2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in order to obtain this kind of composite label continuum, a label is die-cut from a composite label base paper having a band-shaped label temporarily attached on a band-shaped backing sheet, and then a portion not used as a label is removed. It is completed only by removing the label residue. However, when the label die is removed, the adhesive layer on the back surface of the band-shaped label cuts into the band-shaped backing paper of some of the blade dies, and this biting causes poor label peeling during sticking of the label to a high quality product.

As countermeasures against this, for example, the prior art (a) Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 63-107542 (label manufacturing method and apparatus) and the prior art (b) Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 63-107543
Publication (label manufacturing method and apparatus therefor) and the like have been proposed. In these prior arts, the stamped composite label base paper is peeled off once from the release sheet, and temporarily reattached to this release sheet, and the adhesive layer provided on the back surface of the label base paper has a label formed by biting into the release sheet. Solves the problem of peeling. Specifically, in the conventional technique (a), at the time of re-temporary attachment of the label, the stamp of the label formed on the release sheet and the edge of the label are moved along the traveling direction (the longitudinal direction of the strip-shaped release sheet). In the prior art (b), the label stamp is displaced in a direction (width direction of the strip-shaped release sheet) intersecting the traveling direction of the label stamp formed on the release sheet and the edge of the label. Good peeling.

However, in the above-mentioned prior arts (a) and (b), the label re-temporarily attached to the release sheet is located at a position deviated from the mold release mark. Therefore, it is re-temporarily attached in a state where it partially overlaps the die stamp, and the re-temporary attachment is regarded as incomplete.

Therefore, in the present invention, a label to be re-temporarily attached to a release sheet (hereinafter, referred to as a band-shaped backing sheet) is re-temporarily attached to the back side of the band-shaped backing sheet on which no die stamp is formed. An object of the present invention is to provide a method and an apparatus for manufacturing a composite label in which a label to be applied is not affected by a mold release, the re-temporary attachment is reliable, and the label can be easily peeled off when the label is used.

Thus, at the time of the die removing step A by the die roller 11, a part of the blade die passes through the belt-shaped label 4 to reach the lower band-shaped backing paper 2, and the die stamp 8 is formed on the surface thereof (see FIG. 3). May be formed. When the die stamp 8 is formed, the adhesive layer of the band-shaped label 4 bites into the band-shaped backing sheet 2, and the periphery of the label piece 6 to be formed adheres to the band-shaped backing sheet 2, and is not a temporary attachment. Then, at the time of label peeling, which will be described later, the peeling of the label piece 6 from the band-shaped backing paper 2 becomes worse, and it becomes difficult to attach a proper label.

As described above, the present invention relates to a method for producing a composite label base paper in which a band-shaped label with an adhesive layer is temporarily attached to the back side of a band-shaped backing having a release layer on both sides thereof. (Mold removing process A) and slag removal (slag removing process B)
Thereafter, the band-shaped backing sheet is turned, the label pieces are temporarily peeled off from the band-shaped backing sheet (peeling step C), and the band-backing sheet is turned over (flip-back step D). Since the peeled label pieces are to be temporarily reattached (retemporarily attaching step E) to obtain a continuous composite label, the label pieces are temporarily reattached to the back side of the band-shaped backing paper where there is no stamping. Therefore, there is an advantage that the label piece is temporarily re-attached to the band-shaped backing sheet and the label is easily peeled off when the label is attached to the product.

A composite label manufacturing method for producing a composite label base paper in which a band-shaped label having an adhesive layer on the back side is temporarily attached to the back side of a band-shaped backing sheet provided with a release layer on both sides. Through a die removing step of removing the mold and a slag removing step of removing unnecessary portions of the label, a desired label piece is obtained on the band-shaped backing sheet, and then the label piece is temporarily peeled off by the turning action of the band-shaped backing sheet. After the peeling step, the turning step is performed in the turning step of the turned band-shaped backing, and a re-temporary attaching step of re-temporarily attaching the peeled label piece to the back side of the band-shaped mounting is performed. Manufacturing method of composite label.
