記切欠き部に一致する欠円部を有し歯車取付部分の断面
形状と等しい形状の非円形の中心孔、及び該プレス抜き
板の一面に設けた凸部と、他面の凹部とからなりしかも
凸部と凹部との嵌合によって重なるプレス抜き板が位相
合わせされる位相合わせ嵌合部を形成するとともに、 前記位相合わせ嵌合部は、前記欠円部の半径方向外方に
