【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a combine for cutting a culm and threshing while traveling in a field.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The combine transports the culm harvested in the reaping section to the threshing section, rotates the handling cylinder at a predetermined number of rotations in the handling room provided in the threshing section, handles the harvested grain culm, and processes the processed culm. Grains are sorted and collected.
On the other hand, in order to operate the engine properly, the work load in the threshing unit, the reaping unit, and the like is detected based on, for example, the amount of down rotation of the engine speed from the reference speed, and the work load (engine load) is set in the target load range. The vehicle speed is controlled so as to decelerate the vehicle speed when it deviates to a larger side, and to increase the vehicle speed when deviating to a smaller side, so that the work load is maintained within a target load range.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the appropriate threshing speed (such as the rotation speed of the drum) may vary depending on the state of the grain. For example, if the rotation speed of the drum is too high for a grain having a large moisture value contained in the kernel, the handling speed may be reduced. Although there is a possibility that the grain may be damaged during the processing, the conventional technique has a disadvantage that the damage to the grain cannot be properly avoided because the rotation speed of the handling cylinder is fixed.
Therefore, for example, when the moisture value of the grain is large, measures such as reducing the rotation speed of the handling cylinder may be considered in order to slow down the threshing processing speed and perform soft handling processing. If the processing speed is reduced, the threshing work load is reduced, and the vehicle speed control is activated to increase the vehicle speed and increase the amount of harvested grain culm. And there is a possibility that a large amount of grains may be rubbed against each other with an increase in the amount of harvested grain culm in the handling room, causing damage.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to perform a soft threshing process in accordance with the state of a grain to be threshed, in order to eliminate the disadvantages of the related art. Another object of the present invention is to appropriately prevent the vehicle speed from being increased by operating the vehicle speed control during software processing.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the first aspect, when a soft processing command for the kernel is issued, the threshing processing speed in the threshing unit is automatically reduced, and the vehicle speed is automatically adjusted so that the detected workload is maintained within the target load range. The shifting operation for shifting the speed is suppressed.
[0006]
Therefore, for example, when an operator operates a switch and instructs soft processing based on the state of the grain (moisture value or the like), the threshing processing speed is reduced and soft threshing processing is performed. Since the speed change operation of the vehicle speed control is suppressed, if the threshing processing speed is simply reduced, the threshing work load is reduced, the vehicle speed is increased, and the increased amount of harvested grain culm increases the amount of harvested culm in the handling room to increase the amount of grain. It is possible to appropriately prevent the particles from rubbing each other and causing damage.
When the software processing command is issued, the shift operation of the vehicle speed control means is stopped.
Therefore, the speed change operation of the vehicle speed is stopped at the time of the soft processing, so that even if the threshing process speed is reduced and the threshing work load is reduced, it is possible to reliably prevent the vehicle speed from increasing.
[0007]
According to a second aspect, in the first aspect, when a soft processing instruction for the kernel is issued, the rotation speed of the handling cylinder is reduced, and the threshing processing speed is reduced.
[0008]
Therefore, by changing the rotation speed of the handling cylinder, it is possible to reduce the handling action force on the grain handled and processed in the handling room and to appropriately prevent damage, thereby obtaining the preferable means of
[0009]
In
[0010]
Therefore, by simple control of changing the threshing processing speed between the normal processing speed and the soft processing speed, it is possible to appropriately prevent damage to the grain to be threshed, and accordingly, it is preferable that the threshing process be performed in a suitable manner. Means are obtained.
[0019]
In a fourth aspect , in any one of the first to third aspects, when it is detected that the moisture content of the grain is equal to or more than a set value, the software processing instruction is issued.
[0020]
Therefore, for example, when the operator operates the switch to instruct the software processing based on the information on the moisture content of the grain, the instruction operation is troublesome, and an error such as forgetting the operation may occur. In addition, the software processing can be commanded in a more appropriate state while reducing the burden on the operator, and the suitable means according to any one of

[0034]
Further, an adjusting means 102 for suppressing a shift operation of the vehicle speed control means 100 when the software processing command is instructed by using the control device H is provided. As a specific mode of suppression, when the software processing command is commanded, the adjusting unit 102 stops the speed change operation of the vehicle speed control unit 100, that is, maintains the vehicle speed state at the time of the command. Is configured.
