Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a landmine treatment apparatus that can efficiently process landmines and that can also secure farmland by improving farmland.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, the handling of mines for personal use among mines has been carried out manually. In detail, the mine detectors are usually detected one by one using a mine detector similar to a metal detector fixed to a long rod. If you can detect it, water it, soften the soil and check the status of the mine. After removing the soil with a brush or the like to make the mine visible, the gunpowder is set up to explode, and in this way the conventional mine treatment depends on the experience and kang of specialists one by one. It goes without saying that you have to spend a lot of time and effort.
[0003]
Therefore, by using a bulldozer type or excavator type for landmine sweeping by using an endless track vehicle, it is possible to efficiently sweep away without being exposed to the dangers associated with landmine sweeping. Various proposals have been made. As shown in FIG. 7, the inventor also cuts the
[0004]
According to these landmine disposal devices, a rotary cutter is provided at the tip of the
[0005]
The anti-personnel mine is caught in the rotary cutter by the next tooth (cutter bit), the case and the lid are separated, and the explosives are shattered.
[0006]
For this reason, anti-personnel mines in electric fuzes do not explode at all, while in anti-personnel mines with mechanical fuzes, only the fuze is ruptured and the anti-personnel mine itself does not explode. Treated landmines are divided into cases, lids, and electric circuit boards and discharged to the ground. They are discharged to the opposite side of the direction of travel, so mud is not covered and buried on antipersonnel landmines. .
[0007]
In particular, according to Japanese Patent No. 3096847, a
[0008]
By the way, in No. 3016018, the sensor part is attached to the side of the arm, and vegetation such as shrubs, bushes, grass, etc. is removed with a rotary cutter, and anti-personnel mines and anti-tank landmines / unexploded shells are In the case of anti-tank mines and unexploded bombs, they are exposed with a rake or skeleton bucket of a rotary cutter, and then transported to an explosion point by human power, etc., and then destroyed by high-speed rotation of the rotary cutter. It is stated. This sensor unit is a metal detector or / and a laser probe.
[0009]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the actual soil, cutting, chipping, weeding trees, shrubs, and bushes often contain metal pieces, metal parts, metal balls, etc., and this reacts to the sensor unit. Often, proper and quick landmine exploration is not possible. In addition, after destroying antipersonnel mines, metal parts such as springs are scattered, and this may react to the sensor unit and hinder the exploration.
[0010]
The object of the present invention is to eliminate the inconvenience of the conventional example, and to easily and quickly remove the vegetation, and to remove unnecessary metal pieces and metal lumps that do not want to react to the sensor unit or a separate detector. The object is to provide a landmine disposal device that can perform appropriate landmine exploration and can efficiently perform landmine disposal.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, first, a rotary cutter is detachably attached to the tip of an undulating and bendable arm of a heavy machinery vehicle used in a shovel machine such as a backhoe, and the side of the rotary cutter is attached to the side of the rotary cutter. Is a rake grapple that is provided with a movable comb blade that can be moved by a cylinder or the like with respect to the fixed comb blade and that can be sandwiched , and is electrically operated on the opposite side. power supplies magnet provided, further, the provision of the level gauge for adjusting protrudes the cutting depth slightly below the cutter bit to the rotary cutter, the second magnet has a bracket, through the bracket The gist is to detachably connect the hood side of the rotary cutter with a pin.
[0012]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, it is possible to cut, chip, and weed trees, shrubs, and bushes that interfere with the detection work with the rotary cutter attached to the tip of the arm, cut with the rotary cutter, and fall to the ground Even if the trees are obstructing the detection work after the fact, the rake grapple on the side of the rotary cutter can be used and scraped and removed with the rake grapple. Furthermore, it can be applied to pioneering work where the soil is agitated to become cultivated land.
[0013]
After cutting, chipping, and weeding trees, shrubs, and bushes, using a magnet provided on the side opposite to the rake grapple of the rotary cutter, a metal piece such as iron that is a magnetic material, a metal lump Can be adsorbed and removed as a result, so that they do not react with the sensor section.
[0014]
Anti-tank landmines and unexploded shells revealed by exploration work at the sensor section will be processed to ensure the safety of antipersonnel landmine disposal by the subsequent rotary cutter. Carefully dig up anti-tank mines and unexploded bombs to explode the soil in the bucket behind the machine body to separate and expose anti-tank mines and unexploded bombs. After the fact, it is transported to the explosion point by human power and processed.
[0015]
On the other hand, with regard to the treatment of antipersonnel mines, with the emphasis on the position of antipersonnel mines clarified by detection work, all areas are cleared with a rotary cutter, and the bottom of the rotary cutter is in contact with the ground while turning. Anti-personnel mines are destroyed without exploding due to the high speed rotation of the rotary cutter, and fragments are released to the ground.
[0016]
In order to confirm the safety after the treatment work, the spacecraft is checked for any remaining landmines, etc. throughout the treated area. This confirms that the treatment in this area has been performed reliably, but before this safety check, magnets are used to adsorb and remove metal pieces such as iron and metal masses that are magnetic materials. After that, check the spacecraft for any remaining landmines.
[0017]
Furthermore, the magnet is an electric type, and ON-OFF control is possible from the driver's cab and the like by supplying power to the heavy machinery vehicle with an operation switch, and the adsorbed metal pieces and metal blocks are separated. It can be done easily. Further, by using the power source of the excavator machine, no special power source is required, and the circuit is not complicated.
[0018]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the magnet has the bracket , and the pin is detachably coupled to the side of the hood of the rotary cutter via the bracket . Therefore, the magnet can be removed when not needed.
[0019]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In addition, for safety confirmation, a detector is used to check whether there are any remaining landmines, etc. over the entire treated area. As a result, it is confirmed that the processing in this area has been performed reliably. Iron, scrap, chips and the like may be adsorbed by the
