BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is configured so that the iron crawler and the rubber crawler can be exchanged and run quickly and easily without exchanging the idler or sprocket wheel of a construction machine such as a hydraulic excavator or a crawler type traveling body of a work vehicle. The present invention relates to a crawler type traveling body.

[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the present invention, an idler is supported on the front part of each of the pair of left and right crawler frames, a sprocket wheel is provided on the rear part, an upper roller is attached to the upper part, and a plurality of lower rollers are attached to the lower part. In a crawler type traveling body in which an endless belt-like iron crawler or rubber crawler is exchanged and mounted over the wheel and the lower roller, the plurality of lower rollers are selected as a high position side position and a low position side position in the lower part of the crawler frame. Mounting position change means to attach the iron crawler when all the lower rollers are installed in the low position, and when the rubber crawler is replaced, the lower roller mounting position is changed to the high position. did. As a means for changing the mounting position of the plurality of lower rollers, the upper and lower surfaces of the bearing boss that supports the roller shaft of the lower roller are parallel to the upper and lower surfaces of the roller boss that are parallel to the roller shaft and have different distances from the roller shaft. Two surfaces are formed, and a horizontal reference stopper surface is formed on the crawler frame, and the upper surface or the lower surface of the two surfaces of the bearing boss are reversed and brought into contact with the reference stopper surface. And in that case, the side plate bolt hole opened for bolting the end surface portion of the roller shaft to the inner wall surface portion of the side plate of the crawler frame is formed into a long hole that can be used for the reverse mounting of the bearing boss. .
[0006]
In the present invention, on the outer peripheral surface of the bearing boss of the lower roller, two parallel upper and lower surfaces are formed on the long side and the short side that are parallel to the roller axis and have different distances from the roller axis. Thus, the end surface of the roller shaft is bolted to the inner wall surface of the side plate with the long side surface of the bearing boss in contact with the horizontal reference stopper surface provided on the inner wall surface of the crawler frame. Thus, the plurality of lower rollers can be mounted and fixed at the lower position on the lower part of the crawler frame. In this case, when the iron crawler is in the mounted state, the maximum radius of the outer periphery of the iron crawler and the height from the ground to the idler shaft center are the same, and the lower end of the idler tread and the rolling surface of the shoe link There is a gap between and the bottom of the iron crawler below the idler.
[0007]
Next, when replacing the iron crawler with a rubber crawler, loosen the bolt and turn the bearing boss upside down so that the short side forming surface of the bearing boss is in contact with the reference stopper surface, and the end surface of the roller shaft Is bolted to the crawler side plate. As a result, a plurality of lower rollers can be mounted and fixed at the high position on the lower part of the crawler frame. If a rubber crawler is attached in this state, the maximum radius of the outer periphery of the rubber crawler and the ground to the idler axis The height is the same, there is almost no gap between the lower end of the tread surface of the idler and the rolling surface of the rubber crawler, and the lower surface of the rubber crawler below the idler is in contact with the ground. In the present invention, since the side plate bolt hole opened for bolting the end surface portion of the roller shaft to the inner wall surface portion of the side plate of the crawler frame is formed as an oblong hole, there is no problem when the bearing boss is reversely mounted. Bolt tightening can be performed.

【The invention's effect】
In the present invention, on the outer peripheral surface of the bearing boss of the lower roller, two parallel upper and lower surfaces are formed on the long side and the short side that are parallel to the roller axis and have different distances from the roller axis. Therefore, the end surface of the roller shaft is bolted to the inner wall surface of the side plate with the long side surface of the bearing boss in contact with the horizontal reference stopper surface provided on the inner wall surface of the crawler frame. In the present invention, the side plate bolt hole that is drilled to bolt the end surface portion of the roller shaft to the inner wall surface portion of the side plate of the crawler frame is formed in a vertically long slot. Bolts can be tightened without hindrance during reverse mounting. Accordingly, in the crawler type traveling body of the present invention, the iron crawler or the rubber crawler can be easily replaced by selecting and replacing the lower roller, which is light in weight, at the high position and the low position on the lower part of the crawler frame. In addition to being able to be mounted, the entire surface of the lower surface of the crawler can always be grounded regardless of which crawler is mounted, and the dynamic stability of the vehicle body during work can be ensured.
