【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In particular, the present invention relates to a continuous unloader that employs a so-called tandem drive system that drives a bucket conveyor at two locations.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The present applicant has already proposed a continuous unloader of this kind (Japanese Patent Application No. 3-84120). According to this, the bucket conveyor is circulated at two drive positions of the upper part of the elevator part and the scraping part. Since it is driven, the tension applied to the chain of the bucket conveyor can be reduced, and the chain can be reduced in size, the apparatus can be reduced in weight, and the like.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In this tandem drive type continuous unloader, a hydraulic motor is provided at each drive position, and hydraulic pressure is supplied to these hydraulic motors from a hydraulic pump, and the hydraulic motors are rotated synchronously to circulate and drive the bucket conveyor. .
[0004]
However, in the conventional configuration, the rotation speed of the hydraulic motor is constant regardless of the type of load, that is, in the case of relatively heavy steel or the like and the case of relatively light coal or the like, When transporting (loading) lightweight loads, the torque necessary to carry heavy loads is left as surplus power, and the unloader's ability becomes a difference in specific gravity of the load, which is unreasonable for lightweight loads. It was not possible to drive with efficiency.
[0005]
Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a continuous unloader that can improve operation efficiency by performing operation in accordance with the weight and weight of the load. .
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is a continuous unloader including a bucket conveyor that is circulated and driven at at least two drive positions, and is provided with two hydraulic motors arranged at predetermined drive positions and connected to a drive shaft. One or more hydraulic motors disposed at the remaining drive positions, a hydraulic path for supplying hydraulic pressure generated by a hydraulic pump to each of the hydraulic motors , and the hydraulic path being conveyed by the bucket conveyor Switching means for controlling the number of hydraulic motors that supply hydraulic pressure by switching according to the weight and weight of the load, and the switching means converts all the hydraulic pressure generated by the hydraulic pump when the load is heavy. The hydraulic path for supplying to the motor, and when the load is light, the supply of hydraulic pressure to one of the two hydraulic motors is stopped and the two hydraulic motors are switched alternately for use It is intended for switching a hydraulic path to reduce the number of hydraulic motors supplying oil pressure in Rukoto.
[0007]
When the load becomes lighter, the supply of hydraulic pressure to one of the two hydraulic motors arranged at the predetermined drive position is stopped by the switching means, and the corresponding hydraulic pressure (oil feed flow rate) is reduced to the remaining hydraulic pressure. As the motor heads toward the motor, the rotational speed of the remaining hydraulic motor increases, the speed of the bucket conveyor increases, and the unloading efficiency improves. At this time, since the number of hydraulic motors to be operated is reduced, the generated torque is reduced due to the unloading as a whole, but since the load is light, the cargo can be handled without any problem. Here, since the two hydraulic motors arranged at the predetermined drive positions are connected to each other, even if the supply of hydraulic pressure to one hydraulic motor is stopped, the remaining hydraulic motors Since the bucket conveyor can be driven, it is possible to ensure driving at a predetermined driving position, that is, to make a plurality of driving positions, and by switching between these two hydraulic motors, the speed of the bucket conveyor can be controlled completely. As a result, it is possible to prevent a shortening of the service life due to continuous use of only one of the hydraulic pumps while ensuring a speedy state as compared with the case of supplying hydraulic pressure to the hydraulic pump.

However, when this speed and torque are both at maximum operating conditions, for example, when handling relatively light loads such as coal (the specific gravity of coal is about 1/3 that of iron ore), the same transport speed and volume are the same. Even though the load is light, there remains a surplus in torque, and the driving ability is not fully demonstrated. Therefore, the unloader 1 is devised to increase the operating efficiency by effectively utilizing the remaining power.
