Description
【0001】

[Prior art]
Conventionally, when punching a workpiece of a plate material with a press machine such as a punching press, a punch die comprising a punch and a die is used.
In the punching process, the punch die is worn between the punch and the punch guide sleeve or between the punch guide sleeve and the turret (in the case of the turret punch press), and generates heat. No. 96928, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 1-188828, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 3-24320, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 3-47616, etc., an oil supply passage is provided in the punch, and each slide is passed through this oil supply passage. By supplying lubricating oil to the moving part, the sliding part is prevented from being worn out or generating heat.
In JP-A-63-108927, an oil supply passage is provided on the turret side, and lubricating oil is supplied from the oil supply passage to each sliding portion to prevent the sliding portion from being worn out or generating heat. Yes.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the case where an oil supply passage is provided in a punch or turret as in the above-mentioned conventional publication, a lot of labor is required to form the oil supply passage in the punch or turret, so that the mold itself is expensive.
Also, the one that automatically supplies oil during punching is expensive because it requires a large apparatus for automatic refueling, and it is artificially supplied before work, etc. 62-96928, etc.) have problems such as failure to wear the mold due to abnormal wear or seizure of the sliding part when the user forgets to refuel.
The present invention has been made in order to improve such a conventional problem, and an object of the present invention is to provide a punch die that can prevent wear and heat generation without lubricating the sliding portion.

In addition, since it is not necessary to manually lubricate before starting work, it is possible to eliminate problems such as the punch mold becoming unusable due to abnormal wear or seizure of the sliding part caused by forgetting lubrication, This is economical because it does not require a large-scale oil supply device such as one that automatically supplies oil during punching.
In addition, since the oil supplied does not pass through the sliding part and drop onto the workpiece being punched, when performing post-processing such as welding or painting, it is also necessary to remove the dropped oil each time. And not.
In addition, since the
