Description

【0001】

Conventionally, as a method of connecting eaves using an eaves joint, a method of bonding the eaves and the eaves joint is mainly used.
In this method, the eaves and the eaves joint are fixed with an adhesive, and for example, a method described in JP-A-9-88261 is known.
The eaves joint described in JP-A-9-88261 is provided with a drainage groove recessed inward from the outer surface in the longitudinal direction between the upper front wall portion and the lower front wall portion of the front wall. The wall is inclined to the indoor side as it goes upward from the drainage groove. Adhesive is applied to the inner peripheral surface of both ends of the eaves joint, and the eaves joint has a drainage long groove. While fitting the drainage groove, the end of the front wall of one eave ridge and the end of the front wall of another eave ridge are bonded to connect the eave ridges.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the eaves joint described in JP-A-9-88261, the depth of the drainage groove of the eaves joint is shallower than the depth of the elongate drainage groove, and the drainage groove of the eaves joint is provided in the elongate drainage long groove. When fitted, a gap is created between the drainage long groove and the drainage groove, and rainwater that has flowed into the drainage long groove from the upper front wall of the front wall of the eaves passes through the gap between the drainage long groove and the drainage groove and flows into the eaves joint. Has been.
[0004]
However, as shown in FIG. 3, when the adhesive 4 is applied to the inner peripheral surfaces of both ends of the eaves joint C and bonded to the outer peripheral surface of the eaves joint C, the adhesive applied to the outer peripheral surface of the drainage groove 33b. 6 adheres to and accumulates in the drainage long groove of the eaves, and the gap 5 between the drainage long groove and the drainage groove 33b is blocked, so that rainwater cannot flow into the eaves joint and rainwater overflows from the drainage long groove. There was a problem of getting out.
In addition, the drainage groove 33b of the eaves joint is fitted into the drainage long groove of the eaves so as to create a gap between the drainage long groove and the drainage groove 33b. Must be shallower than the depth. For this reason, the drainage groove 33b of the eaves joint C is small and cannot sufficiently receive rainwater, and there is a problem that rainwater overflows from the drainage groove 33b.
[0005]
Therefore, the object of the present invention is to prevent the long drainage groove of the eaves from being blocked by the adhesive, allowing rain water to flow into the eaves joint through the drainage groove of the eaves joint. An eaves joint that can be made large enough to catch rainwater is provided.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made to achieve the above object, and in the invention according to claim 1, a drainage long groove recessed inwardly from the outer surface between the upper front wall portion and the lower front wall portion of the front wall. Is provided over the longitudinal direction, and the eaves joint that connects the eaves with the upper front wall portion inclined to the indoor side, the front wall of the eaves joint includes an upper front wall portion and a lower front wall. And a drainage groove recessed inward from the outer surface provided between the front wall portions, and a connecting member that connects the front wall portions at a substantially central portion in the longitudinal direction. A fixed interval is provided between a pair of eaves ridges that are provided on the inner surface of the joint and are connected to both ends of the eaves rim joint by this connecting member. It is provided.
[0007]
In the invention described in claim 2, a drainage long groove recessed inward from the outer surface is provided between the upper front wall portion and the lower front wall portion of the front wall in the longitudinal direction, and the upper front wall portion faces the indoor side. In the eaves joint that connects the eaves eaves inclined to be inclined, the front wall of the eaves eaves joint includes an upper front wall portion, a lower front wall portion, and both front wall portions at a substantially central portion in the longitudinal direction. The connecting member is provided on the inner surface of the eaves joint, and a notch hole is provided in the lower end of the connecting member, and a pair of eaves connected to both ends of the eaves joint by the connecting member. Are provided at regular intervals.
[0008]
The material of the eaves joint of the present invention may be any suitable material as long as it can be applied to the inner peripheral surface of the eaves joint connection portion of the eaves joint and can be bonded to the outer peripheral surface of the eaves joint. When the eaves is a hard vinyl chloride resin, since a solvent-based adhesive for the hard vinyl chloride resin is used, the eaves joint is preferably made of a hard vinyl chloride resin.
