【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
In this invention, the so-called two-use hydraulic shock absorbers generate a damping force depending on their expansion / contraction positions.Make variableThe present invention relates to an improvement of a position-dependent hydraulic shock absorber.
[0002]
[Prior art and its problems]
For example, in vehicles such as trucks where the vehicle height often changes due to changes in the load capacity,On the vehicleIt is preferable that the damping force generated by the mounted hydraulic shock absorber is configured to change according to the change in the vehicle height.
[0003]
Therefore, for example, in JP-A-56-39330A position-dependent hydraulic shock absorber is disclosedHowever, in this hydraulic shock absorber, so-called abnormal operation is manifested due to its configuration, and the damping force as setofOccurrenceCan not expectThere is a possibility.
[0004]
That is, the hydraulic shock absorber as the conventional proposal works on this.LoadWhen the load is below a predetermined load, i.e. 1G or less,The piston rod tends to protrude from the inside of the cylinder, and therefore the piston tends to rise inside the cylinder.pistonDefined byAboveOil chamberSpring distributed in the extension side oil chamberTend to shrink, the springPiston with urging force ofInAs shown in the solid line in FIG. 7, the spool disposed on the expansion side oil chamber side is lowered, and at this time, a so-called bypass path that bypasses the main damping valve disposed on the piston is opened by the spool. In addition, it is assumed that the damping force on the extension side and the compression side is maintained in a low damping force generation (soft) state.
[0005]
When the load is 1G or more,Since the piston tends to descend in the cylinder due to the immersion of the piston rod,The spool isElongateIt is not affected by the biasing force of the spring, but the so-called biasing force of the lower springRecessionAt this time, the spool isofThe bypass path is closed, and as shown by broken lines in FIG. 7, the respective damping forces on the extension side and the compression side are maintained in a high damping force generation (hard) state.
[0006]
Therefore, for example, in vehicles such as large trucks where the vehicle height often changes greatly due to changes in the load, when the load becomes large, especially when the compression side damping force is in a hard state, The so-called bottoming out of the hydraulic shock absorber can be prevented in advance,DisappearIn this case, in particular, it is possible to improve the riding comfort by setting the damping force on the extension side to a soft state.
[0007]
However, the abovedidIn conventional hydraulic shock absorbers,The spool that opens and closes the bypass passage is on the extension side oil chamber side of the piston. It is supposed to be distributedBecauseThe spool isBy the biasing force from the lower biasing springMaintained in an elevated stateShould beSometimes the spool is driven by a so-called hydraulic difference between the extension side oil chamber and the compression side oil chamber.Against the biasing force from the lower biasing springIt may be forced down.
[0008]
As a result, in the conventional hydraulic shock absorber described above, the spool is maintained in the raised state and the compression side damping force is maintained in the hard state. If notOtherwise, there is a possibility that the spool is lowered and the damping force on the compression side is switched to the soft state. Therefore, even if the generated damping force is changed depending on the position type, the expected damping force generation is expected. There is a possibility of making it impossible.
[0009]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and its object is to make the generated damping force position-dependent.Make variableIn addition, it is possible to expect the damping force to be generated as set, and in addition, the damping force on the extension side and the compression side can be simplified by simplifying the configuration.Hard or softGive that degree of freedom to setPossibleThus, it is an object of the present invention to provide a position-dependent hydraulic shock absorber that is optimal for mounting on a vehicle such as a truck and is also suitable for use as a seat damper.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present inventionPosition dependent hydraulic shock absorberEach hydraulic shock absorber is considered to be arranged in twoBut,A cylinder that is a lower end side member, a piston rod that is an upper end side member while being in and out of the cylinder, and the piston rodHold on the tip spigotWhile being slidably placed in the cylinder, it is placed in the cylinder under the presence of the expansion side damping valve or compression side damping valve.AboveStretch side oil chamber andDownPressure side oil chamberDefinitionAnd bypassing the expansion side damping valve or compression side damping valve located on the pistonAllows communication between the extension side oil chamber and the compression side oil chamberA bypass path, a spool that opens and closes the bypass path, and a first spring that constantly biases the spool in the upward direction,TheThe load on the hydraulic shock absorber is less than the specified loadThe piston tends to rise in the cylinderA second spring that sometimes lowers the spool against the biasing force of the first springAnd havingIn the position-dependent hydraulic shock absorber,TheWhen the load on the hydraulic shock absorber falls below a predetermined load, the bypass path in one hydraulic shock absorber is closed and the damping force on the compression side is switched from the low damping force generation state to the high damping force generation state and the other It is assumed that the bypass path in the hydraulic shock absorber is opened and the extension side damping force is set so as to be switched from the high damping force generation state to the low damping force generation state.
