Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a separation apparatus for food (for example, confectionery, food material), more specifically, food arranged on a conveying member of a first conveying means, or a top plate conveyed by the first conveying means. The present invention relates to a food separation apparatus that separates foods arranged above from the transport member or the top plate and transports the separated foods by a second transport means.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, when confectionery is regularly arranged and placed on a top plate and baked in an oven, it is necessary to separate the confectionery from the top plate after the confectionery has cooled after baking.
[0003]
Conventionally, such separation of confectionery has been performed manually by a worker using a tool such as a spatula, but it has been necessary to separate each piece so as not to break each other. Was low.
[0004]
Therefore, there is a demand for automating a series of separation operations and improving work efficiency by enabling the confectionery to be separated from the top plate while conveying the top plate on which the confectionery is placed.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the case of separation after baking the confectionery in the oven, the confectionery is baked on the top plate, so try to force separation by inserting a separation piece between the confectionery and the top plate. Then, the confectionery may be broken, or the arrangement of the confectionery after separation may be disturbed. Such a thing can occur not only in foods such as confectionery but also in other foods such as food materials.
[0006]
The present invention separates foods without breaking the food arranged on the conveying member of the conveying means or the food arranged on the top plate conveyed by the conveying means or disturbing the arrangement of the food. It is an object of the present invention to provide a food separation apparatus that makes it possible.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the invention of claim 1, the food arranged on the conveying member of the first conveying means, or the food arranged on the top plate conveyed by the first conveying means, is removed from the conveying member or the top plate. A food separation device for separating and separating the separated food by a second conveying means, provided at the upstream end of the second conveying means in the conveying direction, wherein the food and the conveying member or the top plate A separating plate member for separating food from the conveying member or the top plate by being inserted in between, and a flexible belt member formed of a material that is easily deformable, the conveying member or the top plate or the separating plate A pressing feed means for feeding the food to the second conveying means while pressing the food against the member , and the flexible belt member includes a crest and a trough on the rotating member that is driven to rotate. Repeated alternately in the circumferential direction Re in which it is mounted so as to cross the waveform shape. Here, the food includes confectionery and food materials used therefor. Further, the “conveying member of the first conveying means” means that, for example, when the first conveying means is a conveyor used in a band oven or a caterpillar oven, the conveyor directly conveys food. It means a transport member, and the “top plate transported by the first transport means” means a top plate that is a member different from the members constituting the first transport means. Further, as the flexible belt member, it is possible to use a sponge material rich in cushioning properties. However, the invention of claim 1 particularly has a crest portion and a trough portion around the rotating member that is rotationally driven. It is advantageous in that cleaning is facilitated by adopting a configuration that is alternately repeated in the direction and attached so as to have a corrugated cross-sectional shape.
[0008]
If it does in this way, food will be arranged on the food arranged on the conveyance member of the 1st conveyance means, or the top plate conveyed by the 1st conveyance means, and food will be conveyed. In the middle of the conveyance, the food is sent to the second conveyance means side while being pressed against the conveyance member or the top plate or the separation plate member of the first conveyance means by the flexible belt member of the pressure feeding means. . Since the flexible belt member is easily deformed by the pressing by the flexible belt member, the food is only lightly pressed against the conveying member by the deformation of the flexible belt member, and a large force acts on the food. Never do. Therefore, the food is not broken by being pressed by the flexible belt member, and the arrangement is hardly disturbed.
[0009]
In a state where the food is lightly pressed against the first conveying means by the flexible belt member, a separation plate member is disposed between the food and the conveying member or the top plate of the first conveying means located below the food. Inserted. By inserting the separation plate member, the food is easily separated from the conveyance member or the top plate of the first conveyance means, and the separated food is pressed against the separation plate member by the flexible belt member, It will be sent to the 2nd conveyance means located in the downstream of the said separating plate member along the upper side. Even when the separation plate member is fed by the flexible belt member, the food is not easily broken because it is lightly pressed and sent in a cushioning state, and the food arrangement is hardly disturbed.
[0011]
In particular, since a flexible belt member having a corrugated cross section is attached to the rotational member that is rotationally driven , when the rotational member is rotationally driven, the flexible belt member is formed from a material that is easily deformable. In combination with this, the food is fed toward the second transport means without an excessive pressing force acting on the food. That is, since the flexible belt member is formed from an easily deformable material, a large force does not act on the food during pressing, and the cross-sectional shape is a corrugated shape. Is held without difficulty and is transported in the rotation direction (second transport means side).
[0012]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, the first conveying means conveys a top plate on which food is arranged, and detects the passage of the front edge of the top plate on the upstream side of the separation plate member. Passage detection means is provided, and the second transport means is supported at its downstream end so as to be rotatable about a horizontal rotation axis. Upon receipt of a signal from the passage detection means, The downstream end portion of the second conveying means is rotated so that the separation plate member is configured to be in a separation operation position where the leading edge of the separation plate member contacts the upper surface of the top plate. it can.
