【解決手段】居室Ａの出入り口２側にリビング空間Ｂを、部屋奥側にベッド空間Ｃを配する。リビング空間Ｂとベッド空間Ｃとの間の居室Ａの奥行方向中間部に、トイレ空間Ｄとバス空間Ｅとを配置するものである。バス空間Ｄとベッド空間Ｅとは、それら出入り口が互いに向き合うように配置する。リビング空間Ｂとベッド空間Ｃと、トイレ空間Ｄとバス空間Ｅとの境には、開閉可能な扉若しくは引き戸１５・１６を設ける。

他方、宿泊者の中には、バスとトイレが同じ空間にあるというのには、衛生面でどうにも馴染めない人もいる。
出来れば、バスとトイレは別のスペースに配置して、バスからはトイレが、トイレからバスが見えないようにすることが望ましい。
しかしながら、トイレとバスを別々の空間にすると、部屋の空間をそれだけ広く占めてしまうもので、寝室や簡易の執務室などとしての空間が大きく取れないという課題となっていた。

本考案は以上のような構成よりなり、少なくとも次のいずれか一つの効果を達成するものである。
＜ａ＞ベッド空間とは別にリビング空間を備えるため、宿泊だけでなく、接客、商談などのため使用にも供することが出来る、いわゆるスイートルームとして使用可能となる。
＜ｂ＞リビング空間は居室の出入り口側に、ベッド空間は居室の部屋奥側に配置したため、リビング空間で接客する場合、来客はベッド空間を通ることがなく、プライバシーが確保できる。
＜ｃ＞リビング空間とベッド空間との間に、バス空間とトイレ空間を配したため、それら空間が仕切りを兼ね、リビング空間からベッド空間が見えにくく、プライバシーを確保することが可能である。
＜ｄ＞バス空間とトイレ空間は、それら出入り口が互いに向き合うように配置することで、ドアなどの開閉の際に、リビング空間やベッド空間から即見えるようなことがなく、不快な感覚を与えない。
＜ｅ＞リビング空間とベッド空間と、トイレ空間とバス空間とを結ぶ線のいずれか一方、或いは双方に、開閉可能な扉若しくは引き戸を設けることで、リビング空間とベッド空間とは、トイレ空間とバス空間と扉などによって完全に仕切ることが出来、プライバシーをより完全に確保できる。 The present invention is configured as described above and achieves at least one of the following effects.

廊下１側には出入り口となる開口部２が設けられ、居室Ａの出入り口側空間はリビング空間Ｂとなっており、出入り口から遠くの部屋奥側は、ベッド空間Ｃとなっている。
リビング空間Ｂとベッド空間Ｃとの間の、居室Ａの奥行方向中間部に、バス空間Ｄとトイレ空間Ｅが設けられている。

引き戸１５・１６は、いずれか一つを取り付けることも採用できる。
バス空間Ｄ内には、大型のバスタブが採用可能で、トイレ空間Ｅもゆったりとしたスペースが確保できた。

実施例の居室Ａは、一つの居室Ａ当たり３０．４０ｍ²という広さの中に、リビング空間Ｂとベッド空間Ｃを確保し、バス空間Ｄとトイレ空間Ｅを別個に備えるという極めて効率的なスペース活用を実現出来た。
しかし当然のことながら、それ以上の広さのスペースにも、本考案を実施できることは言うまでもない。
