Description

The present invention relates to a packaging container used to package face masks and various other objects in a removable manner.

In a wet material package in which multiple sheets of wet material such as face masks for packs are stacked and packaged in a removable manner, the stack of wet materials is housed in a rectangular container, and a sealant capable of forming an internal removal opening is attached to the opening side of the container by heat welding or the like to seal it, and then the sealed container and a shaping member that adjusts the finished shape of the outer bag from the inside are inserted into the outer bag to package it in a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and when using the wet material, the adhesive opening/closing lid is peeled off to open the outer removal opening of the outer bag, and the wet materials in the container are taken out one by one from the outer removal opening through the inner removal opening, and after removal, the opening/closing lid is attached to the outer bag to seal the outer removal opening (Patent Document 1).

The outer bag is made from a flexible outer material such as a composite film or sheet with gas barrier properties, and is equipped with an outer removal opening that corresponds to the inner removal opening of the sealing material, and a flexible adhesive opening and closing lid such as a flap that can open and close the outer removal opening, and is shaped into a rectangular parallelepiped shape by an internal shaping member.

In this type of wet material package, a number of wet materials are stacked in a rectangular container and the opening side is sealed with a sealant, and then the container and a shaping member are inserted into an open outer bag, and the shaping member is used to shape the finished shape of the outer bag from the inside, while the opening side is sealed and packaged so that the outer shape of the entire outer bag is a rectangular parallelepiped. As a result, many of the work steps are done manually, which has the disadvantage of poor manufacturing efficiency and high manufacturing costs.

In addition to the need for an outer bag to package the container, shaping parts are also required to shape the finished outer bag from the inside, and these materials tend to drive up manufacturing costs.

In addition, every time the wet material is used, not only must the adhesive lid be peeled off to open the outer removal opening and the wet material inside the container be removed from the inner removal opening, but when opening the container for the first time, after peeling off the lid of the outer bag, the user must insert his or her fingers through the outer removal opening and break part of the sealing material to form the inner removal opening.

However, because the opening and closing lid is a flexible adhesive type, it is necessary to pick up the opening and closing lid with the fingers of one hand and hold it at a position outside the external removal opening so that it does not get in the way, while using the fingers of the other hand to break part of the sealing material to form the internal removal opening or to pick up and remove the wet material inside the container with the fingers of the other hand, which can be problematic as it makes handling cumbersome.

SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT EMBODIMENT In view of the above-mentioned problems in the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a packaging container which is easy to handle and can be manufactured easily and efficiently, thereby reducing manufacturing costs.

Each embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. Figures 1 to 7 show an example of a first embodiment of the present invention used in a wet material packaging body 1.

As shown in Figures 1 to 4, this wet material package 1 includes a laminate 3 in which multiple sheets of wet materials 2 are stacked, an impregnating liquid 4 such as a cosmetic liquid to be impregnated into the wet materials 2 of the laminate 3, and a packaging container 5 to contain and package these.

The wet material 2 is a face mask made by cutting nonwoven fabric or other sheet material into a roughly circular shape, and is provided with openings for the eyes, a slit for the nose, an opening for the mouth, etc. Note that the wet material 2 may be wet tissue or other items other than a face mask. When the wet material 2 is a face mask, a cosmetic liquid for a pack is used as the impregnating liquid 4, but when it is wet tissue or other items, a liquid appropriate for the intended use may be used.

The laminate 3 is made by folding the wet material 2 appropriately to fit the shape and size of the packaging container 5, and then stacking multiple sheets of the folded wet material 2 vertically. It is optional whether or not to package the wet material 2 as a laminate 3. For example, the wet material 2 wound in a roll may be accumulated and packaged in the packaging container 5. In this case, the rolled wet material 2 may be stacked and packaged as an accumulation form.

As shown in Figs. 1 to 6, the packaging container 5 comprises a rectangular container 6 having shape retention, a sealant 8 fixed to the upper opening 7 of the container 6 by heat welding or the like, a lid mounting frame 10 fitted to the outer periphery of the container 6 from above the sealant 8 and attached to the container 6 via an engagement means 9, an opening/closing lid 12 connected to the lid mounting frame 10 via a hinge 11 so as to be freely opened and closed, a locking means 13 that locks the opening/closing lid 12 to the lid mounting frame 10 in a closed state on the side opposite the hinge 11, and a banding material 14 wrapped around the outer periphery of the container 6 and the opening/closing lid 12 when the opening/closing lid 12 is closed. Therefore, when using this packaging container 5, a conventional outer bag and a shaping member that adjusts the finished shape of the outer bag from the inside are not necessary.

