よって、堰部2gの曲率半径は40〜100mm(排水トラップの直径φ55に対して、0.7〜1.8倍程度)、好ましくは45〜80mm(排水トラップの直径φ55に対して、0.9〜1.4倍程度)としてできるだけ、堰部2gから水が剥離しないように構成する。
なお、本実施例においては下向き屈曲部30の曲率半径は55mm(排水トラップの直径φ55に対して、1.0倍)に形成している。
【0030】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a siphon-type toilet that sucks and discharges filth in a bowl portion of a toilet bowl together with cleaning water in the ball through a trap drainage channel.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In this type of toilet, the trap drainage channel is filled with cleaning water to generate a siphon action on the ball portion, and this siphon action is used to discharge dirt in the ball. In such a toilet, that is, a siphon-type toilet, the waste can be transported and discharged by suction through the siphon action, so that it is possible to reduce the amount of washing water newly supplied for the discharge of the waste and to save water.
[0003]
Since this water saving is premised on the occurrence of siphon action, various proposals have been made in order to reliably generate siphon action.
[0004]
For example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 4-289344 proposes a technique for promoting the siphon action by increasing the curvature radius inside the pipe of the top trap portion of the trap drainage channel and providing a step portion on the inner wall on the downstream side. ing.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In general, since the toilet bowl is made of earthenware, it is difficult to manage the dimensions, and it is difficult to make the curvature radius of the top trap part and the stepped shape provided on the inner wall almost uniform for each toilet bowl. Therefore, the occurrence situation of siphon action differs for each toilet and water saving may not be realized in each toilet.
[0006]
On the other hand, the size and shape of the toilet bowl are restricted by the dimensions of the toilet that is the installation location and the state of the drain pipe installation in the toilet. Therefore, in the trap drainage channel, the curvature radius of the top trap part cannot be made desirable, or it may be difficult to provide a step on the inner wall. Also, in order to increase the water head pressure to a certain level or more, the cleaning water level in the ball section is made higher than the top trap section and the siphon action is caused by the water head pressure at that time. In some cases, it was necessary to increase the size. In these cases, toilets that can save water using the siphon action may not be installed.
[0007]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and it is an object of the present invention to generate a siphon action regardless of the shape of each part of the toilet, and to improve the effectiveness of water saving when discharging filth.
[0008]
[Means for solving the problems and their functions and effects]
In order to solve this problem, the cleaning method of the present invention comprises:
A siphon type toilet flushing method comprising a trap drainage channel formed continuously from an opening facing a bowl part of a toilet bowl, and sucking and discharging filth in the ball part together with wash water in the ball through the trap drainage channel There,
The cleaning water in the ball flows into the trap drainage channel from the opening by the flow of cleaning water toward the opening, and the accumulated drainage amount from the trap drainage channel is 1.5 seconds from the start of drainage. A flow of the washing water is formed so as to cause a drainage situation of about 1 liter or more.
[0009]
Moreover, the siphon type toilet of the present invention is
A siphon-type toilet comprising a trap drainage channel formed continuously from an opening facing the ball portion of the toilet bowl, and sucking and discharging filth in the ball portion together with cleaning water in the ball through the trap drainage channel,
The cleaning water is discharged to the ball portion so that the cleaning water in the ball flows into the trap drainage channel from the opening by the flow of cleaning water toward the opening, and the accumulated drainage amount from the trap drainage channel starts from the start of drainage. Discharge means for discharging cleaning water to the ball portion so as to cause a drainage situation of about 1 liter or more during 1.5 seconds.
It is characterized by that.
[0010]
In the siphon type toilet of the present invention having the above-described configuration and the cleaning method thereof, a flow of cleaning water toward the opening facing the ball portion is formed, and the cleaning water in the ball is passed from the opening to the trap drainage path by the flow of the cleaning water. Let it flow into. Therefore, it is not necessary to design and manufacture the ball portion for securing the water head pressure as in the prior art. In addition, the flow of the cleaning water thus formed and the cleaning water in the ball flowing in by this flow causes a drainage situation in which the accumulated drainage from the trap drainage channel becomes approximately 1 liter or more after 1.5 seconds from the start of drainage. . Since a large amount of drainage is made in a short time in this way, in the trap drainage channel, the remaining air and the remaining cleaning water inside the trap drainage channel are strong with the flow of cleaning water that causes the above drainage situation. It is pushed out from the beginning in response to input. Since the input due to the flow of the washing water at this time is not affected by the shape of the trap drainage channel, the siphon action is surely generated early through the trap drainage channel. As a result, according to the present invention, the siphon action can be surely generated in an early stage without being influenced by the shape of the ball portion or the trap drainage channel. Can be increased.
[0011]
In addition, since the internal volume of the trap drainage channel is usually about 1.5 to 2.0 liters, there is a drainage situation in which the accumulated drainage amount becomes about 1 liter or more after 1.5 seconds from the start of drainage. If it happens, it can be said that the siphon action has occurred at an early stage from the start of drainage.
[0012]
The siphon type toilet of the present invention having the above-described configuration can also take the following aspects.
