BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a data logger device, and more specifically, a data logger device having a function of outputting an analog signal (output current value: 4 to 20 mA, output voltage value: 1 to 5 V) for FA (Factory Automation). About.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A data logger device having a function of outputting an analog signal for FA (output current value: 4 to 20 mA, output voltage value: 1 to 5 V) in the prior art measures temperature, flow rate, etc., and adjusts to the size. It is well known that an analog signal having an output current value of 4 to 20 mA or an output voltage value of 1 to 5 V is output and used for control or the like.
[0003]
Some data logger devices that use an analog circuit output one analog signal for one input signal. This is configured to output an analog signal linearly with respect to the input signal. In some cases, the input signal is converted to digital data by A / D conversion using a microprocessor, etc., and an analog signal is output by performing calculation according to the size of the data. The sampling period for the input signal is several milliseconds or several tens of milliseconds. FIG. 3 shows a temperature measured at a sampling period of 10 msec (FIG. 3A), an analog signal based on the temperature expressed as an output current value (FIG. 3B), and the measured data is 10 msec. When the temperature rises linearly with the period, the output current value also rises substantially linearly, and follows the measured data.
[0004]
[Problem to be Solved by the Invention]
However, in the data logger apparatus described in the prior art, when the sampling period is as long as several seconds (for example, 0.5 sec), the output of the analog signal follows the sampling period of several seconds (0.5 sec). Cannot change. FIG. 4 shows an output current value (FIG. 4 (B)) that is an analog signal output based on measurement data (FIG. 4 (A)) obtained by measuring the temperature when the sampling period is 0.5 sec or more. If the sampling period is a short sampling period of several msec or several tens of msec, the analog signal output transient response, which has not been significantly affected, becomes a sampling period of several sec (for example, 0.5 sec) or more, and the analog signal Output is not linear, and waveform distortion appears remarkably between measurement points (for example, t1 and t2, t2 and t3). Therefore, linearity with the measurement data measured in time series cannot be maintained, and an analog signal corresponding to the measurement data cannot be output. As described above, when the sampling period is several seconds, for example, when the period is long, such as 0.5 sec, or when the sampling period can be varied (for example, 1 sec, 5 sec, 10 sec), an analog signal is used. There is a problem that the output of becomes different from the actual measured time-series measurement data.
[0005]
Accordingly, the present invention is to realize a data logger device in which the output of an analog signal based on measurement data changes following the measurement data even if the sampling period of the measurement data measured in time series becomes long.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, a data logger device according to the present invention is configured as follows.
( 1 ) A data logger device that outputs an analog signal based on time-series measurement data, and based on the current measurement data, the prior measurement data, and the time constant of the transient response, A data logger device comprising correction means for correcting the output of the signal so as to follow the measurement data .
( 2 ) The data logger device according to (1) , wherein the correction means is automatically or arbitrarily set according to a sampling cycle of measurement points measured in time series.
[0007]
In this way, by correcting between analog signals based on measurement data measured in time series, the output between analog signals can be corrected, for example, linearly even when the sampling period becomes longer or changes. It becomes possible to make an analog signal that follows the measurement data.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
An embodiment in the case where correction is made so that the output between analog signals becomes linear will be described.

It shall be related. The initial value of the output current value in the embodiment is set to 0 mA. It should be noted that the measurement target may not be temperature but may be flow rate, air volume, etc., and the analog signal output may be a voltage value output instead of a current value.
[0010]
First, it is assumed that temperature measurement data (d1) of 10 ° C. is obtained at a measurement point when the sampling period is 0 sec (see FIG. 2A). The 10 ° C. temperature measurement signal (d1) is converted into a digital value (measurement data) by the A /

[0012]
Next, the measurement data at the measurement point when the sampling period is 1 sec is processed in the same manner as described above when 15 ° C. (d2) is measured, and the correction means in the control /
[0013]
Although the present invention shows a configuration for linear correction, a configuration for correcting by setting a time constant of an excessive response may be used. In short, it is only necessary to perform correction that can be output in a state corresponding to the measurement data.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention described above, the following effects can be obtained.
[0015]
According to the first or second aspect of the present invention, in the data logger device that measures in time series at a sampling cycle that is slower than the prior art, the output between the analog signals based on the measurement data at the measurement point is in a state that matches the measurement data. It is possible to output, and even when the sampling period is changed, the measurement data can be automatically handled.