[0011]
More specifically, it is assumed that the spool is interposed on the outer periphery in the vicinity of the tip base portion of the piston rod that opens one end of the bypass passage so as to be slidable in the vertical direction. One of the shock absorbers isA piston that descends in the cylinder during the contraction operation has a pressure-side damping valve that allows hydraulic oil to flow from the pressure-side oil chamber below the piston into the extension-side oil chamber above the piston, The hydraulic oil from the extension side oil chamber is caused to flow out into the reservoir chamber defined outside the cylinder during the extension operation in which the piston rises, while the pressure side of the base valve portion disposed in the lower end of the cylinder is Has a check valve that allows hydraulic oil to flow into the oil chamberIt is assumed that it is formed in a uniflow structure.
[0012]
Also, one of the two hydraulic shock absorbers is disposed. But,A cylinder that is a lower end side member, a piston rod that is an upper end side member while being in and out of the cylinder, and the piston rodHold on the tip spigotWhile being slidably placed in the cylinder, the check valve is placed in the cylinderAboveStretch side oil chamber andDownPressure side oil chamberDefinitionAnd the pressure side oil chamber under the distribution of the pressure side damping valve while being disposed inside the lower end of the cylinder and the reservoir chamber outside the cylinderDefinitionA base valve portion that bypasses the compression side damping valve disposed in the base valve portion, a spool that opens and closes the bypass passage, and a first spring that constantly biases the spool in the upward direction,TheThe load on the hydraulic shock absorber is over a predetermined loadThe piston tends to descend in the cylinderA second spring that lowers the spool against the biasing force of the first spring whenAnd havingIn the position-dependent hydraulic shock absorber,TheThe load on the hydraulic shock absorber is over a predetermined loadThe piston tends to descend in the cylindersometimesBy lowering the spoolBypass is openGenerated in the base valve partThe damping force on the compression side isHigh damping force generation stateFromLow damping force generation stateSuppose that it is set so that it can be switched to.
[0013]
More specifically, the spool is interposed on the outer periphery on the upper end side of the center rod that opens one end of the bypass passage while interposing the compression side damping valve to form the base valve portion so as to be slidable in the vertical direction. Suppose that
[0014]
[Action]
Therefore, in the position dependent hydraulic shock absorber, each of the hydraulic shock absorbers arranged in two isWhen expanding and contracting, such as when mounted on a vehicle, a high damping force on the compression side is generated in one of the hydraulic shock absorbers in the state where each of the hydraulic shock absorbers is out of sight. At the same time, in the other hydraulic shock absorber, a high damping force on the extension side is generated.
[0015]
In the position-dependent hydraulic shock absorber, the configurations of the bypass path and the spool are taken into account, and when the load acting on each hydraulic shock absorber is less than a predetermined load, that is, 1 G or less. The piston rod tends to protrude from the inside of the cylinder, the sliding position of the piston in the cylinder is relatively raised, and the spool is lowered by the urging force of the second spring that overcomes the urging force of the first spring. Maintained in a state.
[0016]
In the position dependent hydraulic shock absorber,In addition to the configuration of the bypass path and the spool, when the load acting on each hydraulic shock absorber is a predetermined load or more, that is, 1 G or more, the piston rod tends to be immersed in the cylinder, and the piston slides in the cylinder. The moving position is relatively lowered, and the spool is not affected by the urging force from the second spring, and is maintained in the raised state by the urging force of the first spring.
[0017]
as a result,In the position dependent hydraulic shock absorber,When the load on the hydraulic shock absorber is increased and the spool does not move, the bypass path is opened by one hydraulic shock absorber, the damping force on the compression side in the one hydraulic shock absorber becomes a low damping force, and the other hydraulic pressure The bypass path is closed by the shock absorber, and the damping force on the extension side in the other hydraulic shock absorber becomes a high damping force.
[0018]
Also,In the position dependent hydraulic shock absorber,When the spool moves while reducing the load on the hydraulic shock absorber, the bypass path is closed by one hydraulic shock absorber, and the compression side damping force in the one hydraulic shock absorber is changed to a high damping force. The bypass path is opened by the hydraulic shock absorber, and the damping force on the extension side in the other hydraulic shock absorber is changed to a low damping force.
[0019]
Further, in the position-dependent hydraulic shock absorber, an outer periphery in the vicinity of the tip base portion of the piston rod that is located in the extension side oil chamber in which the spool that opens and closes the bypass path in each hydraulic shock absorber is defined by the piston in the cylinder. The pressure receiving surface is reduced compared to the case where the spool is interposed in the piston so that it is less affected by the so-called hydraulic pressure difference between the expansion side oil chamber and the pressure side oil chamber, Abnormal movement due to the hydraulic pressure difference, that is, abnormal operation is not exhibited.