The adhesive applied to the eaves joint connection portion of the eaves joint is preferably applied to the inner peripheral surface of the eaves connection portion at both ends because the adhesive can be saved.
[0009]
In the first aspect of the present invention, the shape of the connecting member may be an appropriate shape as long as the upper front wall portion and the lower front wall portion of the front wall can be connected at a substantially central portion in the longitudinal direction. As shown in (b), on the inner surface of the eaves joint, two small pieces of plate-like body are spaced apart, the upper end of the small piece is attached to the upper front wall, and the lower end of the small piece is attached to the lower front wall When the upper front wall portion and the lower front wall portion are connected to each other, the end of one eave ridge is inserted into one small piece, and the other end is inserted into the other small piece. This is preferable because a certain interval can be provided between the eaves.
The connecting member may be a small piece of a plate-like body. In this case, ribs are provided on the inner surface of the eaves joint in the vicinity of the left and right sides of the small piece of the plate-like body. The end of the heel is stopped with one rib, the end of the other eave ridge is stopped with the other rib, and a certain interval is provided between the pair of eaves ridges. It is advisable to allow rain water to flow into the eaves joint from the description below.
[0010]
In the first aspect of the present invention, the length of the drainage groove may be an appropriate length as long as rainwater flowing from the drainage long groove of the eaves can be passed through the drainage groove and into the eaves joint. It may be provided over the entire length in the longitudinal direction of the wall, or may be provided in a part of a substantially central portion in the longitudinal direction.
The shape of the drainage groove may be an appropriate shape as long as the drainage groove can be fitted into the long drainage groove of the eaves and rainwater can flow into the eaves joint through the drainage groove. When the slit is provided over the entire length in the longitudinal direction from the arcuate tip to the lower part, the rainwater is passed through the drainage groove and the two plates which are the above-mentioned connecting members spaced apart from each other Since it can be made to flow in the eaves joint from the slit between the small pieces of the body, it is preferable.
[0011]
In the invention according to claim 1, when the upper front wall portion, the lower front wall portion, the connecting member, the drainage groove, the bottom portion, and the rear wall of the front wall of the eaves joint are integrally formed by an injection molding method, This is preferable.
[0012]
In the invention of claim 2, the shape of the connecting member can connect the upper front wall portion and the lower front wall portion of the front wall at a substantially central portion in the longitudinal direction, and rainwater enters the eaves joint from the connecting member. If it can be flowed, it may have an appropriate shape. For example, it is a single strip-shaped piece that has an arc shape, a notch hole is provided in the lower part of the piece, the upper end of the piece is attached to the upper front wall part, When the lower end is attached to the lower front wall, and the upper front wall and the lower front wall are connected, the end of one eave ridge is inserted to one edge of the arc-shaped piece, and the arc-shaped By inserting the end portion of the other eave ridge to the other end edge of the small piece, it is preferable because a certain interval is opened between the pair of eave ridges and rainwater can flow from the notch hole of the connecting member to the eaves joint.
[0013]
In the invention according to claim 2, when the upper front wall portion and the lower front wall portion of the front wall of the eaves joint, the connecting member, the bottom portion, and the rear wall are integrally formed by an injection molding method, preferable.
[0014]
(Function)
The eaves joint according to claim 1, wherein the front wall has an upper front wall portion, a lower front wall portion, and a drainage groove that is recessed inward from an outer surface provided between the two front wall portions, It consists of a connecting member that connects both front wall portions at approximately the center in the longitudinal direction, and the connecting member is provided on the inner surface of the eaves joint, and between the pair of eaves connected to both ends of the eaves joint by this connecting member In the drainage groove, a slit is provided over the entire length in the longitudinal direction at the inner tip, so that the drainage long groove at the end of one eaves ridge has one end of the eaves joint. While inserting the drainage groove, insert the end of the eaves rod to one small piece of the connecting member, and insert the drainage groove of the other end of the eaves joint into the drainage long groove of the other eaves end, By inserting the end of the eaves to the other small piece, a certain interval can be opened between the pair of eaves, It can flow rainwater that has passed through the culvert from a constant interval drilled at the slit in eaves gutters in the joint.
