【発明の詳細な説明】 【0001】 【発明の属する分野】本発明はソレノイドの消音効果を
呈する構造に関するものである。 【0002】 【従来の技術】コイルへの通電励磁によって可動鉄芯が
固定鉄芯に吸着するソレノイドに於いて、励磁時の作動
音を低減させる為に従来から種々の方法がとられてい
る。 【0003】図1は従来のソレノイドの基本構造で、コ
イルボビン1に巻回されたコイル2に電圧を加えると、
磁性体のプレ−ト3、フレ−ム4、固定鉄芯5及び可動
鉄芯6から成る磁気回路に磁束が流れ、可動鉄芯6は固
定鉄芯5側へ吸引力が働き吸着される。 【0004】コイル2への通電を断つと、復帰スプリン
グ7その他の作用により、可動鉄芯6は固定鉄芯5側か
ら離脱し、負荷側へ移動する。尚、図1は消磁状態を (2) 示す。 【0005】ここで可動鉄芯6の作動音低減の為の機構
として、固定鉄芯5と可動鉄芯6間にギャップが生ずる
様に、可動鉄芯終端部附近にEリング8とゴムワッシャ
9を設置することが一般的に行われている。このような

た消音型ソレノイドの提供を目的とする。 【0008】 【実施例】図2は本発明の実施例を示す構造図で従来例
と同じ符号は同部分を示す。図中11は可動鉄芯6と負
荷12の連結部に介在したスポンジワッシャである。
尚、図2は消磁状態である。 【0009】次に動作状態(励磁)として図3に示す。
この状態は可動鉄芯6に連結された負荷12が同時に移
動し、介在されたスポンジワッシャ11がストッパキャ
ップ10に最初に接触してたわみ、その後ゴムワッシャ
9がプレ−ト3に突き当たる。この状態で可動鉄芯6は
固定鉄芯5との間にギャップが生じ、両者の衝突音はな
い。したがって、励磁による衝撃力、従って衝突音は二
段階的に吸収することができるので、より効果的な消音
対策となる。 【0010】尚、経験によれば、固定鉄芯5と可動鉄芯
6のギャップを0.1mm以上にとれば、ゴムワッシャ
9の経時的変化及び収縮たわみによって、固定鉄芯5 (3) と可動鉄芯6が接触することはない。 【0011】又スポンジワッシャ11はその厚みの50
%以上収縮すると、繰り返し動作により弾性特性をそう
失する。従ってスポンジワッシャ11がその厚さの50
%以内の収縮たわみが生じた時点より、ゴムワッシャ9
がプレ−ト3に当る様に構成することが望ましい。 【0012】 【発明の効果】本発明は、ゴムワッシャとスポンジワッ
シャを介在させて、2段階的に衝突音を吸収する消音型
ソレノイドであり、スポンジワッシャの部品追加のみで
実現出来るものである。

動鉄芯の動作時に前記スポンジワッシャがストッパキャ
ップに当り、前記スポンジワッシャがその厚みの50%
以内の収縮たわみを生じた時、前記ゴムワッシャが前記
プレ−トに当る様に構成した事を特徴とするソレノイ