[0035]
Next, the control operation of the control device H will be described based on the flowcharts shown in FIGS. Note that this control is executed by interruption processing at predetermined time intervals. In the soft processing control (FIG. 5), the moisture content of the grain detected by the
[0036]
In the vehicle speed control (FIG. 6), first, it is checked whether or not a starting condition in which the stock sensor S0 and the threshing switch S3 are ON and the vehicle speed is 0.1 m / s or more is satisfied. If not, no control is performed. If the starting condition is satisfied, the detected engine speed RX is compared with the reference speed RS. If the detected engine speed RX is larger than the reference speed RS, the value of the detected engine speed RX is set to the reference speed. Update and store as RS. Note that the initial value of the reference rotation speed RS has been reset to 0.
[0037]
Then, a difference between the reference rotational speed RS and the detected rotational speed RX is obtained as an engine load, and if the engine load is within the target load range, the gear change operation is not performed. When the engine load is larger than the target load range, a deceleration operation is performed. When the engine load is smaller than the target load range, the speed increasing operation is performed only when the vehicle speed detected by the speed sensor S1 is smaller than the set upper limit vehicle speed.
[0038]
[Another embodiment]
Next, another embodiment of the adjusting means 102 will be described.
As a first alternative embodiment, when the software processing command is issued, the adjusting means 102 allows only the deceleration operation of the vehicle speed control means 100. That is, in the above-described embodiment, when the software processing command is issued, all the vehicle speed controls are stopped (see FIG. 5). However, in this alternative embodiment, the vehicle speed control is not completely stopped. In the flow of the vehicle speed control of No. 6, the speed increasing operation is not performed and only the deceleration operation is performed.
As a second alternative embodiment, when the software processing command is issued, the adjusting means 102 corrects the target load range in the vehicle speed control means 100 to a smaller load. That is, in this alternative embodiment, the same vehicle speed control as that of the above embodiment is executed (see FIG. 6), but correction is made to reduce the target range of the engine load, and the target range corrected to the smaller side is detected. The shift operation is performed by comparing the engine load with the engine load.
As a third alternative embodiment, the adjusting means 102 corrects the upper limit vehicle speed set by the vehicle speed control means 100 to a lower speed when the software processing command is issued. That is, in this alternative embodiment, the same vehicle speed control as in the above embodiment is executed (see FIG. 6), but the value of the preset upper limit vehicle speed is reduced to a lower value (a predetermined amount is subtracted from the initial set value). The value is corrected to a value or a value obtained by multiplying the initial set value by a correction coefficient smaller than 1, and the speed change control is performed within a range not exceeding the upper limit vehicle speed corrected to the lower speed side.
[0039]
The adjusting means 102 is not limited to those described in the above embodiments, but includes various forms for suppressing the speed change operation of the vehicle speed control means 100 (ie, weakening the effect of the speed change operation). Further, the adjustment means 102 may be configured by appropriately combining the contents of the above embodiments, instead of executing them alone.
[0040]
In the above-described embodiment, the work load is detected by a change in the number of revolutions of the
[0041]
In the above embodiment, the software processing instruction unit 103 issues a software processing instruction based on the detection information of the moisture value of the grain, but other detection information other than the moisture value, for example, Alternatively, the command may be issued based on the body cracking rate or the like. Instead of automatically instructing the software processing command, the operator may manually instruct the switch or the like based on the detection information of the water content of the grain.
[0042]
In the above embodiment, the threshing control means 101 changes (decreases) the rotation speed of the drum to reduce the threshing processing speed. You may make it reduce the conveyance speed of a screw etc. In addition, the
[0043]
In the above-described embodiment, the threshing control means 101 changes the speed to two speeds, the soft processing speed and the normal processing speed, when the soft processing command is issued and when the software processing command is not issued. Various forms of speed reduction control are possible. Instead of changing to a single software processing speed, finer control may be performed, for example, such that the software processing speed is reduced as the moisture value increases.
[0044]
In the above embodiment, the present invention is applied to a self-removing combine, but the present invention can also be applied to a whole-culm-type combine.
