Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a heat pump-type vehicle air conditioner that cools and heats the interior of a vehicle using engine cooling water and a refrigerant, and more particularly to a heat pump type vehicle air conditioner that can appropriately control the amount of refrigerant flowing to an evaporator.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a luxury car or a one-box car with a large cabin space, a dual air conditioner in which the front and rear areas of the cabin are independently air-conditioned by the front and rear units so that the entire cabin is comfortably air-conditioned Is widely adopted.
[0003]
Among these types of dual air conditioners, heat pump-type automotive air conditioners use the engine cooling water heated by the engine as a heat source in the front unit during heating operation, while the rear unit uses a compressor to compress the water. It uses a high-temperature, high-pressure refrigerant as a heat source, and draws up heat from external air for use.
[0004]
However, when the heating operation is performed, for example, when the outside air temperature is low as in the winter morning, the temperature of the engine cooling water is low at the time of startup, and the rising speed of the refrigerant temperature is not agile. There is a possibility that the state will not be brought about and the so-called immediate warming property will be lacking, and the heating performance will be insufficient. In particular, in a one-box car with a large cabin space equipped with a diesel engine, the temperature rise of the engine cooling water is slower than in a normal gasoline engine car, and the large space needs to be heated, so immediate warming is required. , Heating performance tends to be insufficient.
[0005]
Accordingly, in order to solve such problems, the present applicant has heated the refrigerant using the heat of the engine cooling water, and has used a refrigerant having a changed enthalpy to achieve higher heating performance. An air conditioner for automobiles has been proposed (see Japanese Patent Application No. 7-271,621).

[0012]
The present invention has been made in view of such problems of the related art, and has as its object to provide a heat pump-type automotive air conditioner that can control an appropriate amount of refrigerant according to a heat load.
[0015]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
To achieve the above object, the present invention according to claim 1, the first unit the first heat exchanger, and the heater core engine cooling water flows are arranged to constitute a cooling cycle with a compressor and a first capacitor A second unit in which a second condenser and a second heat exchanger are connected in parallel with the first heat exchanger so that a part of the cooling cycle refrigerant is introduced by using an on-off valve; A second expansion valve provided on the inlet side of the second heat exchanger, and a sub heat exchanger provided outside the first and second units for refrigerant flowing out of the second heat exchanger. In the heat pump type air conditioner for a vehicle that heats the refrigerant guided to the sub heat exchanger with a part of the engine cooling water and returns the refrigerant to the compressor, the sub heat exchanger and the compressor A heat pump type air conditioner for a vehicle, comprising: temperature sensing means for detecting the temperature of the refrigerant between the heat exchangers, and controlling the opening of the second expansion valve in accordance with the refrigerant temperature detected by the temperature sensing means. I will provide a.
[0016]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a temperature sensing means for sensing the temperature of the refrigerant between the first heat exchanger and the sub heat exchanger and the compressor, and according to the refrigerant temperature detected by the temperature sensing means. The opening degree of the second expansion valve is controlled. That is, even in an air conditioner for a vehicle having two units, a heat load obtained by integrating the three heat exchangers of the first heat exchanger, the second heat exchanger, and the sub heat exchanger is detected, whereby the most upstream heat load is detected. Since the opening degree of the second expansion valve on the side is adjusted, the amount of refrigerant returning to the compressor is controlled to the amount of refrigerant according to the heat load of the entire cooling cycle. As a result, the first heat exchanger and the second heat The cooling capacity in the exchanger will be appropriate.
[0017]
Further, in the present invention, the amount of the refrigerant returning to the compressor can be controlled by considering the mounting position of the temperature sensing means, so that the heater for the temperature sensing cylinder which has been conventionally used becomes unnecessary, and the cost can be reduced. it can.

[0027]
When the refrigerant temperature immediately before the compressor 1 is high, the valve opening of the second expansion valve 5b is increased, and when the refrigerant temperature is low, the valve opening of the second expansion valve 5b is reduced. The fact that the temperature of the refrigerant returning to the compressor 1 is high means that the heat load in the cooling cycle is large. Therefore, the amount of the refrigerant returning to the compressor 1 is increased by increasing the valve opening of the second expansion valve 5b. Then, a large amount of refrigerant is supplied into the cycle. Thereby, even if the heat load is large, a large amount of refrigerant is supplied into the cycle in accordance with the heat load, so that appropriate heating can be performed.
[0028]
Conversely, the fact that the refrigerant temperature returning to the compressor 1 is low means that the heat load of the cooling cycle is small, and in such a case, the valve opening of the second expansion valve 5b is reduced and the refrigerant The amount of refrigerant that returns is reduced, thereby reducing the amount of refrigerant supplied into the cycle. Thereby, even if the heat load is small, a small amount of the refrigerant can be supplied accordingly, and appropriate heating can be performed.

In particular, in the present embodiment, since the temperature-

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first aspect of the invention, the first heat exchanger, to detect the total thermal load three heat exchangers of the second heat exchanger and the sub-heat exchangers, thereby outermost Since the opening degree of the second expansion valve on the upstream side is adjusted, the amount of refrigerant returned to the compressor is controlled to the amount of refrigerant corresponding to the heat load of the entire cooling cycle. As a result, the first heat exchanger and the second The cooling capacity of the heat exchanger is appropriate.
[0049]
Further, in the present invention, the amount of the refrigerant returning to the compressor can be controlled by considering the mounting position of the temperature sensing means, so that the heater for the temperature sensing cylinder which has been conventionally used becomes unnecessary, and the cost can be reduced. it can.
