【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a control device for an automatic transmission for the purpose of reducing a shift shock of a vehicle with an automatic transmission.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, in a vehicle with an automatic transmission, various friction elements (such as clutches and brakes) are selectively hydraulically operated by line pressure to select a predetermined number of shift stages, and by changing the friction elements to be operated, it is possible to switch to other shift stages. Shifting. However, at the time of this shift, it is inevitable that a shift shock will occur due to the change in the shift gear ratio.
[0003]
As a conventional technique for reducing the shift shock, for example, a technique described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2-38748 has been proposed.
[0004]
According to this, a pseudo input rotational speed is obtained by multiplying the output rotational speed of the automatic transmission by the gear ratio after the shift, and the torque converter pseudo speed indicated by the ratio between the pseudo input rotational speed and the engine output rotational speed is obtained. The speed ratio is calculated, the shift detection means detects the start of the shift from the drop of the engine speed, and the time when the pseudo speed ratio of the torque converter reaches a predetermined set value is regarded as the end of the shift. Is measured as the shift time, and the line pressure during the shift is learned and controlled so that the measured shift time becomes the target time, thereby reducing the shift shock.
[0005]
In the above-described conventional control device, it is determined whether or not the shift is started based on whether or not the engine speed Ne has decreased by the engine drop determination constant δ or more from the maximum engine speed NeS immediately before the transmission shift. The engine drop determination constant δ is configured to be given as a fixed value regardless of the engine load or the engine speed due to the throttle opening.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when the engine drop determination constant δ is set to a fixed value regardless of the engine load and the engine speed, the following problem occurs.
[0007]
i) If the value of the engine drop determination constant δ is increased, the start of shifting is delayed when the engine load is low and the throttle opening is low (low TVO), and the actual shifting time cannot be accurately detected. As a result, an erroneous shift time is learned and controlled.
[0008]
ii) If the value of the engine drop determination constant δ is reduced, even if the engine speed fluctuates due to ignition timing retard such as knocking control when the engine load is high and the throttle opening is high (high TVO), the shift start is erroneously performed. Judgment is made and an erroneous shift time is learned.
[0009]
Hereinafter, the reason will be described in detail with reference to FIGS.
[0010]
First, FIG. 8 is a time chart showing a change state of the engine speed and the output speed during a shift at low engine load and high engine load. Here, if the engine drop determination constant δ used for shift start detection is set to a fixed value and the actual shift time at the low engine load and the high load is the same, the shift is performed at a low load compared to a high load. Since the difference between the rotational speeds of the front and rear engines is small, the start of shifting is delayed with respect to the high load at a low load.
[0011]
For this reason, the shift time cannot be accurately detected, and the erroneous shift time is learned and controlled, so that the shift shock cannot be reduced.
[0012]
FIG. 9 shows the relationship between the ignition timing retard change amount and the engine speed change amount based on the engine speed.
[0013]
According to this, for example, if the amount of change in retard is set to 5 degrees, it fluctuates 15 revolutions when the engine is 2,000 revolutions.
[0014]
As a result, when the engine drop determination constant δ is reduced in accordance with the low engine speed (low load), the ignition timing retard for knocking control or the like is reversed at the high engine speed (high load). Even when the engine speed changes due to this, it is erroneously determined that the shift is started, and the erroneous shift time is learned and controlled.
[0015]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and is an automatic transmission control device for accurately detecting an actual shift time in an automatic transmission and reducing a shift shock during the shift. Is to provide.
[0016]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve such an object, the present invention provides an engine speed detecting means, a transmission output shaft speed detecting means, Means for detecting the engine load, shift start detecting means for detecting the start of shift when the engine rotation speed starts to decrease and the engine rotation drop determination constant is reduced, and multiplying the transmission output shaft rotation speed by the gear ratio after the shift. [0017]
[Action]
Based on such a configuration, according to the present invention, when the ignition timing retard amount before the start of shifting is greater than the first reference retard amount and equal to or less than the second reference retard amount, the engine rotation drop determination constant δ is As a result of correction according to the ignition timing retard amount, it is possible to accurately detect the shift start timing and reliably reduce the shift shock over the entire engine load.
[0018]
In addition, when ignition timing retard is generated such that the ignition timing retard amount before the start of shifting is greater than or equal to the second reference retard amount, leading to erroneous detection, learning control of the shift time of the automatic transmission is prohibited to prevent learning control. The quality has been improved, and it has become possible to reliably reduce shift shocks.

FIGS. 2A and 2B are a main flowchart executed by the automatic transmission control device according to the present invention and a flowchart for learning control of the shift time, and the upshift in which the engine speed decreases due to the shift. A shift time (inertia phase time) detection and learning control at the time of shift is shown, and these calculations are performed, for example, every 10 ms.

