TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a plate rolling mill used for hot rolling, cold rolling, and temper rolling of a thick plate and a thin plate, and more specifically, is divided into three or more in an axial direction, and a load detecting device is independently provided. The present invention relates to a plate rolling mill provided with a mechanism for supporting a work roll by a split backup roll provided with a rolling-down device and a rolling-down position detecting device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a plate rolling mill, there is a rolling mill as disclosed in JP-A-5-69010. This rolling mill can control the bending of the work rolls freely to control the crown and shape of the plate during rolling, and also estimates the crown and shape of the plate with high accuracy using only the information obtained from the detector of the rolling mill itself. A rolling mill capable of controlling a sheet crown and a shape without time delay. For example, as shown in FIGS. 12 (a) and 12 (b), an upper inner In the housing 3a, divided backup rolls 4 (4a to 4c) divided into three in the axial direction and alternately arranged in the axial direction as shown in FIG. 12C, and divided backup rolls 5 (5a) divided into four in the axial direction. 5d), the

In this plate rolling mill, a work roll having a small diameter of about 200 to 300 mm is basically used, and the gap between the backup roll and the roll end of the work roll is reduced to make the rolled
[0005]
In a plate rolling mill having a mechanism for supporting a work roll by these split backup rolls, since a structure in which each split backup roll is individually lowered, a body surface of the work roll pressed by each split backup roll is used. In addition, rolling abrasion occurs in a short period of time, and the abrasion of the work roll tends to be non-uniform in the axial direction, so that the control accuracy of the rolling shape and the sheet surface properties may be reduced. This problem can be solved by replacing worn-out work rolls. However, to replace work rolls, it is necessary to stop the rolling mill and perform complicated replacement work. There is a problem of lowering. In addition, when a rolling force is applied to a work roll by each split backup roll, the shaft end of the rotating work roll tilts or the thrust load generated during rolling causes the work roll to be split into a work roll at the clamp part. There is a possibility that the pressing operation of the roll may be restricted, and there is also a problem that it is not possible to secure stable rolling shape accuracy. In order not to cause such inconvenience, while reducing the binding force in the axial direction of the work roll,Work roll axis direction, direction perpendicular to the work roll axis in the horizontal plane, and vertical directionIt is necessary to ease restraint. If the constraint is too strong, there is a problem that the control of pushing the work roll by the split backup roll is affected.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a plate rolling mill having a mechanism for supporting a work roll with divided backup rolls divided into three or more in the axial direction. In each of the divided backup rolls, a load detecting device, a rolling-down device, and a rolling-down position detecting device are independently provided. It is a plate rolling mill provided with a device and a bending mechanism on the work roll, and the rolling shape control is expanded by controlling the rolling shape of each divided backup roll and using the bending of the work roll in combination, thereby expanding the control width of the rolling shape. This ensures stable control accuracy. The divided backup rolls may be arranged so as to support the upper and lower work rolls, respectively, or may be arranged only on the upper work roll side and an integrated backup roll may be arranged on the lower work roll side. In this example, the backup roll on the lower work roll side is integrated, and this backup roll is rotated by a driving device (not shown).
[0009]
For example, the bender cylinder forming the bending mechanism may be arranged between the bender chock of the upper and lower work rolls, or may be arranged between the bender chock of the upper work roll and the upper inner housing, and the bender chock of the upper work roll is The inner housing may be supported via a bender cylinder. Alternatively, the bender chock of the upper work roll may be provided in the housing so as to be able to move up and down and rotate via an increase bender cylinder. When an integrated backup roll is disposed on the lower work roll side, it is not essential to provide the bending mechanism on the lower work roll side.
[0010]
(1) In the present invention, the work roll is supported by the radial bearing portion and the thrust bearing portion. The radial bearing portion and the thrust bearing portion may be formed integrally with the bender chock, or may be provided separately. Is also good. When provided separately, on the bender chock side of the radial bearing of the work roll, with the position of the work roll axial direction of the bender cylinder constrained from the housing or inner housing,In the direction perpendicular to the work roll axis and in the vertical direction in the horizontal planeIt is necessary to provide a guide for guiding the bender cylinder. It is necessary that the work roll be slid inside the radial bearing portion without generating a binding force. In addition, the work roll bearingIn the direction perpendicular to the work roll axis and in the vertical direction in the horizontal planeArms are formed on both sides of the thrust bearing so that they can be appropriately restrained, and this arm is clamped by the clamp provided on the housing side.Perpendicular to the work roll axis in the horizontal planeIt is preferable to support in the direction.
[0011]
When the upper work roll is pressed down by the split backup roll or bent by the
[0012]
(2) In order to control the position of the work roll in the axial direction to a predetermined position, a shift mechanism is connected to the thrust bearing to shift the work roll in the axial direction, and the split backup roll is used to rotate the work roll in the axial direction. Reduces unevenness of dynamic wear. In this case, a rotation joint may be interposed between the thrust bearing and the shift mechanism so that the rotation resistance of the work roll is not transmitted to the shift mechanism so that the work roll can be easily rotated. In the case where the radial bearing and the thrust bearing are formed integrally with the bender chock, the shaft end of the work roll is slidably supported by the radial bearing, and the inner ring is fixed to the shaft end of the work roll. The outer ring of the thrust bearing is locked to a holder screwed to the thrust bearing part so that the axial position can be adjusted, and this holder is rotated and moved in the axial direction by the action of a screw to shift the work roll in the axial direction. A mechanism may be used. In addition, about 30 to 200 mm is sufficient for the shift amount of the work roll in the axial direction.
[0013]
(3) When the work roll is bent with a bender cylinder, the shaft end tilts, the work roll expands due to thermal expansion, or the work roll axis fluctuates due to the load applied by the split backup roll. A flat bearing or a roller may be interposed between the bender cylinder and the bender chock in order to reduce the distortion (twist) generated between them.

【Example】
Hereinafter, examples of the present invention will be described. In this embodiment, the present invention is applied to a 5Hi plate rolling mill for temper cold rolling of a plate having a thickness of 2.0 to 16 mm and a width of 1600 mm. The plate rolling mill of this example is basically a plate rolling mill of the same type as the plate rolling mill shown in FIG. 12, and the upper roll assembly is divided into three or more axially divided backup rolls 4, 5 has a mechanism for supporting the upper work roll 8a, and each of the divided backup rolls 4a to 4c, 5a to 5d is independently provided with a load detecting device, a pressing-down device and a pressing-down position detecting device. By controlling the bending force on the upper work roll 8a and the position of each of the divided backup rolls 4a to 4c, 5a to 5d with respect to the upper work roll 8a, the controllability of the rolled shape of the plate is improved by the above configuration. In addition, even when the sheet width is narrow, the rolling shape control accuracy can be stably ensured. The amount of bending of the upper work roll 8a is determined according to the load distribution from the load detecting device disposed on each divided backup roll, a position detecting device (not shown), and the set rolling shape of the plate.
[0018]
The plate rolling mill having a mechanism for supporting the upper work roll 8a by the divided backup rolls 4a to 4c and 5a to 5d has a structure in which the upper work roll is individually supported by each divided backup roll as described above. Rolling wear occurs on the body surface of the upper work roll that is pressed down by each divided backup roll, and the wear of the work roll tends to be uneven in the axial direction, which may reduce the control accuracy of the rolling shape. Therefore, a mechanism for shifting the upper work roll 8a in the axial direction and dispersing the wear of the upper work roll is also provided. That is, as shown in FIG. 7A, the bearing for supporting the upper work roll 8a is separately installed in a
