ここで、フィルム1はドラムフィルム形態のホログラム感材用として、通常用いられている支持フィルムであり、PET(ポリエチレンテレフタレート)、TAC(トリアセチルセルロース)、PVC(ポリ塩化ビニール)、ポリエチレン、PMMA(ポリメチルメタクリレート)等を使用することができる。

[Prior art]
In recent years, holograms have been widely used for decoration, forgery prevention, optical elements, and the like. A hologram recording sheet used for this is usually provided on a
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-mentioned conventional hologram recording sheet, when performing optical duplication generally used for duplicating a volume hologram, only one-to-one duplication can be performed with respect to the hologram master. There is a problem that only one copy can be obtained.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a multi-layer hologram recording sheet capable of simultaneously duplicating a plurality of holograms and separating each photographic material layer after duplication and development. I do.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the multilayer hologram recording sheet of the present invention, at least two or more hologram recording sensitive material layers are stacked, and a protective layer is formed on at least one of the hologram recording sensitive materials on both outer sides. It is characterized by the following.
Further, the multilayer hologram recording sheet of the present invention is characterized in that a spacer layer made of a transparent plastic layer is interposed between hologram recording sensitive material layers.
Further, the multilayer hologram recording sheet of the present invention is characterized in that the thickness of the spacer layer is 1 to 500 μm.
Further, the multilayer hologram recording sheet of the present invention is characterized in that at least two or more hologram recording sensitive material layers are laminated with a spacer layer made of a transparent plastic layer interposed therebetween.
Further, the multilayer hologram recording sheet of the present invention is characterized in that, after the hologram recording / developing process, the peel strength of at least one interface between the respective layers of the hologram recording sheet is smaller than the peel strength of the other interfaces.
Further, the multilayer hologram recording sheet of the present invention is characterized in that the peel strength of the interface between the respective layers after the hologram recording / developing process changes stepwise.
The multilayer hologram recording sheet of the present invention is characterized in that the hologram recording sensitive material is made of a volume phase type hologram recording material.
[0005]
[Action]
The multilayer hologram recording sheet of the present invention is obtained by laminating at least two or more hologram recording sensitive material layers and forming a protective layer on the outermost hologram recording sensitive material. It is possible to copy one sheet, and furthermore, after the hologram is copied, the peeling characteristic after the hologram recording / developing process is changed in a graded (stepwise) manner, so that it is possible to divide each layer.
[0006]
【Example】
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The
[0007]
The spacer layer is desirably thin in consideration of the relationship of the coherent length of the laser beam used at the time of recording the hologram. However, when the spacer layer is peeled off after recording the hologram, a certain amount of strength and strain is required. is necessary. Further, if the hologram photosensitive material has a certain thickness, it also plays a role (barrier property) of preventing a low molecular material (such as a plasticizer) added to the hologram photosensitive material from migrating to another layer. In consideration of this, the desirable thickness is 1 to 500 μm, and if it is less than 1 μm, the layer does not have the above-described barrier properties and the layer has no strength, so that it is difficult to peel or cut off. If it exceeds 500 μm, the influence of the birefringence of the spacer layer will appear during the recording of the hologram, the optical coherence at the time of recording will deteriorate, and a good quality hologram cannot be obtained. Although the spacer layer can be omitted, in this case, the adjacent hologram photosensitive materials must be peelable after recording.
[0008]
As a means for obtaining the layer configuration as shown in FIG. 1, for example, the hologram
Further, a method in which the above-described layer structure is formed at a time by multi-layer extrusion coating, multi-layer slide coating or the like is also applicable.

After copying and developing by the method shown in FIG. 2, each layer is separated from the multilayer hologram recording sheet. In this hologram recording sheet, it is possible to sequentially peel off each interface by making the releasability of each interface inclined or the like.
For example, in the layer configuration of FIG.

In this case, the
[0012]
Also, if the spacer itself has a two-layer structure and the peel strength between the spacers is set to the minimum, the photosensitive material can be separated so that the photosensitive material is sandwiched between the protective film and the spacer as shown in FIG. Is also possible.
[0013]
[Example 1]
A hologram photosensitive material dissolved at a solid content of 20 wt% was gravure coated on a 50 μm PET film (HP-7: Teijin) to a dry film thickness of 25 μm using a gravure roll. This was laminated with a 25 μm PET film (both sides treated with silicone), and gravure coated to a dry film thickness of 25 μm using another gravure roll. After further laminating a PET film (easy adhesion), the sheet was formed into a winding roll.
When this multilayer hologram photosensitive material was adhered to a hologram master as shown in FIG. 2 and copied, it was confirmed that interference fringes of the hologram master were copied to the two-layer hologram photosensitive material.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, at least two or more hologram recording sensitive material layers are formed as a multilayer hologram recording sheet in which a transparent plastic layer is laminated as a spacer layer, so that a plurality of copies can be simultaneously made. Further, by changing the peeling characteristic between the layers of the hologram in a gradient (stepwise) manner, it is possible to divide the hologram into individual photosensitive material layers, which is advantageous in terms of cost. Further, the hologram recording sheet of the present invention can be used for decoration, forgery prevention, etc. in addition to the use of a combiner for a head-up display.
