BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fluid circuit for driving a motor used in a crawler vehicle or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Generally, in a fluid circuit that drives a crawler vehicle or the like, when the fluid motor is started, the switching valve is switched from the neutral position to the flow position, but at this time, the fluid motor and the crawler vehicle continue to stop due to inertia. When the pressure in the fluid circuit suddenly rises and the fluid motor is stopped, the switching valve is switched from the flow position to the neutral position. At this time, the fluid motor rotates by inertia only for a short time due to the inertial running of the crawler vehicle. The pressure in the circuit rises rapidly. For this reason, in such a fluid circuit, a relief valve is provided in the middle of the supply / discharge passage connecting the fluid motor and the switching valve, and when any of the supply / discharge passages rises to the relief pressure, the relief valve passes through the relief valve. The high-pressure fluid that is the relief pressure is relieved to the low-pressure side supply / discharge passage. However, in such a fluid circuit, since the valve opening pressure (relief pressure) is set to a fairly high constant pressure, the pressure in the circuit is close to the relief pressure or when the fluid motor is started or stopped. There is a problem that a large shock is applied to the fluid motor and the speed reducer.
[0003]
In order to solve such a problem, for example, the one described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 62-31681 has been proposed. This is provided with an adjusting piston around each spring chamber of the relief valve, and a space section defined on one side of the adjusting piston is connected to an inflow / exhaust passage connecting the inflow side of the relief valve to which the spring chamber communicates. Communicates with another supply / exhaust passage and communicates with the adjustment chamber partitioned on the other side to the spring chamber, and when the inflow side supply / exhaust passage becomes a set pressure lower than the relief pressure, the fluid of the set pressure is By guiding the adjustment piston through the spring chamber and moving the adjustment piston to one side (space part side), a pressure difference is generated before and after the valve body of the relief valve, and the adjustment piston is moved to one stroke end. The fluid is moved in the valve opening direction only until it reaches, so that the fluid of the set pressure is relieved to the supply / exhaust passage on the low pressure side for a short time so that the fluid motor is started and stopped at both the start and stop times. It is obtained so as to reduce the click.
[0004]
However, in such a case, when the fluid motor is started, the low pressure relief is performed until the adjustment piston reaches the stroke end after switching the switching valve, and for a long time of about 0.5 seconds, the internal pressure of the fluid circuit reaches the set pressure. However, since the pressure only rises, the fluid motor continues to stop, which causes a problem that the rotational response of the fluid motor decreases.
[0005]
In order to solve such a problem, for example, what is described in JP-A-7-27105 has been proposed. This is provided with a communication passage that always communicates the space portion with the supply / discharge passage on the switching valve side from the check valve, and a spring that constantly biases the adjustment piston toward one side (space portion side). Before starting the fluid motor, the space is connected to the supply / exhaust passage where the pressure is reduced by the communication passage, and the adjustment piston is moved to the one-side stroke end by urging with a spring. Thus, even if the fluid is guided to the adjustment chamber, the adjustment piston cannot be moved any more, so that the low pressure relief is not generated when the fluid motor is started. Since the high-pressure fluid supplied to the fluid motor is guided to the space through the communication path before the fluid motor is stopped (during driving), the adjustment piston opposes the spring to the stroke on the other side. As a result, when a fluid having a set pressure is introduced into the adjustment chamber during braking (stopping) of the fluid motor, the adjustment piston moves to one side as described above to perform low-pressure relief.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in such a conventional motor driving fluid circuit, since the low pressure relief at the time of starting the fluid motor is not performed, the response at the time of starting is improved, but the shock is restored again. There is a point.
