BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a slide door stopper mechanism having an intermediate stopper function for stopping a slide door that moves in the opening direction halfway and a fully open lock function for prohibiting movement of the slide door at a fully open position.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As shown in FIG. 5, a wind glass 1 is provided on a slide door 3 such as a vehicle so that the window glass 1 can be moved up and down. Therefore, when the sliding door 3 is opened with the window glass 1 lowered, if an object is inserted into the window of the sliding door 3, the object is sandwiched between the

Therefore, in order to avoid this situation, it has been proposed to provide an intermediate stopper mechanism and stop the sliding door that is moving in the opening direction in the middle of opening when the window glass 1 is lowered below a predetermined position. .
[0004]
An example of this sliding door is shown in FIG.
[0005]
First, the intermediate stopper control mechanism 11 draws the cable (inner cable) 13 in accordance with the amount of lowering while the window glass 1 is lowered by a predetermined amount L (for example, 150 mm) from the fully closed state. On the other hand, when the moving stroke of the cable 13 reaches the set value, the drawing of the cable 13 is stopped. However, even in this situation, the wind glass 1 can descend.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the stopper mechanism configured as described above has the following problems.
[0017]
(1) Since the intermediate stopper mechanism and the fully open stopper mechanism are independent of each other, a large space is required.
[0018]
(2) When the window glass 1 is lowered (opened) from the fully closed state, the intermediate stopper control mechanism 11 gradually pulls the cable 13 until the window glass 1 is lowered by a predetermined amount L. Slowly rotate.
[0019]
Therefore, if the window glass does not drop to the predetermined amount L, when the slide door 3 is moved in the opening direction, the

[0023]
(3) Unless the roller 27 gets over the leaf spring 25, the sliding door is not fully opened. Further, the sliding door in the fully opened state cannot be closed unless the roller 27 gets over the leaf spring 25.
[0024]
Therefore, when the slide door is fully opened, a large operating force is required when closing the slide door in the fully open state.
[0025]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and a first problem thereof is to provide a sliding door stopper mechanism capable of saving space.
[0026]
A second problem is to provide a sliding door stopper mechanism that does not have a halfway state in switching the intermediate stopper mechanism.
[0027]
A third problem is to provide a sliding door stopper mechanism that requires a small operating force when the sliding door is fully opened or when the sliding door is fully opened.
[0028]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention that solves the above problems is a stopper mechanism for a sliding door having an intermediate stopper function for stopping a sliding door that moves in the opening direction halfway and a fully opening stopper function that prohibits the movement of the sliding door at a fully opened position. A cancel lever, an intermediate stopper, and a fully open striker are provided in this order on the vehicle body side, and on the slide door side, on one rotating end side, a cancel contact portion that can contact the cancel lever, A stopper contact portion that can contact the intermediate stopper, a groove that can be engaged and disengaged in the fully open striker is provided, and on the other rotating end side, a protrusion having a circumferential surface is formed and rotated, The stopper contact portion does not contact the intermediate stopper, and the stopper contact portion can contact the intermediate stopper from the initial position where the fully open striker can enter the groove. A latch rotatable to an open stop position, a first urging means for urging the latch in a direction in which the stopper abutting portion of the latch does not abut against the intermediate stopper, and coaxial with the rotation axis of the latch A protrusion having a circumferential surface that is rotatably provided and is capable of abutting on a side surface of the protrusion of the latch and forming a circumferential surface continuous with the circumferential surface of the protrusion of the latch at the time of contact is formed. The biased direction of the canceller is opposite to that of the first biasing means, and the biasing force is set to be larger than that of the first biasing means, and the protrusion of the canceller becomes the protrusion of the latch. Second urging means for urging the canceller in the abutting direction and detachably provided on the canceller, and the protrusion of the canceller contacts the protrusion of the latch when engaged with the canceller. Transfer of the canceller in the direction When the window glass of the slide door is opened to a predetermined position, a second pole that is detached from the canceller and a third pole that biases the second pole in a direction to engage with the canceller A biasing means, a stopper that abuts the latch at the half-open stop position, prohibits rotation of the latch in a direction from the initial position toward the half-open stop position, and a circumferential surface of the protrusion of the latch It is possible to prohibit rotation of the latch that is rotationally driven by the first biasing means by engaging the side surface of the protrusion of the latch, and the engagement is released by the door handle of the slide door. A sliding door stopper mechanism comprising: a first pole; and a fourth urging means for urging the first pole in a direction to engage with the latch. The
[0029]
(1) When the window glass of the sliding door is closed at a predetermined position or more, the sliding door is in the fully closed position, and when the window glass is closed at the predetermined position or more, it is urged by the third urging means. The second pole engages the canceller and prohibits the canceller from moving.