[0013]
In this way, when the passage detecting means detects that the front edge of the top plate passes on the upstream side of the separation plate member, the second conveying means is rotated about the downstream end as a center of rotation. The separation plate member is lifted upward, the separation plate member is brought into a separation operation position where the leading edge of the separation plate member contacts the upper surface of the top plate, and the food is separated from the top plate by the separation plate member.
[0014]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the flexible belt member may be configured such that a surface cover material is detachably attached along the entire outer peripheral surface. Here, as a means for detachably attaching a surface cover material (for example, a cushion material) along the outer peripheral surface of the flexible belt member, for example, a double-sided tape can be used.
[0015]
In this case, since the surface cover material is detachably mounted along the entire outer peripheral surface of the flexible belt member, the surface cover material is integrated with the flexible belt member. Works just as well. Also, in this case, it is not the flexible belt member itself that is soiled with food powders or oils and fats, but the surface cover material covering it, so it is possible to replace the surface cover material periodically. The clean state of the flexible belt member can be maintained over a long period of time. Therefore, there is no need to periodically clean the flexible belt member itself.
[0016]
As in the invention of claim 4 , instead of providing a surface cover material, as described in claim 6, it is further pressed against the peak portion of the flexible belt member to remove the deposit on the peak portion. A wiper member to be removed; drive means for reciprocating the wiper member in the belt width direction of the flexible belt member; and blowing air in the belt width direction to the valley portion of the flexible belt member to An air spraying means for blowing off the deposits can be provided.
[0017]
In this way, the wiper member is pressed against the peak portion of the flexible belt member, and the drive means reciprocates in the belt width direction to remove the deposits on the peak portion. On the other hand, air is blown in the belt width direction by the air blowing means to the valley portion of the flexible belt member so as to blow off the deposit on the valley portion. Thereby, the surface of the flexible belt member can be maintained in a clean state by the combined use of the wiper member and air blowing. Thus, efficient cleaning is performed by changing the cleaning method according to the surface shape of the flexible belt member.
[0018]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[0019]
FIG. 1 is a front view of an essential part of a confectionery (food) separator according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a plan view of the essential part.
[0020]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the confectionery (food) separating apparatus 1 according to the present invention has a rectangular plate-shaped top plate 3 conveyed by a chain conveyor 2 (first conveying means), and the top plate. 3 is separated from the top plate 3, and the separated confectionery is sent and conveyed by a belt conveyor 4 (second conveying means). The top plate 3 is adsorbed on the chain conveyor 2 via a magnet.
[0021]
Specifically, for example, the confectionery is regularly arranged and placed on the top board 3, baked in an oven, and after the baking, the top board 3 and the confectionery cooled by running for a certain period of time are transferred to the chain conveyor 2 ( It is conveyed by the first conveying means).
[0022]
The chain conveyor 2 is provided with an inclination and has a lower height in the conveying direction (lower left in FIG. 1). The belt conveyor 4 is provided above in the middle of the transport path by the chain conveyor 2. Contrary to the chain conveyor 2 , the belt conveyor 4 has a lower height in the conveying direction (upward to the left in FIG. 1), and between the confectionery and the top plate 3 at the downstream end thereof. The separation plate member 5 is attached to the belt conveyor 4 and is separated from the belt conveyor 4. The separation plate member 5 is formed in a thin plate shape by plastic, for example, so that insertion between the confectionery and the top plate 3 is easy.
[0023]
The chain conveyor 2 includes a drive shaft 11 positioned on the lower side, a driven shaft 12 positioned on the upper side, drive side and driven side sprockets 13 and 14 provided on the shafts 11 and 12, and both sprockets 13. , 14 and a chain 15 wound around. The drive shaft 11 is rotationally driven by a drive motor (not shown).
[0024]
Pressing above the chain conveyor 2 near the position where the separation plate member 5 is provided, and pressing the confectionery lightly upward against the top plate 3 or the separation plate member 5 and feeding it to the belt conveyor 4 side A feeding means 21 is provided. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the press feeding means 21 has a flexible belt member 22 that is rotationally driven. A chain 31 is wound between a drive shaft 25 that is rotationally driven by a drive motor 23 via a speed reducer 24, and sprockets 27 and 28 fixed to the driven shaft 26, and the chain 31 is shown in FIG. In addition, the flexible belt member 22 is attached by a fixture 32 so that the crests 22A and the troughs 22B have a cross-sectional waveform shape that is alternately repeated.