As shown in Figures 1 to 4, the container 6 is a tapered box with a roughly rectangular shape in plan view, and is integrally provided with a peripheral wall 15 and a bottom wall 16, with an opening 7 that opens in a roughly rectangular shape at the upper end. The peripheral wall 15 and bottom wall 16 of the container 6 are given a predetermined unevenness treatment to increase their rigidity and improve their shape retention. For example, as shown in Figure 3, the peripheral wall 15 of the container 6 is formed with a plurality of vertical protrusions 15a that protrude outward in a U-shape in cross section at a predetermined interval in the circumferential direction, and the bottom wall 16 is formed with two roughly concentric protrusions 16a that protrude upward from the bottom surface in a U-shape in cross section and have an angular shape in plan view.

As shown in Figures 3 and 5 to 7, the upper end of the peripheral wall 15 is provided with an outer peripheral edge 19 that protrudes outward from the outer periphery of the opening 7. This outer peripheral edge 19 has a bent edge 20 that is bent outward from the upper end side of the peripheral wall 15 into an inverted U-shaped cross section, and a protruding edge 21 that is bent outward from the lower end of the bent edge 20. Note that the outer peripheral edge 19 may be either the bent edge 20 or the protruding edge 21, or may be configured with another cross-sectional shape.

The sealing material 8 is made of a plastic film, plastic sheet, etc. with gas barrier properties, and is fixed to the top surface side of the entire circumference of the outer edge portion 19 by heat welding or other means so as to seal the opening 7 of the container 6. As shown in Figures 5 and 6, this sealing material 8 has a cutting line 25 such as a half cut or perforation formed along the outer edge of the removal opening 24 (see Figure 8) in the central removal opening forming area 23, and a sheet-like release material 26 is attached from above by adhesive 27, straddling both the inside and outside of the cutting line 25.

The removal opening 24 has a generally rectangular shape suitable for removing the wet material 2, or another suitable shape. The release material 26 has a generally rectangular shape corresponding to the removal opening 24, or another suitable shape. A gripping portion 29 that is not attached to the sealing material 8 is provided at a portion of the circumference of the release material 26, and a mark (not shown) is provided indicating that the gripping portion 29 should be grasped to remove the release material 26 when opening the package.

The lid mounting frame 10 and the opening/closing lid 12 are integrally molded by thermoforming or the like using a plastic sheet material with shape retention, and are integrally connected via a hinge 11. The lid mounting frame 10 has a lid receiving portion 32 that has an opening 31 larger than the release material 26 and is adjacent to or in contact with the outer periphery of the sealing material 8 outside the release material 26, and an attachment portion 33 that is bent downward from the outer periphery of the lid receiving portion 32 and detachably fits from above onto the outer periphery of the outer periphery 19, and an engagement means 9 is provided between the attachment portion 33 and the outer periphery 19.

When the mounting portion 33 of the lid mounting frame 10 is fitted to the outer peripheral edge portion 19, the outer peripheral portion of the sealant 8 is sandwiched vertically and/or inwardly and outwardly between the lid receiving portion 32 and/or the mounting portion 33 and the outer peripheral edge portion 19. Therefore, even when the removal port 24 of the sealant 8 is opened and unsealed, the sealability between the mounting portion 33 of the lid mounting frame 10 and the outer peripheral edge portion 19 of the container 6 is good. Note that the size of the sealant 8 may be limited to the vicinity of the inside of the contact portion between the mounting portion 33 and the outer peripheral edge portion 19, so that it is not sandwiched between the mounting portion 33 and the outer peripheral edge portion 19.

The engaging means 9 engages freely when the mounting portion 33 is fitted to the outer peripheral edge portion 19, and a plurality of engaging means 9 are arranged at approximately equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the outer peripheral edge portion 19 of the container 6 and the mounting portion 33 of the lid mounting frame 10. For example, two engaging means 9 are arranged on both sides of the hinge 11 on one side of the hinge 11, three engaging means 9 are arranged at approximately equal intervals on the other side edge opposite the hinge 11, and two engaging means 9 are arranged at approximately the same intervals as the side of the hinge 11 on the other two side edges. Note that, if the outer peripheral edge portion 19 of the container 6 and the lid mounting frame 10 have sufficient rigidity so that no gaps or the like are generated between them, the engaging means 9 may be provided at least on one side edge of the hinge 11 side and the other side edge opposite the hinge 11.

