Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a light-transmitting sound insulating plate that is installed on the side of a highway, for example, and that shields automobile noise while ensuring the visibility of the driver. More specifically, the present invention relates to a frame-shaped frame. A sound insulation thin plate (for example, a polycarbonate or acrylic thin plate) that can be fitted into the frame body, and is detachable from the frame body and between the frame bodies along the edge of the thin plate. The present invention relates to a sound insulating plate provided with a frame-shaped pressing member that can sandwich a thin plate.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as this kind of sound insulation plate, as shown in FIG. 6, only one side of the sound insulation thin plate 2 is fixed to a corresponding portion of the frame body 20 with bolts 21, and the other three sides are the frame. There are some which are supported only by being sandwiched between the body 20 and the pressing member 22. For example, when a strong impact force is applied to the thin plate 2 due to a wind or an automobile collision, one side of the thin plate 2 is fixed to the frame body 20. Therefore, the three sides of the thin plate 2 supported only by the pinching force are slid out of the pinching portion, and the impact on the thin plate 2 is eased and cracked. It is configured so that it can be prevented.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When using the above-mentioned sound insulation plate for a sound insulation wall on a road, a state in which a plurality of sound insulation plates are respectively inserted from above and stacked vertically between a plurality of sound insulation plate mounting columns (H-shaped steel) erected at a predetermined pitch. It is common to form a sound insulation wall by attaching to a sound insulation wall, but if it becomes necessary to replace the sound insulation board after installation, for example due to damage to a thin plate, another sound insulation wall installed on the sound insulation board. It is necessary to remove the board once, which is very troublesome. In particular, when working on an expressway, it is indispensable to shorten the work time. Therefore, such work time reduction is desired.
According to the above-described conventional sound insulation plate, the frame body can be left in the installed state, and after removing the pressing member, the fixture and the thin plate can be removed sequentially, and a new thin plate can be attached. In order to attach to the frame body, the thin plate can be fixed with a fixture in a state where it is arranged at a predetermined part of the frame body, and the pressing member is attached to the frame body. It will come true.
However, the thin plate has flexibility. For example, in work on an expressway, when the thin plate is placed at a predetermined portion of the frame body, the thin plate is easily bent when receiving wind. There is a problem that work cannot be performed and work efficiency is reduced.
[0004]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a sound insulating plate that can solve the above-mentioned problems and perform maintenance work more speedily.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
〔Constitution〕
According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a sound insulation thin plate that can be fitted into a frame-like frame body, and is detachably attached to the frame body and between the frame body along an edge of the thin plate. The pressing member capable of sandwiching the thin plate is divided into an upper pressing edge, a lower pressing edge, and a pair of side pressing edges corresponding to each edge of the thin plate, and the upper pressing edge on the upper edge of the thin plate. It is in the place where it is fixed with bolts .
[0007]
[Action and effect]
According to the characteristic configuration of the present invention according to claim 1, since the upper pressing edge of the pressing member is fixed to the upper edge portion of the thin plate with bolts , the pressing member is simply attached to and detached from the frame body. Accordingly, the thin plate can also be attached and detached, and the number of steps involved in the attachment and detachment work can be reduced and the maintenance work efficiency can be improved.
Furthermore, since the upper plate edge of the pressing member is attached to the thin plate, it becomes difficult to bend as compared with the single plate alone, the handling property is improved, and the frame body can be quickly and stably maintained even when wind blows. As a result, the maintenance work time can be shortened.
[0008]
Further, according to the characteristic configuration of the present invention according to claim 1 , the pressing member is divided into an upper pressing edge , a lower pressing edge , and a pair of side pressing edges corresponding to each edge of the thin plate. Since each part of the pressing member becomes compact, it is easy to carry and the handling is improved, so that the maintenance work efficiency can be further improved.
Moreover, it becomes possible to adjust to the state which changed the clamping force of the thin plate for every division | segmentation pressing member, and it becomes possible to achieve more favorable thin plate holding according to a condition.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[0010]
FIG. 1 shows a sound insulation wall W standing on the side of the highway.
The sound insulation wall W is provided with a plurality of H-shaped steel sound insulation plate mounting columns (hereinafter simply referred to as columns) that are spaced along the longitudinal direction of the road and that have adjacent grooves M facing each other. ) A plurality of sound insulation plates P are fitted in a state where they are stacked one above the other.
In addition to this, the sound insulation wall W is provided with a wire rope (an example of a rope) R for preventing the sound insulation plate P installed between the columns 1 from falling off the column 1 and falling. The wire rope R is inserted into the left and right ends of the sound insulation wall W in a state along the support column 1 and both ends are fixed to the sound insulation wall fixing side.
