【0054】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a waveform shaping circuit that softens the steepness of the falling and rising portions of an input pulse signal, shapes the waveform into a trapezoidal wave signal, and outputs the trapezoidal signal, and is particularly suitable for use in an in-vehicle multiplex communication network system. The present invention relates to a waveform shaping circuit.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Generally, in a local area network (LAN), a binary level pulse signal (square wave signal) is used as a communication signal for transmitting a bus line. Such a pulse signal (square wave signal) has a sharp falling and rising portion of the signal waveform, and includes many harmonic components in addition to the fundamental (baseband) frequency component. , The induced harmonic component may have an adverse effect on the operation of electrical equipment disposed in close proximity. Then, when the electric device in such a close arrangement is a radio receiver, the inductively radiated harmonic components are mixed and superimposed in the reception frequency band of the radio receiver, so that the reception operation of the radio receiver is obstructed. Become.
[0003]
Such inductively radiated harmonic components adversely affect nearby electrical equipment is not an exception in in-vehicle multiplex communication network systems often used in automobiles and the like recently. In the case of (square wave signal), the harmonic component of the baseband in the pulse signal adversely affects the operation of the on-vehicle electric device, for example, the radio receiver, the television receiver, and the car navigation.
[0004]
In order to remove the adverse effect of the higher harmonic component in such a pulse signal (square wave signal), in a multiplex communication network system, particularly in a vehicle-mounted multiplex communication network system, a pulse signal (square wave signal) having sharp falling and rising characteristics. Signal) is transmitted to the bus line, and the pulse signal (square wave signal) is shaped into a waveform, and a trapezoidal wave signal whose falling and rising characteristics are gradual is transmitted to the bus line. The amount of stimulated radiation of the component is reduced.
[0005]
By the way, in such a multiplex communication network system, some circuits have already been proposed as a waveform shaping circuit for shaping a pulse signal (square wave signal) into a trapezoidal wave signal.
[0006]
Here, FIG. 5 is a circuit diagram showing an example of a configuration of a known waveform shaping circuit, and FIG. 6 is a signal waveform diagram showing an example of input / output signals of the waveform shaping circuit shown in FIG. 6 (a) shows an input pulse signal waveform, and FIG. 6 (b) shows an output trapezoidal signal waveform.
[0007]
As shown in FIG. 5, the waveform shaping circuit includes a common-emitter transistor 51, a

As described above, the known waveform shaping circuit responds to the pulse signal (square wave signal) as shown in FIG. 6A supplied to the
[0013]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The known waveform shaping circuit has a relatively simple circuit configuration, and has a configuration in which general-purpose components are used, and thus has an advantage that the manufacturing cost is reduced.
[0014]
However, in the known waveform shaping circuit, as shown in the signal waveform diagram of FIG. 6B, the rising slope and the falling slope of the obtained trapezoidal wave signal are different. Is relatively steep. When this waveform shaping circuit is used in an in-vehicle multiplex communication network system, the frequency bandwidth of a trapezoidal wave signal to be output changes due to a relatively large voltage fluctuation of an in-vehicle power supply. When a trapezoidal wave signal is transmitted through a bus line, a stimulated radiated harmonic component is generated.
[0015]
As described above, when the known waveform shaping circuit is used in an in-vehicle multiplex communication network system, when a trapezoidal wave signal is transmitted through a bus line, it induces and emits a harmonic component under certain conditions. Have a problem.
[0016]
The present invention solves such a problem. It is an object of the present invention to provide a waveform shaping circuit in which a rising portion and a falling portion of an output trapezoidal wave signal have the same gentle slope, and generation of induced radiation of harmonic components is extremely small. Is to provide.
[0017]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
To achieve the above object, a waveform shaping circuit according to the present invention comprises a first resistor and a second resistor connected in series between a signal input terminal and a base of a transistor, and a connection point between the first resistor and the second resistor. A pulse signal (square wave signal) supplied to a signal input terminal, comprising a third resistor and a first capacitor connected in parallel between a and ground, and a feedback capacitor connected between the collector of the transistor and the connection point a. Is shaped into a trapezoidal wave signal in which the falling part and the rising part have substantially the same slope, and the signal is derived from the collector of the transistor.
