Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
BACKGROUND OF THE
[0002]
[Prior art]
Plate materials are usually handled in a stacked manner in the production process, storage of products, or transportation of products. For example, in the case of sheet glass, in order to store it or transport it by truck or the like, a pallet or the like having a support (referred to as an A base) having a support surface inclined at a predetermined angle is used. It is handled by leaning against the support of this pallet. In this case, it is usual that a spacer is interposed every predetermined number of stacked sheets. The main purpose of interposing a spacer every predetermined number of stacks is to separate handling units in storage and transport, etc. Works to insert chuck claws into Conventionally, as such a spacer, for example, a spacer made of rubber on a wooden plate or a mold steel, or a spacer formed of corrugated cardboard having a honeycomb structured core has been used.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The work of interposing spacers in the stacking of sheet glass is usually performed, for example, in a manufacturing process of sheet glass, by setting a spacer every time a predetermined number of sheet glass produced in sequence is stacked. In other words, the sheet glass sent out from the production line is sequentially stacked, and when the number reaches a predetermined number, a predetermined number of spacers are arranged thereon in a predetermined arrangement, and then the sheet glass is sequentially stacked again. It is strongly required that such spacers have excellent handleability. In other words, when handling by hand, it is necessary to have a handleability so that the work of arranging the sheets on the sheet glass can be performed quickly without burdening the operator as much as possible. Handling properties that can easily be automated are required. However, in the conventional spacer as described above, the handleability is not always sufficient. For example, in the case of a conventional spacer, it is simply placed on the sheet glass at the time of setting, and since the surface of the sheet glass is smooth and slippery, it is easily moved by a small external force and the initial set state is easily broken. There's a problem. Further, the conventional spacer has a problem that the weight is large and the burden on an operator is large when handling by hand.
[0004]
It is the present invention that has been obtained in the course of improving the glass spacers by focusing on the problems in such conventional spacers, and is a plate material spacer that is generally useful, including plate glass, and a plate material having a smooth surface. I will provide a.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The plate material spacer according to the present invention is used so as to be interposed between the plate materials in a set state in which a plurality of smooth plate materials are stacked at a predetermined interval when stacked, and has a predetermined thickness using a foamed resin material. A spacer body in which both sides of a core material formed in an elongated flat plate shape are covered with a surface sheet, and an adhesive layer is provided on one surface, and on the other surface, a foamed resin material having a large number of fine pores formed by air bubbles on the surface An adsorbing layer formed by a temporary pad provided with a cushion layer between the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the adsorbing layer. The attachment pad is adhered and fixed by the adhesive layer, and in this state, the arrangement setting state at the predetermined interval is reduced by adhering to the plate material by the attraction force of the adsorption layer and temporarily attaching the same. So that the can be of.
[0006]
Regarding the above-described spacer for a plate material, it is preferable that the surface sheet of the spacer body is formed of a sheet material of a resin film laminate on a paper material. In the above-described spacer for a plate material, it is preferable to form fine irregularities on the surface sheet of the spacer body for preventing adhesion.
[0008]

[0016]
As described above, since the temporary attachment of the plate material spacer 11 to the plate glass G is performed by a large number of fine suction cups in the adsorption layer 4, it is considerably strong against the force in the direction parallel to the plate glass G. . Therefore, the setting state of each plate material spacer 11 with respect to the sheet glass G is stabilized by this temporary attachment. That is, the plate spacer 11 does not move due to such external force, and the predetermined initial set state can be reliably maintained. This is effective not only for improving the workability in setting the plate spacers, but also for giving a wider range of conditions for using the plate spacers, and thus the range of use of the plate spacers can be expanded accordingly. It becomes possible.
[0017]
In order to remove the plate material spacer 11 from the sheet glass G, it is only necessary to lift the plate material spacer 11 lightly since the attraction force of the tacking
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to temporarily attach a plate material spacer to be interposed in the stacking of smooth plate materials to the plate material when setting the same, thereby greatly improving the handleability of the plate material spacer. In addition to this, the range of utilization of the plate material spacer can be expanded. In addition, since the temporary attachment is performed by suction, the handleability of the plate material spacer can be improved and the range of use can be expanded without damaging the plate material. Further, according to the present invention, since the main part is formed of a foamed resin material, the weight of the plate material spacer is significantly reduced, and thereby the handleability of the plate material spacer can be remarkably improved. At the same time, since the foamed resin material is covered with the topsheet, it is possible to reliably prevent damage to the plate material such as "burn" in the sheet glass, which may be caused by using the foamed resin material.
