has the following problems.
In the method of connecting the precast concrete segments arranged on the support as shown in FIG. 7 by pulling them together by the tension of the PC steel material, each segment is supported by the support, and the relative position of the segments to be joined is determined. The accuracy will depend on the accuracy of the support construction. Therefore, if the relative positional relationship between adjacent segments is not reproduced exactly the same as when manufacturing the segments on the support, gaps will occur even if the joining end surfaces of the segments are accurately formed by the match cast method. Is not tightly joined. However, it is generally difficult to maintain the high accuracy even when the support work is provided with high accuracy and the weight of each segment is applied. For this reason, there are many gaps between the segments to be joined, and continuity is maintained by filling this with an adhesive such as an epoxy resin, but this may be a structural weakness.
In addition, by creating a gap between the joined end faces, the bridge girder shape is different from the designed one.
[0008]
On the other hand, in the method in which the precast segments are connected while projecting into a cantilever shape, the entire weight of the precast segment acts on the segment fixed to the pier or abutment, and an excessive cross-sectional force is generated on or near the pier. There are things to do. In general, when the span length is about 70m or more, there is no problem with the construction method in which the girders are cantilevered on both sides of a single pier called a balanced cantilever, but the span length is 50-60m or less. In the bridge, the cross-sectional force in the cantilever state at the time of erection is considerably larger than the cross-sectional force acting at the time of completion. Therefore, special measures are required for the installation, and the construction cost increases.
[0009]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and its purpose is to make a joint bridge face of a precast segment abutting closely to join each other, thereby reducing the cost of a concrete bridge girder without structural weakness. The construction method of the concrete bridge girder which can be constructed without hanging is provided.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the invention according to claim 1 is a concrete bridge girder erection method in which a plurality of precast concrete segments are sequentially joined at a bridge girder erection position to form a bridge girder. By bringing the newly joined segment into contact with the segment whose position is fixedly supported in a suspended state and tensioning the tension member arranged over both segments, the compressive stress level is almost all over the joint end face. And a step of abutting a temporary support member supported on a support to the segment so as to restrain the newly joined segment from bending downward; and Repeat the process of removing the suspension material that supports the suspension, and after joining several segments in sequence, introduce a predetermined amount of prestress It shall remove the temporary support member.
[0011]
The support may be assembled from the ground surface using a bite frame, steel plate, temporary support material, etc., or between a temporary girder spanned between an abutment or an abutment or an appropriately provided temporary strut. It may be a girder or the like that is laid over.
The suspension support of the segment may be a truck crane, a crawler crane, a tower crane or the like installed on the ground surface, but a portal crane or the like traveling on a support can also be used as a suspension support device.
The part of the segment with which the temporary support member abuts is not particularly limited as long as it can restrain the downward movement of the segment, such as a protruding part on the lower surface of the segment or on both sides of the upper floor slab. It can be made to contact.
[0012]
In this concrete bridge girder construction method, a segment that is fixedly supported is brought into contact with the other segment suspended and supported, and the tension member arranged over both segments is tensioned. Are attracted to the segments that are fixedly supported in a suspended state, and the end surfaces of both segments are closely attached without causing a gap. In other words, the segments to be joined in a suspended and supported state are completely adhered to each other according to the shape of the end face without receiving any restraining force from the outside, and are joined in a state in which a compressive stress is generated in almost the entire area of these joined end faces. The
Then, the temporary support member on the support is brought into contact with the newly joined segment and restrained so that no deflection occurs. The stress degree of the end face is maintained without greatly changing.
[0013]
After sequentially joining the plurality of segments in this manner, a predetermined amount of prestress is introduced into the plurality of segments supported in a continuous state on the temporary support member. As a result, the bridge girder in which a plurality of segments are connected has sufficient strength, and is able to resist its own weight and other loads. Therefore, even if the temporary support member is subsequently removed, the segments are closely joined and held in a continuous state, resulting in a series of continuous bridge girders.
[0014]
By such a construction method, it is possible to join the joint end surfaces of the segments closely together without causing a gap, and it is possible to prevent structural weak points from occurring at the joint portion of the constructed bridge girder.
In the above-described concrete bridge girder construction method, the precast concrete segment is preferably produced by the match cast method, but each may be produced independently.
[0015]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the method for constructing a concrete bridge girder according to the first aspect, the step of suspending and supporting the segment supported by the segment whose position is immovably supported by the tension of the tension member includes: The lower edge of the end face is brought into contact with the upper edge and the upper edge is opposed to each other with a gap therebetween. The newly joined segment is suspended and supported. Compressive stress is generated in the entire area, and all or part of the load of the suspension member is removed by the displacement of the segment accompanying the clearance of the gap.
[0016]
In this concrete bridge girder laying method, the position of the segment supported by the lower edge is aligned, and the entire area of the joining end surface is brought into contact with the tension of the tension member. Therefore, it is easy to align the positions of both segments. Accurate joining is possible. In addition, since the load of the suspension member is released simultaneously with the tension of the tension member, it is possible to accurately introduce a predetermined compressive stress to the joint end surface without being affected by the restraint of the suspension member.
[0017]
The invention according to
In particular, two temporary girder can be installed on both sides of the pier or abutment, and the suspension support device can be preferably a portal crane that travels in the axial direction on these temporary girder.
[0018]
In this concrete bridge girder construction method, a temporary girder spanned between piers or abutments is used as a supporting work, and each segment is supported by a suspension support device that travels on the temporary girder. For this reason, the suspension support device can be easily moved, the suspension material such as a wire can be shortened and the segment can be lifted, the segment is suspended and supported in a stable state, and the position is fixedly supported in the segment. It becomes possible to abut the new segment supported by suspension easily and accurately. Therefore, it is possible to efficiently perform the work of hanging and supporting the segments and joining them.
[0019]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the concrete bridge girder erection method according to the first aspect, a plurality of segments that are joined to form one span of the bridge girder are arranged on a support, and these segments are arranged. It shall be joined sequentially.
[0020]
In this concrete bridge girder construction method, a plurality of segments that form a span of the bridge girder are arranged in a predetermined position on the support, and these segments are sequentially joined. It is in a bent state. When a plurality of segments are joined sequentially and the support member on the support is installed so as to restrain the deflection, the load acting on the support is almost unchanged, and the support is applied to the connected girder. It is possible to prevent the degree of stress due to the bending of the resin from occurring. In other words, in the method of sequentially applying the restraining force of the newly joined segment to the support work where no load is acting, the deflection of the support work gradually increases due to the load transmitted from the support member. A bending moment or the like will act on the joint end surfaces of the connected segments, but if the support is deformed in advance as described above, excessive stress or tensile stress will act on the joint end surfaces of the already joined segments. Can be prevented.
[0021]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the method for constructing a concrete bridge girder according to the first aspect, the step of bringing the temporary support member into contact with the newly joined segment is a height adjustment supported on a support. It shall be performed using the jack adjustment function.
[0022]
In this concrete bridge girder construction method, since the support member is brought into contact with the newly joined segment using the height adjusting jack, the height can be adjusted accurately and the work efficiency can be improved.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the concrete bridge girder erection method according to the present invention, since the new segment is suspended and supported, it is brought into contact with the already joined segment. It is possible to make a close contact without causing it to be accurately joined. And the temporary support member is brought into contact with the joined segments while maintaining the joined state, and the displacement of each joined segment is constrained when the other segments are joined sequentially. It is possible to prevent a large degree of stress from being generated.
Therefore, it is possible to safely and reliably construct a concrete bridge girder that accurately matches the segments and has no structural weakness at the joint.