[0018]
According to such a means, the obtained trapezoidal wave signal has a rising part and a falling part having substantially the same slope, and even when receiving a large fluctuation of the power supply voltage, the frequency of the rising part and the falling part Since the bandwidth can be kept within a relatively narrow range, when this trapezoidal wave signal is transmitted through the bus line of an in-vehicle multiplex communication network system, harmonic components radiated inductively from the bus line are generated. The degree is reduced.
[0019]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
In an embodiment of the present invention, a waveform shaping circuit has at least a first main electrode, a second main electrode, and a control electrode, and a transistor whose first main electrode is grounded, and a signal input terminal and a control electrode. First and second resistors connected in series, a third resistor and a first capacitor connected in parallel between the connection point a of the first and second resistors and the ground, and a connection between the second main electrode and the connection point a And a load resistor connected between the second main electrode and the power supply terminal, and converts a pulse signal supplied to the signal input terminal into a trapezoidal wave signal having rising and falling portions having substantially equal slopes. And is derived from the second main electrode.
[0020]
In the embodiment of the present invention, the transistor is a junction transistor, and the first main electrode, the second main electrode, and the control electrode are each formed of an emitter, a collector, and a base, or the transistor is a field-effect transistor. The first main electrode, the second main electrode, and the control electrode each include a source, a drain, and a gate.
[0021]
In the embodiment of the present invention, a preferred example is a pulse command signal in which a pulse signal is output from a control unit of a door control unit in a vehicle-mounted multiplex communication network system, and a trapezoidal wave signal is a vehicle-mounted multiplex communication. A trapezoidal wave command signal supplied to a bus line of a network system, wherein a waveform shaping circuit forms a main circuit in a transmission unit of a communication processing block.
[0022]
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the first to third resistors, the first capacitor, and the feedback capacitor are respectively coupled to the transistors of the waveform shaping circuit, and the resistance value and the capacitance value are appropriately selected, so that the input is made. The trapezoidal wave signal obtained by shaping the waveform of the pulse signal (square wave signal) obtained has substantially the same slope at the rising portion and the falling portion, and the waveform shaping circuit receives a large fluctuation in the power supply voltage. In this case, the frequency bandwidth of the rising portion and the falling portion can be kept within a relatively narrow range.
[0023]
Also, even when the formed trapezoidal wave signal is transmitted through the bus line of the in-vehicle multiplex communication network system, the frequency bandwidth of the rising portion and the falling portion of the trapezoidal wave signal can be kept within a relatively narrow range. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the degree of generation of harmonic components induced and radiated from the bus line, as compared with the related art.

Can be done.
[0056]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the waveform shaping circuits according to claims 1 to 3, one transistor, four resistors including the first resistor, the second resistor, the third resistor, and the load resistor, the first capacitor, The circuit configuration is relatively simple because it is composed of two capacitors consisting of a feedback capacitor, and all use only inexpensive general-purpose components such as transistors, resistors, diodes, and capacitors. Therefore, there is an effect that the manufacturing cost is reduced, and further, the respective resistance values of the first resistor, the second resistor, the third resistor, the load resistor, and the respective capacitances of the first capacitor and the feedback capacitor are provided. By appropriately selecting the values, the slopes of the rising and falling parts of the derived trapezoidal wave signal can be made substantially equal, and the frequencies of the rising and falling parts can be made equal. The band width, there is an effect that it is possible to fall within a relatively narrow range as compared to the waveform shaping circuit so far.
[0057]
According to the waveform shaping circuit of the fourth aspect, when this waveform shaping circuit is used as a transmission unit of a communication processing block in a door control unit in a vehicle-mounted multiplex communication network system, a rising portion of a trapezoidal wave signal and Since the frequency bandwidth of the falling part can be kept within a relatively narrow range, the amount of stimulated emission of unnecessary harmonic components in the in-vehicle multiplex communication network system can be reduced compared to the case where a conventional waveform shaping circuit is used. There is an effect that it can be greatly reduced.