[0015]
In addition, since the drain groove is provided with a slit in the longitudinal direction at the inner tip, even if an adhesive is applied to the inner peripheral surface of the front wall of the eaves joint, it adheres to this slit portion. The agent does not adhere. Therefore, even if the drainage groove is inserted into the drainage long groove, the adhesive applied to the inner peripheral surface of the front wall of the eaves joint does not adhere to the inner surface of the drainage long groove, and the drainage of the end of the eaves with the adhesive The rainwater that has passed through the drainage long groove of the eaves can flow into the eaves joint without blocking the long groove.
[0016]
In addition, since the drain groove is provided with a slit in the longitudinal direction at the inner tip, when fitting the drain groove at the end of the eaves joint into the drain long groove at the end of the eaves, Even if the gap between the drain grooves is not provided and the outer peripheral surface of the drain groove is brought into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the drain long groove, the rain water can flow into the eaves joint. Therefore, according to the depth of the drainage long groove, the drainage groove can be made shallower by the thickness of the drainage groove, and the drainage groove of the eaves joint can be enlarged.
[0017]
The eaves joint according to claim 2, wherein the front wall includes an upper front wall portion, a lower front wall portion, and a connecting member that connects these front wall portions at a substantially central portion in the longitudinal direction. Since it is provided on the inner surface of the joint, a notch hole is provided at the lower end of the connecting member, and a certain interval is opened between the pair of eaves connected to both ends of the eaves joint by this connecting member. By inserting the drainage long groove at the end of the eaves to one end of the connecting member and inserting the drainage long groove at the end of the other eaves to the other end of the connecting member, it is constant between the pair of eaves A space | interval can be opened and rain water can be poured in an eaves joint from a notch hole in the lower end part of a connection member.
[0018]
In addition, the upper front wall and the lower front wall are connected to each other by a connecting member at a substantially central portion, and a notch hole is provided at the lower end of the connecting member, so that the adhesive is applied to the inner surface of the front wall of the eaves joint. Even if it is applied, the space between the upper front wall portion and the lower front wall portion is open, and the adhesive does not adhere between the upper front wall portion and the lower front wall portion. Therefore, even if the drainage long groove at the end of the eaves joint is inserted between the upper front wall part and the lower front wall part of the end of the eaves joint, the adhesive applied to the inner surface of the front wall of the eaves joint However, it does not adhere to the inner surface of the drainage long groove and the rainwater that has passed through the drainage long groove of the eaves can be flowed into the eaves joint without blocking the drainage long groove at the end of the eaves with an adhesive. it can.
[0019]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIG.
1A is a perspective explanatory view of the eaves joint, and FIG. 1B is an explanatory perspective view showing a state where the upper front wall portion and the lower front wall portion are connected by a connecting member inside the eaves joint. It is.
[0020]
In FIG. 1, A is an eaves joint, and this eaves joint A is made of a synthetic resin (hard vinyl chloride resin) and has an inner peripheral surface having substantially the same shape as the outer peripheral surface of the connected eaves. A connecting portion 1 is provided at both ends.
The eaves connecting part 1 includes a bottom part 2 and a front wall 3 and a rear wall 4 erected on both side edges of the bottom part 2.
The bottom part 2 of the eaves joint A, the front wall 3, the rear wall 4, the drainage groove 33 and the connecting member 34 erected on both side edges of the bottom part 2 are integrally formed by an injection molding method.
[0021]
The front wall 3 includes an upper front wall portion 31, a lower front wall portion 32, and a drainage groove 33 that is recessed inward from an outer surface provided between the upper front wall portion 31 and the lower front wall portion 32. And a connecting member 34 that connects the upper front wall portion 31 and the lower front wall portion 32 at a substantially central portion in the longitudinal direction.