That is, the discharge means is
Means for discharging cleaning water to the ball portion may be provided until a siphon action is generated in the ball portion through the trap drainage channel.
In this way, it is not necessary to discharge a new washing water after the siphon action occurs, so that water saving can be further achieved. The occurrence of siphon action can be detected by the negative pressure in the trap drainage channel or can be detected by the elapsed time since discharge of the wash water. What is necessary is just to stop discharge.
[0013]
In addition, it is possible to have upper edge discharge means for discharging the cleaning water from the upper edge of the ball part and flowing the cleaning water along the inner wall of the ball part before the discharge of the cleaning water by the discharge means is completed. .
If it carries out like this, the toilet paper etc. which adhered to the ball part inner wall can be made into the state poured into the ball wash water with the wash water which flows along an inner wall. Alternatively, the toilet paper on the inner wall may be partially immersed in the cleaning water in the ball while wet. Therefore, the toilet paper or the like can be reliably discharged by the cleaning water in the ball flowing into the trap drainage channel.
[0014]
Furthermore, the trap drainage channel may have a pipeline trajectory having a pipeline diameter of about 40 to 70 mm and a top trap portion having a radius of curvature of about 45 to 100 mm inside the pipeline.
Since these dimensions are normally used in existing siphon type toilets, they can be easily replaced with existing ones. Alternatively, there is no need to greatly change the equipment situation around the toilet such as the toilet dimensions, and the cost associated with the design change is not increased.

FIG. 4 shows the relationship between input and output when the washing water input is large, and FIG. 5 shows the relationship between input and output when the washing water input is small. In this case, the cleaning water input was the cross-sectional average flow rate at the
[0036]
As shown in FIG. 4, when the average cross-sectional flow rate is 160 (L / min) /1.5 s or more (hereinafter referred to as a high input model), (1) the slope of the initial output at which the output was observed Greatly exceeds the slope of the input. In addition, (2) the output slope is superior to the input slope during the period until the input and the output match, and (3) the output slope is less than the input slope during this period. You can only see time. For example, in a high input model with a cross-sectional average flow rate of 160 (L / min) /1.5 s, it is only about 0.2 sec shown by a in the figure. Moreover, (4) the input and output matched within a short time (1.1 to 1.7 sec).
[0037]
As shown in FIG. 5, when the cross-sectional average flow rate is 90 to 150 (L / min) /1.5 s (hereinafter referred to as a low input model), the cross-sectional average flow rate is 90 (L / min) /1.5 s. Except for the above (hereinafter referred to as the minimum input model), the phenomena (1) to (4) were observed in the same manner as the high input model. In this case, with respect to (4), the input and output coincided in 1.8 to 2.2 seconds. On the other hand, even in the lowest input model, the slope of the output at the time of (1) output observation exceeded the slope of the input. Also, after about 2 sec of (2), the output slope is almost the same as the input slope, or the output slope is only slightly better, but as shown by b in FIG. (3). The output slope is less than the input slope only for a relatively short time of 0.5 sec. In addition, {circle over (4)} is expected to match the input and output after about 2.5 seconds.
[0038]
As shown in FIG. 6, until about 0.5 seconds have elapsed from the input start time (time zero), regardless of the cross-sectional average flow rate, the accumulated drainage amount of drainage washing water from the

[0041]
Among the output states of the washing water, until the input and the output coincide with each other, the output state is that the air in the trap is mixed with the washing water, and during this period, the washing water output excluding the air is obtained. And the occurrence of the siphon action is confirmed when the input and the output coincide with each other. Each high input model and each low input model except the lowest input model have been observed to match the input and output within a short time of about 2 seconds. It can be said that the siphon action has surely occurred at that time. Therefore, in the high input model with a cross-sectional average flow rate of 380 (L / min) /1.5 s, the siphon action is surely generated from the start of input, that is, about 1 sec before the start of toilet cleaning, and the cross-sectional average flow rate is 110 (L In the low input model of /min)/1.5 s, it can be said that the siphon action surely occurs about 2.2 seconds before the start of toilet cleaning. In addition, during such a short period of time, the accumulated drainage amount exceeds about 1 liter, and the inside of the pipeline is surely filled with washing water. On the other hand, even with the lowest input model, the input and the output are expected to match after about 2.5 seconds, so although it is slower than the above case, the siphon before 2.5 seconds has passed. It can be said that the action is surely occurring. Even in this lowest input model, it can be said that the siphon action occurs within a relatively short time. Even in this minimum input model, the accumulated drainage amount exceeds about 1 liter within a short time from the start of drainage, and the inside of the pipeline is surely filled with washing water. Therefore, if the flush water input is given as described above so as to cause such flush water discharge status, the toilet bowl can be promptly completed and water saving can be achieved due to the early occurrence of a reliable siphon action. . In addition, even if an input lower than the above-mentioned minimum input model was added, it was not possible to obtain an accumulated drainage amount of about 1 liter or more after about 1.5 seconds from the start of drainage, and early occurrence of siphon action could not be confirmed.
