TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a chain gate. More specifically, the present invention raises and lowers a chain stretched between a pair of gate posts, allows the chain to lie on the ground, and restricts the traffic to passersby and vehicles by setting the chain at a high position. The present invention relates to an improvement in the structure of a chain gate that switches between states.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a chain gate in which a chain stretched between a pair of gate posts provided at an entrance such as a garage or a passageway is moved up and down to switch between a traffic permitting state and a traffic blocking state, for example, there is a conventional chain gate. A structure such as that disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 15965 is known. As shown in FIG. 10, this chain gate is longer than the distance between the
[0003]
In this chain gate, an
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in a chain gate that applies tension using a weight, a constant tensile load always acts on the chain, so the weight must be somewhat heavy in order to make the chain strong in a closed state, but if it is too heavy There is a problem that the motor load is always applied too much, and if the motor load is too light, loosening tends to occur.
[0005]
In addition, such a chain gate raises and lowers the weight in the gate post by sliding on the inner wall of the gate or a guide provided on the inner wall while applying a load to the chain by its own weight. As a result, the movement of the weight is hindered, and a predetermined load may not always be applied to the chain. In particular, if the weight is too light, malfunctions are likely to occur due to adhesion of dust and rust.
[0006]
In addition, when the passage is permitted, the chain should be laid on the ground, and applying more tension than necessary may cause a fall when the passerby gets caught on the foot. is there. In addition, since the load on the chain always acts on a predetermined range of the chain, there is a problem in durability.
[0007]
Furthermore, if the chain is stretched by the load of the weight, if the chain is pulled out and then released, the impact when the chain returns to the original position is large, and the chain and the pillar may be damaged.
[0008]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a chain gate that solves these problems by tensioning the chain only in a closed state where the chain needs to be tensioned.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the invention according to
[0010]
The chain gate is stretched in a crank shape such that the middle of the chain, whose both ends are fixed, is lifted by the driving support member on the first gate post side and pushed down by the driven support member on the second gate post side. Therefore, when the drive support member is moved up and down, the driven support member is moved up and down by the same amount as the drive support member, and the stretched portion of the chain horizontally stretched between the first and second gate posts moves in parallel. The height can be freely changed from the ground to the maximum height.
[0011]
In addition, since the biasing means (for example, a spring) is extended and the force for pulling the driven support member downward is increased as the position of the chain support, that is, the position of the driven support member is increased, the chain is also connected via the driven support member. The higher the position, the stronger the tension. For this reason, the tension of the chain increases at the traffic stop position, while it is weak or zero at the traffic allowable position, that is, at the position lowered to the ground. Note that the motor load becomes maximum when the chain position becomes maximum.
[0012]
In addition, the amount of extension of the urging means in this chain gate is smaller (for example, about half) than the amount of rise of the driven support member, and the urging means can be stored compactly.

The above embodiment is an example of a preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to this, and various modifications can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention. 【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above description, according to the chain gate according to the first aspect, as the pulley position is increased, the downward biasing force of the driven support member that applies tension to the chain is increased. The higher the tension, the stronger the tension. Thereby, the tension of the chain can be maximized at the traffic stop position to maximize the chain so that the chain does not loosen, and the tension of the chain can be reduced at the traffic permitted position.
[0037]
In addition, since the biasing force applied to the driven support member is set to be maximum in the traffic blocking state, even when dust enters the portal, the movement of the pulley to return to the original position where the traffic is allowed is not hindered, There is also an advantage that the load of the motor or the like does not need to be increased unnecessarily. In addition, since the tension of the chain is weak or zero in the traffic permitting state, there is little risk of overturning even when a passerby hooks a foot on the chain. Further, even when the chain is pulled out and released, the impact when the chain returns to the original position is small, which is advantageous in terms of the durability of the chain.
[0038]
In addition , according to this chain gate, the amount of extension of the urging means can be made smaller (for example, half) than the amount of rise of the driven support member. Further, by freely setting the arrangement of the pulleys and the like, the direction of the bias can be finely changed, and the rate of increase of the tension relative to the amount of rise of the driven support member can be freely changed.
