2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when wiping hair dye or perm solution at a site such as a beauty salon, when necessary, cut cotton material such as gauze or absorbent cotton into appropriate sizes with scissors, or The stain remover agent contained in a bottle container was adhered and impregnated on a cotton swab to form a wiping material, and the hair dye and perm solution adhering to extra portions of the skin such as the nape of the neck were wiped off. See FIGS. 3 (a) and 3 (b).

As for the method of wiping, depending on a beauty salon, etc., when a hair dye or a perm solution adheres to the skin, a cotton material is impregnated with a stain remover agent so that the solution drips, and a stain is applied each time it is wiped. There were various methods such as a method of impregnating a remover agent, a method of directly applying a stain remover agent to the adhered skin, and a method of immediately wiping it off with a cotton material or the like.

[Problems to be solved by the present invention] When each hairdresser cuts a cotton material such as gauze and absorbent cotton into an appropriate size and impregnates it with a stain remover at a site such as a beauty salon. However, there is a problem that the amount of the stain remover impregnated is not constant. Also, if you try to impregnate a certain amount of the standard into gauze etc., it will take a lot of work, including the labor of cutting the cotton material into an appropriate size,
There was a problem that work efficiency declined.

[0006] The psychology of surely removing the adhered dirt is apt to work, and in general, a large amount of gauze, absorbent cotton or stain remover agent used for these is often used, and the material tends to be wasted. There was a point.

In cotton materials such as gauze and absorbent cotton as shown in FIGS. 3 (a) and 3 (b) showing a conventional example, the cotton fibers 7 are linear when viewed under a microscope, and the density per unit area is low. However, the fiber 7 has a coarse mesh even though it requires a corresponding thickness in use. Therefore, there is a problem that the ability to take in between the fibers 7 is generally relatively low even if the work 5 for wiping off the stains 5 such as unnecessary hair dye or perm solution adhering to the skin or the like is generally low.

Therefore, when a stain remover agent is impregnated into a cotton material such as gauze or absorbent cotton and used as a wiping material, if the amount of the cotton material itself is small, the stains such as a hair dye or a perm solution will be stained. However, there was a problem that it could not be sufficiently adhered to and absorbed by the wiping material only by dissolving with the remover agent. For this reason, it is necessary to wipe off the wiping material such as gauze and absorbent cotton many times until it is clean, and it is wasteful because it is used in a relatively large amount.

As the base material 1, a non-woven fabric formed by making pulp into cellulose is used as a raw material. The non-woven fabric is composed of a large number of cut short fibers 2 and has a heat-fused part 4 which is partially heat-fused. These short fibers 2 are crimped. This crimp has many micro crimps (micro crimp structure) and is highly crimpable. The number of crimps of this short fiber 3 is 20 to 25 per inch. Therefore, it has a texture close to that of cotton, and has excellent wet characteristics such as water absorption and water retention.

Next, the step of producing a nonwoven fabric (base material 1) from pulp as a raw material will be described. The raw material pulp is made into viscose. Immediately after spinning, this is stopped in part on the cellulose. This cellulose is cut into short fibers 3. The cut short fibers 3 are heat-fused to each other, and a heat-fusing portion 4 is provided at an appropriate position. After that, the cut short fibers 3 are freely shrunk to form a crimp. Further, these short fibers 3 are regenerated into cellulose to form a non-woven fabric.

As the base material 1, pulp material is made into viscose, and regeneration of cellulose is partially stopped immediately after spinning.
A non-woven fabric is used in which short fibers 3 are cut, heat-fused to each other to form a heat-fused part 4, and further free shrinked to form a crimp. Therefore, this crimp
Has a large number of micro crimps (micro crimped structures),
Rich in crimp. The number of crimps of this short fiber 3 is 20 to 25 per 1 inch, and the number of crimps per inch of conventional rayon, staple fiber, etc. is 7 to 12. Therefore, although the nonwoven fabric which is the substrate 1 of the present invention is made of a cellulose material, it has a texture close to that of cotton and has excellent wetting characteristics such as water absorption and water retention. Therefore, stains and the like that are dissolved and wiped off by the stain remover agent 2 are efficiently absorbed in a short time.

As shown in FIG. 1, these short fibers 3 have substantially uniform thickness and length, and are partially provided with a heat fusion portion 4, and the entire nonwoven fabric has a woven structure. ,
It is made uniform vertically, horizontally and diagonally. Like cotton, the length and length of the fibers are small, the fibers are thin, and the fibers are not aligned in one direction. Therefore, the stains 5 that have adhered to the skin 6 or the like and are dissolved by the stain remover agent 2 and have become disjointed are extremely Absorbs quickly into substrate 1. Since the partial adhesion of the cut short fibers 3 does not include an adhesive such as acrylic, styrene or butadiene rubber, there is no adverse effect on the stain remover agent 2 with which the base material 1 is impregnated.

A predetermined amount of stain remover agent 2 is preliminarily added to a crimped (micro-crimped) nonwoven fabric having excellent crimpability, which is obtained by cutting cellulose made from pulp material into short fibers 3 and partially heat-sealing them. Impregnate it. The non-woven fabric as the base material 1 is formed in a roll shape having slits or perforations in an appropriate size that is easy to use in advance. This is put in an appropriate container that can be sealed, and is taken out from the outlet and used. Therefore, the dirt 5 can be easily wiped off.