[0022]
The upper front wall portion 31 is an inclined surface inclined toward the indoor side, and hook portions 36 and 36 are provided at the upper end edges of both ends of the upper front wall portion 31 toward the indoor side.
The lower front wall portion 32 is erected in an upward direction substantially perpendicular to the bottom portion 2.
The connecting member 34 includes two plate-like small pieces 35, 35, and is spanned by a slit 37 of the drainage groove 33 at a predetermined interval at the substantially central portion of the inner surface of the eaves joint A. The upper end of the small piece 35 is attached to the upper part of the drainage groove 33, and the lower end of the small piece 35 is attached to the lower part of the drainage groove 33.
The drainage groove 33 is formed in a substantially arc shape, and a slit 37 is provided in the longitudinal direction at the inner front end portion of the arc-shaped diagonally downward position over the entire length.
[0023]
Next, the operation will be described while explaining a method of attaching the eaves joint A.
The eaves joint A of the present embodiment connects eaves eaves (not shown) attached to the front end of the eaves of the house as follows.
As shown in FIG. 1, first, an adhesive is applied from the front wall 3 to the rear wall 4 on the inner peripheral surface of the eaves joint 1 at both ends of the eaves joint A.
Next, the ends of the eaves are aligned with the small pieces 35 and 35 of the connecting member 34 at the substantially central portion of the eaves joint A and hooked toward the indoor side on the upper end edges of both ends of the rear wall 4. Hook the part (not shown) on the indoor ear (not shown) at the end of the eaves.
[0024]
Next, the eaves joint A is rotated forward with the indoor ear as an axis. The eaves hook is fitted to the eaves connection part 1 of the eaves joint A, and the hooks 36 and 36 are directed toward the indoor side toward the upper end edges of both ends of the upper front wall part 31 (shown in the figure). Hook on the omission) and attach the eaves joint A to the end of the eaves.
[0025]
In this way, the front wall 3 of the eaves joint A is recessed inward from the outer surface provided between the upper front wall portion 31, the lower front wall portion 32, and the front wall portions 31, 32. Arc-shaped drainage groove 33 and two plate-like small pieces 35 and 35 which are connecting members 34 that connect both front wall portions 31 and 32 at substantially the center in the longitudinal direction. The small pieces 35 and 35 of the body are provided on the inner surface of the eaves joint A, and a fixed interval is provided between a pair of eaves joints connected to both ends of the eaves joint A by the two small pieces 35 and 35 of the plate-like body. Since the drainage groove 33 is provided with a slit 37 in the longitudinal direction in the longitudinal direction at the inner tip, one drainage groove A (not shown) at one end of one eaves ridge is provided with one of the eaves joints A. While fitting the drainage groove 33 at the end, insert the end of the eaves to one small piece 35 of the connecting member 34, and insert the end of the other eaves By inserting the end of the eaves to the other small piece 35 of the connecting member 34 while fitting the drainage groove 33 of the other end of the eaves joint A into the water long groove, a certain interval is opened between the pair of eaves. The rainwater that has passed through the drainage groove 33 from the slit 37 at a predetermined interval can be flowed into the eaves joint A.
[0026]
Further, since the drain groove 33 is provided with a slit 37 in the longitudinal direction at the inner tip, even if an adhesive is applied to the inner peripheral surface of the front wall 3 of the eaves joint A, the slit 37 No adhesive is attached to the 37 portion. Therefore, even if the drainage groove 33 is inserted into the drainage long groove, the adhesive applied to the inner peripheral surface of the front wall 3 of the eaves joint A does not adhere to the inner surface of the drainage long groove, and the end of the eaves with the adhesive. Rainwater that has passed through the elongate drainage long groove can flow into the eaves joint A without the drainage long groove of the portion being blocked.