[0011]
The sound insulating plate P is provided with a sound insulating thin plate (hereinafter simply referred to as a thin plate) 2, a frame-like frame body 3 that supports the thin plate 2 is provided, and the thin plate 2 is sandwiched and fixed between the frame body 3. For this purpose, a pressing edge (an example of a pressing member) 4 is provided.
[0012]
The thin plate 2 is formed of a flexible translucent plate made of polycarbonate, and is held in the frame of the frame 3. Therefore, sound insulation can be achieved while securing a view from the passing vehicle.
[0013]
The frame 3 is made of aluminum, and as shown in FIGS. 2, 3 and 4, an upper frame (an example of a horizontal frame) 3A composed of a hollow prism having a stepped portion on the inner side of the frame. The lower frame (an example of a horizontal frame part) 3B and a pair of side frames (an example of a vertical frame part) 3C are used.
Each frame 3A, 3B, 3C has a fixing portion 5 for attaching the pressing edge 4 and a supporting portion 6 for holding the thin plate 2 in a state of being sandwiched between the pressing edges 4 attached to the fixing portion 5. It is provided separately.
Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the adjacent frames are joined to each other with the side plate portions of the side frames 3 </ b> C pressed against the side plate portions 7 of the side frames 3 </ b> C while the edge portions of the upper frame 3 </ b> A and the lower frame 3 </ b> B are pressed against each other. It is fastened and joined with a tapping screw 8 from the outside.
On the other hand, through portions 9 for penetrating the wire rope R are provided in both end portions of the upper frame 3A and the lower frame 3B and the hollow portion of the side frame 3C. The through portion 9 formed in the upper frame 3A and the lower frame 3B has a through hole 9a formed in one end portion and a notch (an example of a separation allowing means) 9b formed in the other end portion. In a state where the wire rope R is inserted into the hole 9a, the wire rope R and the upper frame 3A / lower frame 3B are not separated. Further, in the cutout 9b, the separation of the upper frame 3A and the lower frame 3B from the wire rope R can be allowed along the cutout direction of the cutout. Further, the pair of side frames 3 </ b> C cannot be detached from the wire rope R in a state where the wire rope R is inserted through the hollow portion (through portion 9).
Therefore, for example, even if an automobile collides with the sound insulation wall W and the sound insulation plate P is disassembled as shown in FIG. 5, the side frame 3 </ b> C is held externally fitted to each wire rope R, and the upper frame 3A and the lower frame 3B are respectively held with the notch 9b and the wire rope R being disengaged, dodging the impact due to the collision, and being externally fitted to the wire rope R inserted through the through hole 9a. It is possible to prevent this. In addition, the peripheral part of the said through-hole 9a of the said upper frame 3A and the lower frame 3B is formed thickly, and the reinforcement with respect to the through-hole 9a tearing is aimed at.
[0014]
The pressing edge 4 is composed of an upper pressing edge 4A, a lower pressing edge 4B, and a pair of side pressing edges 4C respectively corresponding to the frames 3A, 3B, 3C, and is fixed to the fixing portion 5 of the frame 3 with screws. It is configured so that it can be performed (see FIG. 2).
The upper edge 4A is integrated with the upper edge of the thin plate 2 by bolting in advance, and prevents the thin plate 2 from being bent inadvertently when the thin plate 2 is attached to or detached from the frame 3. The handling is improved. On the other hand, the lower pressing edge 4 </ b> B and the pair of side pressing edges 4 </ b> C can be clamped between the support portion 6 and the edge portion of the thin plate 2 by screwing to the fixing portion 5. However, in this clamping mechanism, when a large external force is applied to the thin plate 2, the thin plate 2 can be allowed to come out. Therefore, it is possible to minimize the damage to the thin plate 2 by avoiding an impact caused by the external force. it can.
[0015]
Therefore, according to the sound insulating plate of the present embodiment, for example, even if an automobile collides with the sound insulating plate P and the sound insulating plate P is broken apart by the force, each member is supported by each wire rope R. It becomes possible to prevent falling from being connected to 1.
[0016]
[Another embodiment]
Other embodiments will be described below.
<1> The sound insulating plate P is not limited to the shape, structure, and material described in the previous embodiment. For example, if the frame is made of a synthetic resin, the weight can be reduced. Sound insulation plate mounting workability can be improved. Furthermore, it is possible to avoid unreasonable resistance to external force by adopting a structure that facilitates positive disassembly when subjected to external forces such as automobile collisions (for example, frames are connected only by fitting). Thus, good shock absorption can be achieved.
<2> The cable body is not limited to the wire rope described in the previous embodiment. For example, if an elastic member such as a belt-like spring plate or a spring is used, the shock absorbing effect is further exhibited. Is possible. Moreover, the rope comprised from carbon fiber and glass fiber may be sufficient.