[0007]
An object of the present invention is to provide a fluid circuit for driving a motor capable of improving both responsiveness and shock reduction performance at the start of a fluid motor in a well-balanced manner.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The purpose of this is to firstly provide a pair of supply / discharge passages connecting the fluid motor and the switching valve, and between these supply / discharge passages, and when the supply / discharge passages rise to the relief pressure, the relief pressure is increased. A pair of relief valves each having a valve body that relieves the fluid of the relief pressure to the low pressure side supply and discharge passage by being pushed and moved in the valve opening direction against the spring in the spring chamber; and a supply and discharge passage; A pair of throttle passages connecting the spring chambers, a cylinder chamber in which a piston is slidably housed, and a spring chamber of one relief valve and a cylinder chamber on one side of the piston. And the other connection passage that connects the spring chamber of the other relief valve and the cylinder chamber on the other side of the piston, and the supply / discharge passage has a set pressure lower than the relief pressure. When this happens, the fluid of the set pressure flows into the spring chamber through the throttle passage of the valve body and presses and moves the piston in the cylinder chamber, thereby generating a pressure difference between the front and rear of the valve body. In a fluid circuit for driving a motor that moves in the valve opening direction only until it reaches the stroke end and relieves the fluid of the set pressure to the supply / discharge passage on the low pressure side, a throttle is provided in the middle, and the fluid motor While adjusting the flow rate of the fluid from the supply / exhaust passage whose pressure has increased at the time of start-up, the fluid passage is provided with one fluid passage leading to the cylinder chamber on one side separately from the fluid from the restriction passage, A motor provided with the other fluid passage leading to the cylinder chamber on the other side separately from the fluid from the throttle passage while adjusting the flow rate of the fluid from the supply / discharge passage whose pressure has increased at the start of The dynamic fluid circuit,
Secondly The flow A pair of supply / exhaust passages connecting the body motor and the switching valve, and provided between these supply / exhaust passages, when the supply / exhaust passage rises to the relief pressure, the relief pressure is pushed against the spring in the spring chamber. While moving in the valve opening direction, a pair of relief valves each having a valve body that relieves the fluid of the relief pressure to the supply / discharge passage on the low pressure side, and slidably housed in the spring chamber, respectively, are in contact with the spring. And a pair of throttle passages that connect the supply / discharge passage and the spring chamber on one side of the piston, respectively, and when the supply / discharge passage becomes a set pressure lower than the relief pressure, the set pressure Fluid flows into the spring chamber on one side from the piston through the throttle passage, and the piston in the spring chamber is pressed and moved to the other side against the spring. A pressure difference is generated before and after the valve body, and the valve body is moved in the valve opening direction only until the piston reaches the other stroke end, and the fluid of the set pressure is relieved to the low pressure side supply / discharge passage. In the motor driving fluid circuit thus configured, a throttle is provided in the middle, and the flow rate of the fluid is adjusted by the throttle from the supply / discharge passage whose pressure has increased when the fluid motor is started up. This can be achieved by a motor drive fluid circuit provided with a pair of fluid passages respectively leading to the side spring chambers.
[0009]
When the switching valve is switched to the flow position in order to start the fluid motor, the pressure in one of the supply / discharge passages increases due to the inertia of the fluid motor. At this time, the fluid in the supply / exhaust passage flows into the spring chamber of one relief valve, for example, through the throttle passage, but the pressure drops when this fluid passes through the throttle passage. Generate pressure difference. Here, the fluid that has flowed into the spring chamber flows into the cylinder chamber on one side of the piston through one connection passage, whereby the piston is pressed by the fluid that has flowed in and moves to the other side in the cylinder chamber. At this time, the fluid whose flow rate is adjusted by the throttle from the supply / discharge passage where the pressure has increased through one fluid passage is led to the cylinder chamber on one side separately from the fluid from the throttle passage. Then, when the pressure in the supply / discharge passage rises to a set pressure lower than the relief pressure, the fluid force that presses the valve body in the valve opening direction based on the pressure difference exceeds the urging force of the spring. The valve element moves in the valve opening direction to relieve the fluid having the set pressure from the supply / discharge passage where the pressure has increased to the supply / discharge passage on the low pressure side. Such relief is performed until the piston reaches the other stroke end. As described above, fluid is supplied not only from the throttle passage but also from the fluid passage to the cylinder chamber on one side of the piston. Therefore, the piston reaches the other side stroke end in a shorter time than when the fluid supply is only the throttle passage, thereby shortening the low pressure relief time and improving the responsiveness. In addition, the time until the piston reaches the other stroke end, that is, the time during which the low pressure relief is performed, can be set to an appropriate value by adjusting the flow rate guided through the fluid passage by the throttle. Shock can be effectively reduced. For this reason, both responsiveness and shock reduction performance at the start-up of the fluid motor can be made well-balanced.