[0027]
Since the drainage groove 33 is provided with a slit 37 in the longitudinal direction at the inner tip, when the drainage groove 33 at the end of the eaves joint is fitted into the drainage long groove at the end of the eaves, the drainage long groove Even if the outer peripheral surface of the drainage groove 33 is brought into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the drainage long groove without providing a gap between the drainage groove 33 and the drainage groove 33, the rainwater can flow into the eaves joint A. Therefore, according to the depth of the drainage long groove, the drainage groove 33 can be made shallower by the thickness of the drainage groove 33, and the drainage groove 33 of the eaves joint A can be enlarged.
[0028]
Next, another embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIG.
2A is a perspective explanatory view of the eaves joint, and FIG. 2B is a perspective explanatory view showing a state in which the eaves is fitted to one end of the eaves joint.
[0029]
The eaves joint shown in FIG. 2 does not have the drainage groove 33 of the eaves joint shown in FIG. 1, and only the shape of the connecting member 34 that connects the upper front wall portion 31 and the lower front wall portion 32 of the front wall is different. Except for the structure and operation described below, the structure, the mounting method, and the operation are almost the same, so only this difference will be described, and the other description will be omitted.
[0030]
In FIG. 2, B is an eaves joint, and the front wall 3a of the eaves joint B includes an upper front wall portion 31a, a lower front wall portion 32a, and a substantially central portion in the longitudinal direction, and an upper front wall portion 31a. And a connecting member 34a provided between the lower front wall portion 32a.
[0031]
The connecting member 34a is a single belt-like body having an arc shape substantially the same as the drainage long groove of the eaves, and a notch hole 38 is provided in the lower part of the connecting member 34a.
The upper end portion of the connecting member 34a is attached to the lower end portion of the upper front wall portion 31a, and the lower end portion of the connecting member 34a is attached to the upper end portion of the lower front wall portion 32a.
[0032]
Next, the operation will be described while explaining a method of attaching the eaves joint A.
As shown in FIG. 2, the end of the eaves ridge is aligned with one end of the connecting member 34a at the substantially central portion of the eaves ridge joint B, and the other end is also aligned with the end of the other eaves ridge. The hook (not shown) is hooked on the indoor side ear (not shown) at the end of the eaves toward the indoor side toward the upper end edges of both ends of the rear wall 4a.
[0033]
Next, the eaves joint B is rotated forward with the indoor ear as an axis. The eaves hook is fitted into the eaves joint 1a of the eaves joint B, and the hooks 36a and 36a provided at the upper end edges of both ends of the upper front wall 31a toward the indoor side are used as the outdoor ears at the end of the eaves Hook it on the part (not shown) and attach the eaves joint B to the end of the eaves.
[0034]
In this way, the front wall 3a of the eaves joint B is composed of the upper front wall portion 31a, the lower front wall portion 32a, and the connecting member 34a provided between the front wall portions 31a and 32a. The connecting member 34a is provided on the inner surface of the eaves joint B, and the connecting member 34a has a certain interval between a pair of eaves connected to both ends of the eaves joint B. A notch hole is formed in the lower part of the connecting member 34a. 38, the drainage long groove (not shown) at the end of one eaves rod is inserted to one end edge of the connecting member 34a, and the drainage long groove at the end of the other eaves rod is connected to the other end of the connecting member 34a. By inserting to the edge of this, a fixed space | interval can be opened between a pair of eaves eaves, and rainwater can be poured in eaves eaves joint B from the notch hole 38 to the lower part of this connection member 34a.
[0035]
Further, the upper front wall portion 31a and the lower front wall portion 32a are connected by a connecting member 34a at a substantially central portion, and a notch hole 38 is provided at the lower end portion of the connecting member 34a. Even if it is applied to the inner peripheral surface of the front wall 3a, the space between the upper front wall portion 31a and the lower front wall portion 32a is open and between the upper front wall portion 31a and the lower front wall portion 32a. Adhesive does not adhere. Therefore, even if the drainage long groove at the end portion of the eaves rod is inserted between the upper front wall portion 31a and the lower front wall portion 32a at the end portion of the eaves rod joint, it is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the front wall 3a of the eaves rod joint. The applied adhesive will not adhere to the inner surface of the drainage long groove, and the rainwater that has passed through the drainage long groove of the eaves will not be blocked by the adhesive. It can flow in B.