As shown in Figures 5 and 7, each engaging means 9 has an engaging portion 34 provided on the mounting portion 33 of the lid mounting frame 10 and an engaged portion 35 provided on the outer peripheral edge portion 19 of the container 6. The mounting portion 33 of the lid mounting frame 10 has a protruding portion 36 that protrudes inwardly and corresponds to each engaging means 9.

As shown in Figs. 5 and 7, the protrusion 36 is elongated horizontally in the longitudinal direction of the side of the mounting portion 33, and the upper side of the protrusion 36 forms the steeply inclined engagement portion 34, and the lower side of the engagement portion 34 is formed with a gently inclined inclined guide portion 37, and a recess 38 corresponding to the protrusion 36 is formed on the outside. The inclined guide portion 37 is designed to slidably guide the engaged portion 35 when the engagement means 9 is engaged.

The upper engagement portion 34 of the protrusion 36 is steeply inclined, and below that there is an inclined guide portion 37 that is gently inclined in the opposite direction, so that the maximum protrusion portion (the maximum recessed portion of the recess 38) is offset above the center of the vertical width.

In addition, each engagement means 9 may be configured such that when the engagement portion 34 engages with the engaged portion 35, the protruding edge 21 of the outer peripheral edge portion 19 elastically deforms to urge the lid mounting frame 10 downward so that the lid receiving portion 32 presses against the outer peripheral portion of the sealing material 8.

As shown in Figures 5 and 6, the opening/closing lid 12 has a lid portion 39 that is adjacent to or abuts against the lid receiving portion 32 of the lid mounting frame 10 when in the closed state to close the opening 31, and a peripheral wall portion 40 that is bent downward from the outer periphery of the lid portion 39 and fits onto the outer periphery of the mounting portion 33 of the lid mounting frame 10.

As shown in Figures 1 and 4, the hinge 11 has a length that is approximately half or less than half of one side of the mounting portion 33 of the lid mounting frame 10 and the peripheral wall portion 40 of the opening/closing lid 12, and is positioned approximately in the center of the mounting portion 33 of the lid mounting frame 10 and one side of the peripheral wall portion 40 of the opening/closing lid 12 in the longitudinal direction.

As shown in Figures 6 and 8, this hinge 11 is V-shaped when viewed from the side, with one end (lower end) connected to the lower outer periphery 41 of the mounting portion 33 of the lid mounting frame 10 and the other end (upper end) connected to the lower outer periphery 42 of the peripheral wall portion 40 of the opening/closing lid 12, and a V-shaped bending portion 43 is provided between the upper and lower ends, protruding outward and bending so as to be able to bend and extend.

The bent portion 43 is cut from the outside of the bent portion 43 to form the cutout portion 45 so that the uncut portion 44 can be intermittently formed inside the bent portion 43 in the longitudinal direction. The bending and stretching movement of the uncut portion 44 allows the opening and closing of the opening and closing lid 12, and when the opening and closing lid 12 is opened to the open position O (see Figures 1 and 8) where it forms an obtuse angle with the lid receiving portion 32 of the lid mounting frame 10, the opposing ends of the cutout portion 45 come into contact to hold the opening and closing lid 12 in the open position O.

The hinge 11 desirably holds the opening/closing lid 12 in an open position O where the opening/closing lid 12 opens at an obtuse angle relative to the lid mounting frame 10. However, the open position O may be set to a position where the opening/closing lid 12 opens 180 degrees or more relative to the lid mounting frame 10. The bent portion 43 may be perforations that form through-holes at approximately equal intervals, or may be formed so that the uncut portion 44 and the cut portion 45 are continuous in a straight line on the inside and outside. The bent portion 43 may simply be bent in an L-shape.

