従来のカルテ，レセプト等の書類を出し入れ可能に収納する書類収納ケースは、天壁及び前壁の先縁にフラップを設け、これらの一方のフラップは他方のフラップの幅より狭く構成してあり、前記他方のフラップを閉じるための折り曲げ線に沿って、前記一方のフラップを差し込むフラップ差し込みスリットを形成して構成してある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来公知の書類収納ケースは、閉鎖状態にあるときは、比較的強度は強い。しかし、書類収納ケースにカルテ，レセプト等の書類を出し入れするときは、開口が天面にしかなく小さいため、カルテ，レセプト等の書類の出し入れ作業の効率が悪いという問題点があった。

上記問題点を解決するために、前壁の両上側端から、前壁と両側壁との境である折り曲げ線に沿って天面側から切り込んで開閉部を設け、この開閉部が前方に折れて、前記前壁の上側が開放するように構成した。この場合、書類収納ケースにカルテ，レセプト等の書類を出し入れするときは、天面を開放し、さらに、開閉部を前方に折り曲げることにより、前面上側を開放するから、開口が大きくなり、カルテ，レセプト等の書類の出し入れ作業がし易くなった。しかし、この公知例もフラップ差し込みスリットを一つしか形成していなかったため、書類収納ケースを閉鎖しても、何らかの弾みによって収納した書類の重みによる力が前にかかると、開閉部が前方に折れて開閉部が膨らんだり、最悪の場合には、フラップが外れて開閉部が開き、収納した書類が外へ飛び出すおそれもある。こうなると書類収納ケースとしての役割を有さなくなる。また、複数個の書類収納ケースをまとめて、段ボール製の書類収納箱に収納するが、この際も何らかの弾みによって開閉部が膨らむと、書類収納ケースの修復に時間がかかり、却って書類収納ケースを収納する作業の効率が悪くなるという問題点があった。

さらに、この問題点を解決するために、天壁及び前壁の先端部に止め具を設け、一方の止め具に予め紐を付け、紐で天壁と前壁とを綴じるように構成したものもあるが、この場合は、紐を解く作業において時間を要し、カルテ，レセプト等の書類の出し入れ作業の効率が悪い。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために本発明カルテ、レセプト等の書類収納ケースは、天壁を開閉させてカルテ、レセプト等の書類を出し入れする書類収納ケースであって、前壁と両側壁との境である折り曲げ線に沿って天面側から切り込んで前方に折れて前記前壁の上側が開放する開閉部を設けており、天壁及び前壁の先縁にフラップを設け、前記天壁又は前壁の一方のフラップの幅を他方のフラップの幅より狭く形成し、前記他方のフラップに前記一方のフラップより幅を狭く切り抜いて第２フラップを形成し、前記第２フラップを設けた部分を除く前記他方のフラップを閉じるための折り曲げ線上に沿って、前記一方のフラップを差し込むフラップ差し込みスリットを形成し、前記一方のフラップを閉じるための折り曲げ線に沿って、前記第２フラップを差し込む第２フラップ差し込みスリットを形成してあることを特徴とする。
なお、天壁の先縁にフラップを設け、この部分から開閉するように構成してあるとしたが、これは便宜上このように定義したのであり、開口をどの面に設けてもよい。例えば、開口を正面に設け、前壁を開閉させてカルテ、レセプト等の書類を出し入れするように構成してあってもよい。

【発明の実施の形態】
発明の実施の形態は図面に示した実施例に基づいて説明する。
図１は本発明カルテ、レセプト等の書類収納ケースを開放してある状態を示す斜視図であり、図２は閉鎖してある状態を示す斜視図である。本発明カルテ、レセプト等の書類収納ケースは天壁１、前壁２、側壁３，４、背壁５及び底壁からなる直方体のケースである。本実施例では、天壁１を開けて書類を出し入れするため、天壁１は背壁５にのみ連接し、天壁１と背壁５との境には天壁１を閉じるための折り曲げ線６を形成してある。

さらに、両側壁３，４の上縁にはフラップ３１，３２を設けており、左側壁３及び右側壁４の上縁にはフラップ３１，３２を閉じるための折り曲げ線３６を形成してある。これらフラップ３１，３２はケースを閉じる際に前壁２上縁に設けたフラップ２１と重なり合わないようにするため、フラップ３１，３２の正面側に切欠部分３７を設けてある。また、フラップ３１，３２内には指掛け穴３３，３４を形成してある。さらに、閉鎖している状態にあるときには、フラップ３１は天壁１の裏側にあり、指掛け穴１５と３３とが貫通するように、天壁１の左側にも指掛け穴１５を形成してある。また、親指と人指し指とが掛けられるように、左側壁３の上側にも指掛け穴３５を形成してある。なお、本実施例では、天壁１の左側、両側壁３，４の上縁に設けてあるフラップ３１，３２内、及び左側壁３上側に、指掛け穴を形成したが、指掛け穴を天壁１の右側や右側壁４上側に形成してもよい。

このように構成してある本発明書類収納ケースは、以下のような作用をする。先ず、カルテ、レセプト等の書類を収納するためには、先ず、図１で示すように、天壁１を開き、続いて、フラップ３１，３２を開き、さらに、開閉部２４を前方に開く。天面から正面の上側にかけて広い開口を設けることができ、カルテ、レセプト等の書類をスムーズに収納することができる。

書類収納ケースを書類収納箱から取り出して、書類収納ケース内に有するカルテ、レセプト等の書類を取り出すには、上記の正反対の作業をすればよいが、第２フラップ差し込みスリット２３の中央部分には、第２フラップ差し込みスリット２３に差し込んだ第２フラップ１３を外すための差し込み解除用窪み２７を形成しており、第２フラップ差し込みスリット２３に差し込んだ第２フラップ１３を外す際に、差し込み解除用窪み２７の縁に指を置いて引けば、第２フラップ差し込みスリット２３に差し込まれた第２フラップ１３を容易に引き抜くことができる。

【発明の効果】
叙上の如く本発明カルテ、レセプト等の書類収納ケースは、前壁と両側壁との境である折り曲げ線に沿って天面側から切り込んで前方に折れて前記前壁の上側が開放する開閉部を設けてあるから、開口が大きくなり、カルテ，レセプト等の書類の出し入れ作業をし易くなるだけでなく、重ねられた書類の上部に余裕ができるから、書類の検索作業も容易となるという効果を奏する。これに加えて、本発明は、天壁及び前壁の先縁にフラップを設け、前記天壁又は前壁の一方のフラップの幅を他方のフラップの幅より狭く形成し、前記他方のフラップに前記一方のフラップより幅を狭く切り抜いて第２フラップを形成し、前記第２フラップを設けた部分を除く前記他方のフラップを閉じるための折り曲げ線上に沿って、前記一方のフラップを差し込むフラップ差し込みスリットを形成し、前記一方のフラップを閉じるための折り曲げ線に沿って、前記第２フラップを差し込む第２フラップ差し込みスリットを形成してあるから、書類収納ケースを閉鎖した場合に、何らかの弾みによって収納した書類の重みによる力が前にかかっても、開閉部が前方に折れて開閉部が膨らんだり、フラップが外れて開閉部が開き、収納した書類が外へ飛び出すおそれもなく、強度が強い書類収納ケースを提供することができるという効果を奏する。また、複数個の書類収納ケースをまとめて、段ボール製の書類収納箱に収納する場合も、何らかの弾みにより開閉部が膨らむおそれがなく、書類収納箱に収納する作業を効率よく行うことができるという効果を奏する。