[0036]
The embodiment of the present invention has been described with reference to the drawings. However, the specific configuration is not limited to the embodiment, and the present invention includes any design changes that do not depart from the gist of the present invention. It is. For example, in another embodiment of the present invention, a connecting member 34a is provided between the upper front wall portion 31a and the lower front wall portion 32a at a substantially central portion in the longitudinal direction, and the connecting member 34a has an arc shape. However, it may be a box having an arcuate cross section in the vertical direction and having a notch hole and a bottom of the box opened at the lower part of the outdoor side wall of the box.
[0037]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the eaves joint according to claim 1, the front wall is recessed inward from the outer surface provided between the upper front wall portion, the lower front wall portion, and both the front wall portions. It consists of a drainage ditch that sinks and a connecting member that connects both front wall portions at approximately the center in the longitudinal direction, and the connecting member is provided on the inner surface of the eaves joint, and is connected to both ends of the eaves joint by this connecting member. A pair of eaves ridges are spaced at a certain interval, and the drainage groove is provided with a slit extending in the longitudinal direction at the inner tip, so that the eaves joint is located in the drainage long groove at the end of one eaves ridge. While inserting the drainage groove at one end of the eaves, insert the end of the eaves to one small piece of the connecting member, and insert the drainage groove at the other end of the eaves joint into the drainage long groove at the end of the other eaves By inserting the end of the eaves to the other small piece of the connecting member while fitting, there is a fixed interval between the pair of eaves Kicking it possible, it can flow rainwater that has passed through the culvert from the slit where drilled fixed intervals in eaves gutters within the joint. Therefore, even if a gap between the drainage long groove and the drainage groove is provided, rainwater does not overflow from the drainage long groove without closing the gap with the adhesive.
[0038]
In addition, since the drain groove is provided with a slit in the longitudinal direction at the inner tip, even if an adhesive is applied to the inner peripheral surface of the front wall of the eaves joint, it adheres to this slit portion. The agent does not adhere. Therefore, even if the drainage groove at the end of the eaves joint is fitted in the drainage long groove at the end of the eaves and a gap is provided between the drainage long groove and the drainage groove, the inner peripheral surface of the front wall of the eaves joint is The applied adhesive does not adhere to the inner surface of the drainage long groove, and the rainwater that has passed through the drainage long groove of the eaves is not blocked by the adhesive. Can flow inside.
[0039]
In addition, since the drain groove is provided with a slit in the longitudinal direction at the inner tip, when fitting the drain groove at the end of the eaves joint into the drain long groove at the end of the eaves, Even if the gap between the drain grooves is not provided and the outer peripheral surface of the drain groove is brought into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the drain long groove, the rain water can flow into the eaves joint. Therefore, according to the depth of the drainage long groove, the drainage groove can be made shallower by the thickness of the drainage groove, the drainage groove of the eaves joint can be enlarged, and rainwater can be sufficiently drained by the drainage groove. I can take it.
[0040]
[0041]
In addition, the upper front wall and the lower front wall are connected to each other by a connecting member at a substantially central portion, and a notch hole is provided at the lower end of the connecting member, so that the adhesive is applied to the inner surface of the front wall of the eaves joint. Even if it is applied, the space between the upper front wall portion and the lower front wall portion is open, and the adhesive does not adhere between the upper front wall portion and the lower front wall portion. Therefore, even if the drainage long groove at the end of the eaves joint is inserted between the upper front wall part and the lower front wall part of the end of the eaves joint, the adhesive applied to the inner surface of the front wall of the eaves joint However, it does not adhere to the inner surface of the drainage long groove and the rainwater that has passed through the drainage long groove of the eaves can be flowed into the eaves joint without blocking the drainage long groove at the end of the eaves with an adhesive. it can.