[0025]
The flexible belt member 22 is attached to the chain 31 with a fixture (not shown) at a portion of the valley portion 22B, so that the mountain portion 22A is in a hollow state having an air layer S therein. The peak portion (tip portion) of the portion 22A is a free end that can be displaced in any of the circumferential directions. When the chain 31 is rotationally driven, the flexible belt member 22 attached to the chain 31 also rotates while maintaining the cross-sectional corrugated shape. The flexible belt member 22 is made of, for example, a belt material in which a urethane coating layer is laminated on a polyester woven fabric.
[0026]
The drive shaft 25 and the driven shaft 26 are rotatably supported between the left and right inner plates 33, and the drive shaft 25 is also rotatably supported by an outer plate 34 positioned outside the inner plate 33. As described above, one end of the drive shaft 25 is connected to the drive motor 23 located outside the outer plate 34 via the speed reducer 24 . And the attachment member 35 provided in the outer side board 34 is attached to the base frame (not shown).
[0027]
When the flexible belt member 22 is rotationally driven, the top plate 3 and the confectionery are separated in a state where the confectionery is pressed on the top plate 3, and the separated confectionery is separated. Then, it is fed onto the belt conveyor 4 through the upper surface of the separation plate member 5. At this time, in a state of being pressed by the flexible belt member 22, it is separated by the separation plate member 5 and sent toward the belt conveyor 4, so that the confectionery is not broken, Arrangement is rarely disturbed.
[0028]
The belt conveyor 4 is located between a rotary pulley 41 located on the upper side at the downstream end in the transport direction and a rod member 42 having a circular cross section that is located at the lower end on the transport direction and located at the lower side and is long in the width direction. A conveyor belt 43 for conveyance is wound around and is rotated at the same speed as the chain conveyor 2. The rotary pulley 41 is driven to rotate by a drive motor (not shown) via a speed reducer. Further, the base end portion of the separation plate member 5 is attached to the rod member 42 constituting the upstream end via the left and right attachment brackets 46. Further, on the upstream side of the separation plate member 5, passage detection means (for example, a proximity switch) for detecting the passage of the front end edge of the top plate 3 is provided.
[0029]
Further, the belt conveyor 4, the rotary shaft 41a of the pulley 41 together with is rotatably supported via a bearing 56 on the conveyors frame (not shown), a further bearing (shown in its outer 2) and is also rotatably supported on the base frame through a double bearing structure. Then, by rotating the conveyor frame (belt conveyor 4) counterclockwise around the rotary shaft 41a in FIG. 1 by an actuator (not shown), the separation plate member 5 can be slightly lifted upward. Yes.
[0030]
Thereby, when the passage of the top plate 3 is detected by the passage detection means, a control means (not shown) operates the actuator in response to a signal from the passage detection means. As a result, the conveyor frame rotates counterclockwise in FIG. 1 to displace the separating plate member 5 upward, and the leading edge of the separating plate member 5 comes into contact with the upper surface of the top plate 3 so as to be confectionery. Is separated from the top 3 as a separation operation position. At this time, since the lifting operation of the conveyor frame by the actuator is released, in the separation operation position, the conveyor frame (the entire belt conveyor 4) tries to rotate clockwise in FIG. The tip edge presses the upper surface of the top plate 3, and with the pressed state, it is inserted without difficulty between the top plate 3 and the confectionery.
[0031]
In this way, the top plate 3 on which the confectionery is placed is conveyed from the upper side to the lower side by the chain conveyor 2, and the confectionery is separated from the top plate 3 by the separation plate member 5 in the middle of the conveyance. Then, the confectionery is conveyed to the conveyor belt 43 of the belt conveyor 4 while being pressed by the pressure feeding means 21, and is conveyed by the belt conveyor 4. On the other hand, the top plate 3 from which the confectionery is separated is conveyed by the chain conveyor 2 as it is.
[0032]
The chain conveyor 2, press feed means 21, separation plate member 5 and belt conveyor 4 constitute the confectionery separating apparatus 1.
[0033]
The operation of the separation device 1 will be described.
[0034]
For example, the confectionery is regularly arranged and placed on the top board 3, baked in an oven, and taken out from the oven after the baking. The top plate 3 on which the baked confectionery is arranged is placed on the chain conveyor 2, and the top plate 3 on which the confectionery is placed is conveyed by the chain conveyor 2.
