【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、走行しながら圃場の野菜等に薬剤等を散布するのに使用される走行式薬剤散布機に係り、特に、車体の最前部に立設された支柱に、薬剤散布用のノズルブームが、その高さ位置を任意に変更可能に、かつ、水平及び垂直に開閉可能に取り付けられているものに関する。

【従来の技術】
この種の走行式薬剤散布機の従来例を図8、図9に示す。図示例の走行式薬剤散布機1は、車体12の下側に左右一対のクローラ13が設けられ、前記車体12の上側に薬剤タンク15が配設されるとともに、該薬剤タンク15の後方に、図示はされていないが、前記クローラ13を回転駆動するための原動機、前記薬剤タンク15の薬剤を後述のノズルパイプ50のノズル52に圧送して散布するためのポンプ、操縦装置、変速機、操向装置等が配設されている。なお、図中の符号17は操縦ハンドル、符号18はサイドクラッチレバー、符号16はシフトレバーを示している。

そして、前記車体12の最前部には、角筒状の支柱63が垂直に立設されるとともに、該支柱63にノズルブーム高さ調節用スライダ64が、ボルト類65により任意高さ位置にて固定可能に外嵌せしめられ、前記ノズルブーム高さ調節用スライダ64に、左右一対の水平突出支持片67、67が固着されるとともに、それらの水平突出支持片67、67に、それぞれ断面上向きコ字状の回動連結部材73、73が支軸85、85を介して垂直面内で回動可能に支持され、前記回動連結部材73、73に、ノズルブームの基端部を構成するブーム45が、ボルト類等により連結固定され、前記ブーム45、45に、連結片47、47を介して所要数のノズル52、52、…が所定間隔をあけて設けられた、前記ノズルブームの主体部を構成するノズルパイプ50、50が、保持されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記した如くの、従来の走行式薬剤散布機1においては、前記高さ調節用スライダ24や支持開閉用リンクアーム77、77等で構成される昇降機構部分、及び前記支持開閉用リンクアーム77、77や回動連結部材等で構成される開閉機構部分に関連して、次のような問題が生じていた。
▲1▼前記ノズルパイプ50、50の高さ位置を変える際、少なくとも二本のボルト類(65、75)を緩締しなければならず、高さ位置変更に手間がかかる。
▲2▼前記ノズルパイプ50、50の支持開閉のため、支持開閉用リンクアーム77、77の基端部を、前記支柱63に固定する必要があるので、前記支柱63の上端位置を、図8の水平姿勢時にはHa程度、図9の垂直姿勢時にはHb程度余計に高くする必要があり、そのため、前記ブーム45、45及び前記ノズルパイプ50、50を、例えば、前記薬剤タンク15の上面位置程度まで上げるには、前記支柱63を前記薬剤タンク15の上面より上方に突出させる必要が生じ、該支柱63が何かと邪魔になりやすい。

本発明は、前記した如くの問題を解消すべくなされたもので、その目的とするところは、ノズルパイプの高さ位置変更操作を簡単容易に行うことができるとともに、前記ノズルパイプの姿勢変更、姿勢角度の微調節も簡単容易に行うことができ、さらに、支柱の上端位置を可及的に低くできるとともに、前記ノズルパイプ等が外力を受けても損傷しにくくされた走行式薬剤散布機を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記の目的を達成すべく、本発明に係る走行式薬剤散布機は、基本的には、車体の最前部に支柱が垂直に立設されるとともに、該支柱に高さ調節用スライダが任意高さ位置にて固定可能に外嵌せしめられ、該高さ調節用スライダにノズルブームが連結される。
そして、前記高さ調節用スライダに裾広がり状に拡開する傾斜面部が形成されるとともに、前記支柱に前記高さ調節用スライダを任意高さ位置にて固定すべく、前記傾斜面部と前記支柱との間に、それら両方に圧接せしめられるゴム等の弾性材料からなる楔状ストッパが挿脱可能に介挿されていることを特徴としている。

本発明の好ましい態様では、前記楔状ストッパに倒立L字状の押し下げ片の下部が固着されるとともに、前記押し下げ片の上辺部の真下に指掛け片が前記高さ調節用スライダに固着された状態で形成される。

前記のように本発明の走行式薬剤散布機においては、前記ノズルパイプの高さ位置変更には、前記楔状ストッパを、前記支柱と前記高さ調節用スライダとの間に抜き差しするだけでよく、従来のように複数個のボルト類を緩締するという面倒な操作は不要とされるので、前記ノズルパイプの高さ位置変更を、極めて簡単容易に行える。
また、従来は必要であった支持開閉用リンクアームが不要となるので、前記支柱を可及的に低くすることができ、そのため、支柱が邪魔になり難くなり、作業性が向上する。

前記に加え、前記ノズルブームは、左右一対設けた場合でも、それぞれ個別にその姿勢を変化させることができるとともに、角度調節兼支承ねじ部材を緩締するだけで各ノズルパイプの姿勢角度を微調節することができるので、作業環境等に柔軟かつ迅速に対応することができる。
さらに、前記支軸に外嵌されたねじりコイルばねにより、前記ノズルブームが前記回動連結部材に脱着可能に支持されているので、本機が転倒したり、前記ノズルブームやそれに保持されたノズルパイプが何らかの障害物に衝突する等して外力を受けてた場合は、前記ブーム及びノズルパイプが前記回動連結部材から容易に外れる。そのため、前記ノズルパイプ等が折り曲げられる等の損傷を受け難くなる。