[0030]
On the other hand, the latch is urged by the first urging means, and the side surface of the protrusion abuts against the protrusion of the canceller, and is in an initial position where further rotation is prohibited.
[0031]
Further, the first pole urged by the fourth urging means is in contact with the circumferential surface of the latch protrusion.
[0032]
When the sliding door is opened in this state, the stopper contact portion of the latch does not contact the intermediate stopper, and when the sliding door is fully opened, the fully-open striker enters the groove of the latch, and the first biasing means The latch rotates in the direction of the half-open stop position against the biasing force. Then, the first pole engages with the side surface of the protrusion of the latch, prohibits rotation of the latch that is rotationally driven by the first biasing means, and fully opens the release of the fully open striker from the latch groove. It becomes locked.
[0033]
The release of the fully open lock state is achieved by operating the door handle of the slide door and releasing the engagement between the first pole and the protrusion of the latch so that the latch is moved to the initial position by the urging force of the first urging means. This is done by returning to
[0034]
(2) When the window glass of the sliding door is opened more than the predetermined position Next, when the sliding door is in the fully closed position and the window glass is opened more than the predetermined position, the second pole is detached from the canceller. is doing. On the other hand, since the urging force of the second urging means for urging the canceller is set to be larger than the urging force of the first urging means for urging the latch, the canceller pushes the latch. The latch rotates from the initial position toward the half-open stop position, contacts the stopper at the half-open stop position, and further rotation is prohibited.
[0035]
The first pole biased by the fourth biasing means is in contact with the circumferential surface of the protrusion of the canceller.
[0036]
When the slide door is opened in this state, the stopper contact portion of the latch in the half-open stop state comes into contact with the intermediate stopper, and an intermediate stop state in which further movement of the slide door in the opening direction is temporarily prohibited is obtained.
[0037]
To release this intermediate stop state, the window glass of the slide door is closed to a predetermined position or more. Then, the second pole comes into contact with the canceller by the third urging force.
[0038]
Next, the slide door is moved toward the fully closed position. Then, the cancel contact portion of the latch is pressed by the cancel lever, the latch rotates toward the initial position, and the second pole enters an initial state where it is engaged with the canceller.
[0039]
Then, the sliding door can be opened by performing the operation (1).
[0040]
By bringing the latch into contact with the intermediate stopper and engaging with the full-open striker, the intermediate stopper function and the full-open stopper function can be realized, so that space can be saved.
[0041]
Since the intermediate stopper function is constituted by the second pole and the latch, there is no halfway state for switching.
[0042]
Therefore, compared with the conventional intermediate stopper mechanism in which the switching is halfway, no abnormal noise is generated, the durability of the parts is improved, and the operating force for moving the slide door is not changed.
[0043]
When the sliding door is fully opened, the fully-open striker enters the latch groove, the latch rotates in the direction of the half-open stop position against the biasing force of the first biasing means, and the first pole is latched. This is done by engaging the side face of the protrusion and prohibiting the rotation of the latch driven to rotate by the first biasing means.
[0044]
On the other hand, when closing the fully open slide door, the latch is operated by operating the door handle of the slide door to release the engagement between the first pole and the protrusion of the latch, so that the latch This is done by returning to the initial position by the urging force.
[0045]
The urging force of the first urging means is sufficiently smaller than the urging force of the leaf spring that prohibits the movement of the roller on the sliding door described in the conventional example, so that the sliding door is fully opened. In the case of closing the sliding door in the fully open state, a small operating force is sufficient.