[0020]
In the position-dependent hydraulic shock absorber, either one of the two hydraulic shock absorbers arranged in the position has a uniflow structure in which the piston has a compression side damping valve that generates a high damping force. When the bypass path is formed so as to bypass the compression side damping valve, it is possible to structurally easily change the compression side damping force between soft and hard. In the position dependent hydraulic shock absorber,Since the second spring is disposed in the extension side oil chamber in the cylinder, it functions as an extension preventing spring near the maximum extension in each hydraulic shock absorber.
[0021]
On the other hand, in the position-dependent hydraulic shock absorber, either one of the two hydraulic shock absorbers is arranged with only a check valve on the piston and a compression side damping valve on the base valve portion. It is formed so as to have a bypass path that bypasses this, and in addition, the spool is interposed in the compression side damping valve to form a base valve part, and on the outer periphery of the upper end of the center rod that opens one end of the bypass path in the vertical direction It is slidably interposedWhile the structure of the piston can be simplified,Only the structural change in the base valve part enables the damping force on the compression side to be changed between soft and hard.
[0022]
【Example】
The following is illustratedExampleThe position-dependent hydraulic shock absorber according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 1, and one hydraulic shock absorber S1 shown in FIG. 1 and the other hydraulic shock absorber S2 shown in FIG. Further, since one hydraulic shock absorber S1 is set in a uniflow structure, only the check valve 4b is provided in the base valve portion 4. However, in the other hydraulic shock absorber S2, it is normal. Therefore, the pressure

[0069]
On the other hand, the other hydraulic shock absorber S2 is in a state where a low damping force is generated (a state indicated by a solid line in FIG. 4), that is, a stretch side soft state because the bypass path is open.
[0070]
Therefore, in the present invention, since the hydraulic shock absorbers S1 and S2 are arranged in parallel with each other in each wheel portion of the vehicle, the damping characteristics in the hydraulic shock absorbers S1 and S2 described above are shown in FIG. The combined attenuation characteristic is as shown.
[0071]
In order to realize the damping characteristic shown in FIG. 5, it is well known that the energy in the motion system of this type of hydraulic shock absorber is known.fastThis makes it possible to reduce the frequency, i.e., to match the characteristics when the damping effect is increased.
[0072]
FIG. 6 shows another embodiment of the hydraulic shock absorber constituting the position dependent hydraulic shock absorber according to the present invention. The hydraulic shock absorber S3 is an alternative to the one hydraulic shock absorber S1 shown in FIG. Therefore, the damping characteristic in the hydraulic shock absorber S3 is the damping characteristic shown in FIG. 3 like the hydraulic shock absorber S1.

AndAboveAs described above, the attenuation characteristics as shown in FIG. 3 are obtained at each expansion and contraction when the bypass path is opened and closed.
[0087]
In the above description, the position-dependent hydraulic shock absorber according to the present invention has been described as an example in which the position-dependent hydraulic shock absorber is mounted as a suspension on a vehicle such as a truck whose vehicle height changes due to a change in the loaded load. Then, by changing the design of other configurations including appropriately setting the urging forces of the
[0088]
In addition, the position-dependent hydraulic shock absorber can be moved up and down by moving the position of the track-dependent hydraulic shock absorber by changing the design of other structures including appropriately setting the urging forces of the
[0089]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, in each hydraulic shock absorber that is arranged in two at a predetermined location, the spool that opens and closes the bypass passage is present in the extension-side oil chamber defined by the piston in the cylinder. It is assumed that the spool is influenced by a so-called hydraulic pressure difference between the extension side oil chamber and the pressure side oil chamber.Become difficult,Therefore, an abnormal operation that is an abnormal movement of the spool due to the hydraulic pressure difference is not manifested, and the respective damping forces on the extension side and the pressure side are generated as set.
[0090]
Further, in the present invention, each hydraulic shock absorber is configured to control software or hardware of the generated damping force,The expansion side damping valve and the compression side damping valve are arranged on the piston. For example, as compared with the conventional hydraulic shock absorber described above, only the expansion side or compression side damping valve of either one of the hydraulic shock absorbers is provided. Tuning becomes possible,It will have a degree of freedom in its setting.
[0091]
When the second spring is disposed in the extension side oil chamber in the cylinder, the second spring can function as an extension preventing spring near the maximum extension time of the hydraulic shock absorber. There are advantages.
[0092]
Further, when the bypass valve and the spool structure for opening and closing the bypass path are provided in the base valve portion, it is possible to easily change the compression-side damping force between soft and hard only by changing the structure of the base valve portion. There are advantages.
