スプレイ弁を開閉させることによって圧延材の制御を行
なうため、温度制御装置は予めスプレイ弁開指令によっ
てスプレイ弁が開き、冷却水が圧延材に到達する時間を
検知し、その到達時間によりスプレイ弁の開閉信号を出
力する必要ある。 【0004】そして、従来は搬送ローラ上に配置された
多数のスプレイ弁を人間が各スプレイ弁毎にスプレイ弁
開信号を出力させ、冷却水が圧延材に到達するまでの時
