Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention mainly relates to a method for efficiently producing a large number of paper spoons from a strip-shaped base material unwound from a roll, and a method for producing beautiful paper spoons. The present invention relates to a method for producing a paper spoon devised so that a spoon can be produced. [0002] Conventionally, various means have been provided for producing a large number of paper spoons. For example, a flat plate having a surface formed with a cutting blade and a pressing blade having a predetermined shape is provided. Thus, a large number of contour cutout lines and creasing lines leaving a small connecting portion are appropriately formed on a sheet material, and the connecting portion is broken to produce a paper spoon. [0003] However, in the above-mentioned manufacturing means, the paper spoon is cut off due to the breakage of the connecting portion, so that there is a problem that it is difficult to treat the broken portion neatly. In addition, since a flat plate formed by implanting a cutting blade and a creasing blade on the surface is appropriately pressed against a sheet material and pressurized to form a contour cutting line and a creasing line, the contour cutting line is formed on the flat plate. The more creasing lines were provided, the more strongly the flat plate had to be pressed. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, the present invention solves the above-mentioned difficulties and the like, and can efficiently manufacture a large number of beautiful paper spoons 5 and sanitizes the paper spoons 5. It has been created in order to be able to manufacture in a suitable manner and formally. Specifically, a band-shaped base material A made of a paper material is appropriately set in a roll state, and the band-shaped base material A unwound from the roll state is formed. A first step S1, a second step S2, and a third step S3, whereby a large number of paper spoons 5 can be manufactured. In the first step, a cutting blade having a predetermined shape is formed on the outer peripheral surface. And an uncut portion 1 at the base end portion of the paper spoon 5 by a rotating drum having a stitching blade implanted therein.
a, a large number of contour cutout lines 1 are formed in the unwinding direction in a state where they are arranged side by side in the width direction of the strip-shaped base material A, and at the same time, the creasing lines 2 are appropriately formed in the many contour cutout lines 1. In addition, along with the creasing line 2, a non-slip creasing line 2a having a substantially wavy shape and a different length is provided in a two-parallel manner at the tip portion of the paper spoon 5, and in the second step, the contour cutting line 1 is formed. Muscle line 2
Is cut in the width direction to form a rectangular sheet material A1 having a predetermined size. In the third step, the plurality of rectangular sheet materials A1 in a stacked state are respectively separated. A means for cutting in the width direction so as to include the uncut portion 1a and separating a large number of paper spoons 5 from the rectangular sheet material A1 was employed. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be described below with reference to illustrated examples. In the present invention, the band-shaped base material A made of a paper material (including a synthetic material as appropriate) is set in, for example, a roll state, and the band-shaped base material A unwound from the roll state is subjected to the first step S1 and the second step S1. Step S2, third step S3
In this method, a large number of clean paper spoons 5 can be efficiently manufactured (see FIG. 1). More specifically, in the first step S1, the contour cutout line 1 having the uncut portion 1a is converted into a band-shaped base by a rotary drum having a cutting blade and a presser blade of a predetermined shape implanted on the outer peripheral surface. At the same time as forming a large number in the unwinding direction in a state of being juxtaposed in the width direction of the material A, the creasing lines 2 are appropriately formed in the many contour cutout lines 1 (see FIG. 2). [0007] In the second step S2, the contour cutout line 1
The strip-shaped base material A on which the creasing lines 2 are formed is cut in the width direction to form a rectangular sheet material A1 having a predetermined dimension (see FIG. 3). Then, in a third step S3, the plurality of stacked rectangular sheet materials A1 are cut along the cut-away line 3 including the uncut portion 1a of each of the contour cut-out lines 1 in a parallel state. Cut in the width direction to remove many paper spoons.
Is separated from the rectangular sheet material A1 (see FIG. 4). At this time, the uncut portion 1a is arranged at the base end portion of the paper spoon 5, so that the uncut portions 1a of the many contour cutout lines 1 formed on the rectangular sheet material A1 can be easily aligned. Then, just by cutting the rectangular sheet material A1 in the width direction so as to include the uncut portion 1a, a large number of paper spoons 5 are formed.
Can be simultaneously separated from the rectangular sheet material A1. In addition, both ends of the contour cutout line 1 serving as the uncut portion 1a are located at the base end of the paper spoon 5, and even if the cutting position is slightly shifted, the appearance and function of the paper spoon 5 are impaired. It is made difficult. [0010] The rotary drum is formed by arranging a large number of cutting blades and presser blades in a predetermined shape in parallel on the outer peripheral surface of a substantially cylindrical drum base.
