2. Description of the Related Art In general, molded articles used for interior parts of automobiles are subjected to vacuum molding so that plastic sheets or films can be formed on the surface of the molded article by vacuum molding in order to prevent foamed resin to be applied in a decoration or a post-process. Adhere a coating such as Further, in order to remove unnecessary portions of the coating such as the outer peripheral portion from the molded product to which the coating is adhered, a method of fusing the trimming line of the coating with an electric heater fixedly held in a mold has been adopted. The fixing of the electric heating element to the mold is performed in order to prevent the electric heating element from repeatedly expanding and contracting under the influence of heat and causing deformation and displacement. The fixing method is shown in FIG. As shown in the figure, on the upper surface of a non-conductive heat-resistant material 11 such as Teflon or brick installed on the upper surface of the molded product receiving mold,
It is a usual method to fix and hold the electric heating element 5 with an inverted U-shaped fixing bracket 12.

However, when a current is applied to the electric heating element 5 to blow the coating, the temperature of the electric heating element 5 at the portion fixed and held by the fixing bracket 12 is lower than at other portions, and However, there is a problem that the film cannot be melted and blown at the damaged portion. It is considered that the above-mentioned problem occurs because the heat of the electric heating element 5 is removed by the heat-resistant material 11 and the fixing metal 12 at the fixing portion of the electric-heat material 5 and the heat-resistant material 11 and the temperature does not rise. The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problem, and has as its object to eliminate the temperature drop at the fixing portion of the electric heating element and reliably perform the fusing of the coating.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides an electric heating element mounting structure of a coating and simultaneous trimming type in which a molded article receiving die is formed on an upper portion of a frame, and the molded article receiving mold is formed. A non-conductive heat-resistant material is laid on the outer periphery of the surface of the heat-resistant material, and an electric heating element is laid on the upper surface of the heat-resistant material in a trimmed shape. It is characterized in that a digging penetrating is provided, and the electric heating element is fixedly held in a non-contact state with the heat-resistant material by a fixing bracket at the digging portion. It is preferable that an opening dimension corresponding to a longitudinal direction of the electric heating element in the digging is at least twice as large as a lateral width dimension of the electric heating element. Further, it is preferable that the dug shape is circular in a top view. Further, it is preferable that the digging shape is such that a lower opening dimension is smaller than an upper opening dimension in a side view.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a cross-sectional structure of a simultaneous trimming type of coating film. In the upper part of the box-shaped frame 1, a molded product receiving die 2 is provided.
Are formed. A hollow chamber 3 is defined inside, and is connected to a suction source through a path (not shown). The molded product receiving die 2 is provided with a plurality of suction holes 4 penetrating vertically. An electric heating element 5 having an annular shape similar to the outer periphery of the molded product S is held on a heat-resistant material at a peripheral edge of the upper surface of the receiving die 2 by a fixing bracket. Reference numeral 7 denotes a clamp device for holding the coating R. The electric heating element 5 is a substance which is heated to a temperature at which the coating R can be blown off by energizing, and is generally a nickel-chromium alloy, an iron-
It is a wire or strip made of a chromium alloy or a nickel-chromium-iron alloy. In particular, a round wire having a diameter of about 1 mm to about 5 mm is advantageous in view of the layability, the degree of freedom in shape formation, and the like. The molded article S is obtained by press-molding wood fiber,
A suction hole is provided by molding PP or ABS resin, and both have air permeability. The coating R is a plastic sheet or film, and may be colored or patterned.

An actual working process using the above-described coating and simultaneous trimming type will be described. First, the molded product S is placed on the receiving die 2. An adhesive is applied to the surface of the molded product S in advance. The coating R is held by the clamp frame 7 and softened by heating with a heater (not shown). Next, the clamp frame 7 is moved onto the receiving mold 2 to cover the molded product S with the coating R. Then, a vacuum is applied to the surface of the molded article S by applying suction to the receiving mold 2 and the coating R is vacuum-adhered to the state shown in FIG. further,
The electric heating element 5 is energized to raise the temperature, and the trimming line of the coating R is blown. Finally, after the suction and the power are turned off, the product and unnecessary portions of the film are removed from the mold.

Next, an embodiment of the electric heating element mounting structure of the present invention will be described. FIG. 2 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of a fixing portion of the electric heating element 5. In the figure, 11 is a heat-resistant material, 12 is a fixture, 13 is an insulating material, and 14 is a dug provided in the heat-resistant material 11. The electric heating element 5 passes through a dug 14 provided in the heat-resistant material 11 by a fixing bracket 12 made of a wire, and is fixed by towing. That is, the electric heating element 5 is fixed and held in a non-contact state with respect to the heat-resistant material 11. Various experiments were carried out on the size of the dug 14, but the effect was obtained by making the opening size corresponding to the longitudinal direction of the electric heating element 5 in the dug 14 at least twice the width of the electric heating element 5. It turned out to be remarkable. In addition, the method of manufacturing the dug 14 is the easiest and most accurate method of drilling the heat-resistant material 11 with a drill. For the reasons described above, a round wire is used for the electric heating element, and the dug-out is a circular shape made by drilling. It can be said that this is an embodiment.

The material of the fixing bracket 12 is preferably a material such as stainless steel which does not deteriorate even at high temperatures. The same material as the electric heating element 5 may be used. Further, the work of construction is easy if the wire has a round cross section. The wire diameter is preferably smaller than that of the electric heating element 5. There are various methods for fixing and holding the electric heating element 5 by the fixing fitting 12, but in the present embodiment, the following configuration is adopted. FIG. 2 shows a structure in which the fixing bracket 12 is bent at the center, the electric heating element 5 is sandwiched and held, and both ends are passed through the digging 14 of the heat-resistant material 11 and bent at the back surface of the heat-resistant material 11. The bent tip is sandwiched and fixed between the heat-resistant material 11 and the insulating material 13. At this time, if a groove 15 is provided in either the heat-resistant material 11 or the insulating material 13 so that the bent distal end of the fixture 12 can be accommodated, displacement of the fixture 12 hardly occurs after construction. Further, the fixing bracket 12 may be directly welded to the electric heating element 5 as shown in FIG.

As another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, there is also a method in which both bent front ends of the fixing bracket 12 are fixed to the outside of the mold. In this case, since the heat-resistant material 11 can be fixed to the mold while pulling the tip of the fixture 12 from the outside of the mold, the positioning of the electric heating element 5 is easy.
At this time, as shown in FIG. 4, if the shape of the dug 14 is smaller in the lower opening than the upper opening in a side view, the fixing bracket 12 is less likely to be displaced after construction.

As is clear from the above description, the coating and simultaneous trimming type electric heater mounting structure according to the present invention is provided with a digging in the heat-resistant material of the receiving mold, and the electric heater is heat-resistant by the fixing bracket at the portion. The structure is fixed and held in a non-contact state with the material, so there is no temperature drop at the fixing part of the electric heating element due to the fact that the electric heating element and the heat-resistant material are not in direct contact with each other at the fixing part. Can be performed.
