ピン挿入孔を有する筒型状のドア側蝶番と、ピン挿入孔を有する第1の筒型軸受け部とピン挿入孔を有する第2の筒型軸受け部とが該ドア側蝶番を収納する距離以上に空間部を介して離間して同軸上に形成してなるボデー側蝶番とを用いて、電気機器収納箱のボデーにドアを回転動作させる電気機器収納箱用蝶番構造において、一端にフランジを有し他端に2条の第2の溝を有する第1の蝶番ピンを第1の筒型軸受け部のピン挿入孔に挿入して他端の第1の溝を該空間部に突出させ、中間にフランジを有し一端に第2の溝を有する第2の蝶番ピンを第2の筒型軸受け部のピン挿入孔に挿入して該空間部と反対側に突出させて該第2の溝にU型金具を嵌着させて他端を該空間部に突出させた構成で、該第1の蝶番ピンの第1の溝に嵌着させた開閉自在な円筒型の蝶番ピン保持具を該空間部に配置させるとともに、第1の蝶番ピンの他端と第2の蝶番ピンの他端とをドア側蝶番のピン挿入孔に挿入したドア側蝶番を該空間部に配置させてドアが回転可能に軸支されてなることを特徴とする電気機器収納箱用蝶番構造。 More than the distance that the cylindrical door-side hinge having the pin insertion hole, the first cylindrical bearing portion having the pin insertion hole, and the second cylindrical bearing portion having the pin insertion hole accommodate the door-side hinge.