It is arranged so that the center line of the cutting blade is along. The specific configuration, shape, and dimensions of the rotating drum, the specific configuration, shape, dimensions, and material of the drum base, the specific configuration of the cutting blade, the shape, the dimensions, the material, the arrangement position, the number, and the specifics of the creasing blade Configuration, shape,
The dimensions, materials, arrangement positions, numbers and the like can be freely set as appropriate. The contour cutout line 1 is formed so as to conform to the contour shape of the paper spoon 5 excluding the base end portion. For example, the V-shaped scribe line 2 is provided at a portion of the paper spoon 5 near the front end thereof, and the corner of the V-shaped VP line 2 is connected to the center of the paper spoon 5. A substantially dashed creasing line 2 is provided along the line, and a non-slip creasing line 2a having a substantially wavy shape and a different length is provided in two ends in parallel at the tip of the paper spoon 5 ( (See FIG. 5). By the way, in the second step S2, in order to cut the strip-shaped base material A in the width direction to form a rectangular sheet material A1 of a predetermined size, for example, the outer peripheral surface of a substantially cylindrical drum base is formed by: This is implemented by implanting a straight (or rectangular frame) cutting blade. In the third step S3, the plurality of stacked rectangular sheet materials A1 are cut in the width direction along the cutting line 3 by, for example, using a cutting machine. Is done. The third step S3 may be performed so as to be continuous with the first step S1 and the second step S2.
The process may be performed so as to be discontinuous from the step S1 and the second step S2. In other words, so that the storage management can be performed easily,
The rectangular sheet material A1 may be stored as it is, and if necessary, the plurality of rectangular sheet materials A1 may be processed in the third step S3 to obtain a desired number of paper spoons 5. Further, before the first step S1, an appropriate printing step may be provided so that the surface of the band-shaped substrate A is appropriately printed. Accordingly, the method for producing a paper spoon according to the present invention provides a method in which a band-shaped base material A made of a paper material is appropriately placed in a roll state, and the band-shaped base material A unwound from the roll state.
Is a method in which a large number of paper spoons 5 can be manufactured by passing through a first step S1, a second step S2, and a third step S3. In the first step, a predetermined shape is cut out on the outer peripheral surface. In a state where the contour cutout lines 1 having the uncut portions 1a at the base end portion of the paper spoon 5 are arranged side by side in the width direction of the band-shaped base material A by the rotating drum having the blades and the pressing blades implanted therein, And at the same time as forming a large number along the unwinding direction,
The creasing lines 2 are appropriately formed in the numerous contour cutout lines 1 and, further, together with the creasing lines 2, non-slip creasing lines 2 a having a substantially wavy shape and different lengths are formed at the tip of the paper spoon 5. In the second step, the strip-shaped base material A on which the contour cutout line 1 and the creasing line 2 are formed is cut in the width direction to form a rectangular sheet material A1 having a predetermined dimension. Then, the plurality of rectangular sheet materials A1 in the stacked state are cut in the width direction so as to include the respective uncut portions 1a, and a large number of paper spoons 5 are cut off from the rectangular sheet materials A1. All of the contours of a large number of paper spoons 5 can be cut neatly, and a sanitary and well-formed paper spoon 5 can be efficiently manufactured. That is, this is a manufacturing method most suitable for manufacturing the paper spoon 5 that touches the mouth. In the second step S2, the strip-shaped base material A on which the contour cutout lines 1 and the creasing lines 2 are formed is cut in the width direction to form a rectangular sheet material A1 having a predetermined size. The shape sheet material A1 can be stored as it is, and the storage management itself can be easily performed. Thus, the plurality of rectangular sheet materials A1 stacked in a stacked state as required can be processed in the third step S3, and a desired number of paper spoons 5 can be manufactured. In particular, in the first step, a rotary drum having a cutting blade and a presser blade having a predetermined shape implanted on the outer peripheral surface thereof is used.
In a state where the contour cutout lines 1 each having the uncut portion 1a at the base end portion of the paper spoon 5 are arranged side by side in the width direction of the band-shaped base material A,
In addition, since a large number of lines are formed along the unwinding direction, and at the same time, the creasing lines 2 are appropriately formed in the many contour cutout lines 1, respectively.
The contour cutting line 1 and the creasing line 2 can be obtained with the cutting blade and the creasing blade without strongly pressing the rotating drum against the strip-shaped substrate A.
Can be reliably and continuously formed on the belt-shaped substrate A. Moreover, means for strongly pressing the rotating drum against the belt-shaped substrate A is not required, and the first step S1 can be simply configured. Further, by simply increasing the rotation speed of the rotary drum, the operation of forming the contour cutout line 1 and the creasing line 2 can be performed in a shorter time. Further, by arranging the uncut portion 1a at the base end portion of the paper spoon 5, it becomes easy to align the uncut portions 1a of a large number of contour cutout lines 1 formed in the rectangular sheet material A1,
By simply cutting the rectangular sheet material A1 in the width direction so as to include the uncut portion 1a, a large number of paper spoons 5 can be cut off from the rectangular sheet material A1 at the same time. Moreover, when the uncut portion 1a at the base end portion of the paper spoon 5 is cut, even if the cutting position is slightly shifted, the appearance and function of the paper spoon 5 are not impaired. Becomes That is, the uncut portion 1 in the third step S3
a becomes easy to perform the cutting process. [0019]
