Abstract
【解決手段】電磁式圧力逃し弁200は、基本的に、フレーム204と、マグネット214と、プラスチックノズル215と、コイルモジュールと、移動コア208と、ばね212より構成される。プラスチックノズル215は、圧力を逃す必要のある管路に接続されて、圧力を逃すことに用いられる。電磁式圧力逃し弁200は、普段、ばね212による弾力によって、空気吸入口215aが圧力逃し防止用パッド206により詰まらされない又は密封されないようにして、中空溝202cを介して圧力逃し穴202eに流れさせて圧力を逃し、圧力を逃す必要のある管路に圧力逃しの動作を保持させる。

Claims (11)
- 少なくとも、
スルーホールを有するフレームと、
中空の通路を有するマグネットと、
一端が前記スルーホールを貫通して外に現れ、他端が前記通路を貫通してその空気吸入口を露出させるプラスチックノズルと、
前記フレーム内に固定され、前記マグネットの外に覆設される中空溝を有するコイルモジュールと、
スライド可能に前記中空溝内に設けられ、一端部に前記空気吸入口を密封するための圧力逃し防止用パッドがある移動コアと、
前記プラスチックノズルと前記移動コアとの間に接続され、その弾力によって前記圧力逃し防止用パッドを前記空気吸入口から離れさせるばねと、を備え、
前記コイルモジュールに通電して励磁する場合に、前記マグネットと前記移動コアは、互いに吸引するとともに、前記ばねによる弾力に対抗することによって、前記圧力逃し防止用パッドで前記空気吸入口を密封する電磁式圧力逃し弁。 - 前記ばねは、圧縮ばねである請求項1に記載の電磁式圧力逃し弁。
- 前記フレームは、金属フレームである請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電磁式圧力逃し弁。
- 前記圧力逃し防止用パッドは、軟質素材のパッドである請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の電磁式圧力逃し弁。
- 前記圧力逃し防止用パッドは、前記移動コアの前記端部に嵌め込む請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の電磁式圧力逃し弁。
- 前記コイルモジュールは、コイル骨組と、前記コイル骨組のワイヤーダクトに巻きつくコイルと、を含む請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の電磁式圧力逃し弁。
- それぞれ前記コイルの両端に接続されるための一対の電極針をさらに備える請求項6に記載の電磁式圧力逃し弁。
- 前記コイルモジュールを前記フレームに固定するための固定金属板をさらに備える請求項6又は請求項7に記載の電磁式圧力逃し弁。
- 前記コイル骨組は、プラスチック骨組である請求項6乃至請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の電磁式圧力逃し弁。
- 前記プラスチックノズルは、前記フレームの前記スルーホールの内縁の位置決め溝に挟まれるための位置決めホゾを有する請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の電磁式圧力逃し弁。
- 前記プラスチックノズルは、流体の圧力逃し通路となる切り欠きを有する突出リングを含む請求項1乃至請求項10のいずれか一項に記載の電磁式圧力逃し弁。