Next, the torque converter pseudo speed ratio calculating means 15 determines the torque converter pseudo speed ratio for determining the end of the shift in order to determine the end of the shift. The torque converter pseudo speed ratio set value e0 (slice level) at the time is searched with reference to a two-dimensional table showing the relationship between the output shaft speed and the throttle opening.
This two-dimensional table is set for each type of speed change, for example, for every speed change from 1st speed to 2nd speed and from 2nd speed to 3rd speed.
Then, the process proceeds to step 32, where the output shaft speed No is multiplied by the post-shift gear ratio and divided by the engine speed Ne to obtain the torque converter pseudo speed ratio e. It is determined whether or not 16 is e ≧ e0.
Here, in the case of e ≧ e0 it is determined that the shift ended, at
As a result, the detection of the shift time in the upshift is completed, and the next calculation is not considered to be in the upshift at

Next, the learning control flowchart will be described with reference to FIG.

If the shift time is longer than the target shift time, the line pressure correction amount is increased by a predetermined value in
[0032]
Although the line pressure control at the time of shifting is not described in detail here, it is assumed that an optimum line pressure (supplied hydraulic pressure optimal for various friction elements) is basically given according to the shifting. It is assumed that the hydraulic pressure correction is performed by the learning control as described above.
[0033]
On the other hand, FIG. 4 is a learning control flowchart showing a first embodiment for correcting or learning prohibition determination engine speed fall determination constant [delta].
In this embodiment, first, at
Here, if Flag = 1, it is determined that an ignition timing retard greater than the specified value has occurred, and learning control is prohibited and the process ends.
If Flag is not 1, the routine proceeds to step 62 where the shift start detection end determination flag Ip SFlag is checked.
Here, if Ip SFlag = 1, it is determined that the shift start detection is completed, and the routine proceeds to step 73 without detecting the retard amount.
[0034]
If Ip SFlag = 1, the retard amount r1 is read in
[0035]
Next, at
[0036]
If r1> r2, it is determined that a false detection has occurred, the process proceeds to step 66, and a constant is determined based on the engine speed or engine load (for example, throttle opening) from the one-dimensional table shown in FIG. The second reference retard value r3 for δ correction or learning control prohibition determination is searched. The second reference retard value r3 is set based on the correction limit of the constant δ at each engine rotation (or engine load), and if the correction is excessively increased, the shift start detection becomes the actual shift start. On the other hand, delay and shift time cannot be accurately detected. Therefore, the learning control is prohibited when a further ignition timing retard occurs with the correction limit as a reference value.
[0037]
Next, after searching for the reference retard value r3, it is determined in
[0038]
Next, the routine proceeds to step 71, where a correction amount Δδ for correcting the constant δ is retrieved from the two-dimensional map of FIG. 7C consisting of the engine rotation or engine load (for example, throttle opening) and the ignition timing retard value r1. The When the correction amount Δδ is retrieved, the process proceeds to step 72 where the constant δ is corrected (δ = δ + Δδ), and the process proceeds to step 73, where the shift time detection is performed in the same manner as
[0039]
FIG. 5 is a learning control flowchart showing a second embodiment for determining that learning control is prohibited when the retard amount of the engine is larger than a specified value.
In the figure, first, in
As will be described later, this flag Flag is provided to prohibit learning control when the ignition timing retard amount is larger than a specified value.
[0040]
Here, when Flag = 1, it is determined that an ignition timing retard greater than the specified value has occurred, and the learning control or learning control prohibiting means 17 prohibits the learning control and ends. On the other hand, if Flag is not 1, the routine proceeds to step 52 where a shift start detection end determination flag Ip SFlag is checked. As described in detail in the description of the main flow in FIG. 2A, the shift start detection end determination flag Ip SFlag is used to detect the ignition timing retard amount (= constant δ correction or learning prohibition determination) from the shift command. This is provided only for the period until the start detection. Here, if Ip SFlag = 1, it is determined that the shift start detection is completed, and the routine proceeds to step 57 without detecting the retard amount.
[0041]
If Ip SFlag = 1 is not satisfied, the retard amount r1 is read in

[0043]
In the control device according to the present invention, the calculation of the engine speed has been described by the period measurement method using the ignition signal, but the same effect can be obtained by the frequency measurement method. Further, although the end of the shift is determined using the torque converter pseudo speed ratio, the present invention is not limited to this, and it may be determined using the engine speed after the shift.
[0044]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, in the automatic transmission control device according to the present invention, the ignition timing retard in which the shift start detection constant δ, which is the engine rotation drop determination constant, is determined in relation to the engine load and the engine speed. As a result of the correction according to the amount, it is possible to reliably reduce the shift shock over the entire engine load. As a result, the shift time can be detected more accurately.
[0045]
Therefore, the quality of the learning control is improved, and the shift shock can be surely reduced.