[0035]
In the middle of the conveyance, the confectionery is pressed against the top plate 3 by the press feed means 21 and is pressed between the confectionery and the top plate 3 by being pressed by the flexible belt member 22 of the press feed means 21. The separation plate member 5 is inserted. At this time, when the drive shaft 25 is rotationally driven by the drive means, the crest portions 22A and the trough portions 22B are attached around the drive shaft 25 and the driven shaft 26 so as to have a cross-sectional waveform shape that is alternately repeated. The flexible belt member 22 is fed to the belt conveyor 4 side while pressing so that an excessive force does not act on the confectionery. At this time, the flexible belt member 22 has a cross-sectional corrugated shape in which a peak portion and a valley portion are alternately repeated, and an air layer S is formed in the peak portion 22A, and is pressed by the flexible belt member 22. In this state, the confectionery is separated without any excessive force acting on the confectionery, the confectionery is not broken, and the arrangement is hardly disturbed.
[0036]
As described above, the confectionery separated from the top plate 3 by the insertion of the separation plate member 5 moves on the conveyance surface of the belt conveyor 4 by the rotation of the flexible belt member 22 and is conveyed to the next step. Is done. On the other hand, the top plate 3 from which the confectionery is separated is conveyed by the chain conveyor 2 as it is.
[0037]
In the above-described embodiment, the flexible belt member 22 is simply provided, but a surface cover material (for example, a cushion sheet material) is attached along the outer peripheral surface of the flexible belt member 22 such as a double-sided tape. It is also possible to detachably attach using the attaching means.
[0038]
In this case, when the confectionery is transported, it becomes the surface cover material that is contaminated with the powder or oil of the confectionery, and the flexible belt member 22 itself is not contaminated. By exchanging, the flexible belt member 22 (surface cover material) that comes in contact with the confectionery can always be kept clean. Therefore, periodic cleaning of the surface of the flexible belt member 22 is not necessary.
[0039]
Further, instead of providing such a surface cover material, as shown in FIG. 6, it is pressed against the surface of the flexible belt member 22 to remove deposits on the peak portion 22 </ b> A of the flexible belt member 22. It is also possible to provide a wiper member 61 and an air blowing means (not shown) for blowing air along the direction A of the valley portion 22B to blow off deposits in the valley portion. In this case, the wiper member 61 is configured to reciprocate as necessary along a guide member 62 extending in the width direction of the flexible belt member 22 by a driving means (not shown) (for example, a rodless cylinder).
[0040]
Even in this case, the wiper member 61 is pressed against the surface of the flexible belt member 22 to remove the deposits on the peak portion 22A, while the air is blown to blow off the deposits on the valley portion 22B. As in the case of providing the flexible belt member 22 (surface cover material) that comes in contact with the confectionery, it is possible to always keep it clean.
[0041]
In the said embodiment, although the case where a confectionery was arranged on the top plate 3 and conveyed with the chain conveyor 3 (1st conveyance means) is demonstrated, this invention is not limited to it. When the first conveying means is a conveyor used in a band oven or a caterpillar oven, the conveyor has heat resistance between the conveying member for directly conveying the confectionery and the confectionery. The same configuration can be applied by inserting a separation plate member (for example, a silicon-based resin). Needless to say, separation is not limited to confectionery, and any fragile food such as a food material can be applied.
[0042]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention is implemented as described above, and has the following effects.
[0043]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, in the middle of the conveyance by the first conveyance means, the flexible belt member of the pressure feeding means is pressed against the food, and the food and the first conveyance pressed by the flexible belt member Since the separation plate member is inserted between the means and the food is separated from the first conveying means by inserting the separation plate member, the food is not broken and the arrangement is not disturbed. Separation of food from the first conveying means can be realized.
[0044]
In particular, the flexible belt member is formed of a flexible material configured to have a cross-sectional corrugated shape in which peaks and troughs are alternately repeated, and the pressing is performed while maintaining the cross-sectional corrugated shape. Since the flexible belt member is driven to rotate while maintaining the corrugated cross-sectional shape by the rotating means, the flexible belt member is deformed with its structure. Combined with being formed from an easy material, it is possible to prevent the force from acting on the food and to feed the food in a predetermined conveying direction while pressing the food.
[0045]
As described in claim 2, when the passage of the front edge of the top plate is detected on the upstream side of the separation plate member by the passage detection means, the separation plate member lifts upward and comes into contact with the top surface of the top plate. If it becomes an operation position, also when conveying a foodstuff using a top plate, isolation | separation with a conveyance member or a top plate of a 1st conveying means can be performed.
[0046]
If the surface cover material is detachably mounted along the outer peripheral surface of the flexible belt member as described in claim 3 , it is the flexible belt member that is contaminated with food powder or oil. Instead, it becomes a surface cover material covering the surface, and the surface cover material can be periodically replaced, for example, to keep the flexible belt member clean for a long period of time. That is, there is no need to periodically clean the flexible belt member.
[0047]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention , the wiper member of the cleaning means is pressed against the surface of the flexible belt member to remove the deposits on the mountain portion, while air is blown to blow away the deposits on the valley portion. Therefore, the clean state of the flexible belt member can be maintained for a long time.