As shown in Figures 5 and 7, the locking means 13 is provided on the opposite side of the hinge 11 in correspondence with the central engagement means 9, and is adapted to lock the opening/closing lid 12 in the closed state when the peripheral wall portion 40 of the opening/closing lid 12 is fitted onto the outer periphery of the mounting portion 33 of the lid mounting frame 10 and closed. This locking means 13 includes a locking portion 47 formed to protrude inward from the peripheral wall portion 40 of the opening/closing lid 12, and a locked portion 48 provided above the recess 38 of the mounting portion 33 of the lid mounting frame 10, and the locking portion 47 is adapted to be freely engaged with the locked portion 48 when the opening/closing lid 12 is closed.

The recess 38 on the outer periphery of the mounting portion 33 of the lid mounting frame 10 is for the engagement means 9 at the center of the other side edge opposite the hinge 11. Therefore, the locking means 13 is located approximately in the center of the other side edge opposite the hinge 11. The lower end of the peripheral wall portion 40 of the opening and closing lid 12 forms a finger hook portion 49.

The band sealing material 14 is a band-shaped sheet of a specified width wrapped around the outer circumference of the container 6 and the opening/closing lid 12, with the ends 14a, 14b overlapping and secured with the fastener 14c. When opening the container 6, the band sealing material 14 can be easily removed by pulling the outer end 14b and peeling off the fastener 14c. The band sealing material 14 may be wrapped in a direction intersecting the longitudinal direction of the hinge 11, or may be wrapped along the longitudinal direction of the hinge 11.

A decorative material 51 such as shrink film is tightly wrapped around the outer periphery of the peripheral wall portion 40 of the container 6. A rectangular or other decorative material 52 is attached to the top surface of the opening and closing lid 12. Trademarks and other necessary information about the wet material 2 are printed or otherwise indicated on the banding material 14 and the decorative materials 51 and 52.

When manufacturing a wet material package 1 in which a laminate 3 of wet material 2 is packaged in a packaging container 5, the laminate 3 of wet material 2 and the impregnating liquid 4 are placed in a container 6, and then a sealant 8 is fixed to the outer periphery 19 of the container 6, and the opening 7 side is sealed with this sealant 8. Next, a lid mounting frame 10 is attached to the upper end side of the container 6, and an opening/closing lid 12 is attached via this lid mounting frame 10, and then a band sealant 14 is wrapped around the container 6 with the opening/closing lid 12 to finish it as shown in Figures 2 and 3.

By using a packaging container 5 with such a simple structure, conventional outer bags, shaping parts, etc. are not required, which prevents the use of unnecessary materials and facilitates the automation of the manufacturing process, thereby reducing manufacturing costs.

The lid mounting frame 10 can be easily attached to the upper end side of the container 6 by simply fitting its mounting portion 33 onto the outer periphery of the outer periphery 19 of the container 6 from above. Furthermore, numerous engagement means 9 are provided around the entire circumference between the lid mounting frame 10 and the container 6, and when the mounting portion 33 is fitted onto the outer periphery 19, the engagement portion 34 of the engagement means 9 engages with the engaged portion 35, so that the lid mounting frame 10 can be securely fixed to the upper side of the container 6 by each engagement means 9.

When the engaging portion 34 of the engaging means 9 engages with the engaged portion 35, the elastic force of the outer peripheral edge portion 19, etc., can be used to bias the lid mounting frame 10 toward the container 6, thereby preventing the lid mounting frame 10 from wobbling.

When opening the packaging container 5, the banding material 14 is first removed, the locking means 13 is released from the locking of the opening/closing lid 12 to the lid mounting frame 10, and the opening/closing lid 12 is rotated around the hinge 11 to the open position O shown in FIG. 1, so that the hinge 11 can hold the opening/closing lid 12 in the open position O.

Next, the removal opening 24 is formed in the sealing material 8 and the sealing material 8 is opened. To open the sealing material 8, the user inserts his/her fingers through the opening 31 of the lid mounting frame 10 to grasp the gripping portion 29 of the release material 26 on the sealing material 8, and pulls the gripping portion 29 in the direction in which the release material 26 is peeled off. The opening/closing lid 12 is then held in an open state in the open position O, which opens at an obtuse angle relative to the lid mounting frame 10, and is located away from the top of the lid receiving portion 32 including the opening 31 of the lid mounting frame 10. This means that even when opening the sealing material 8 to form the removal opening 24, it is no longer necessary to hold the opening/closing lid 12 in an open state with one hand, making the opening operation easy and simple.

By pinching the gripping portion 29 and pulling the release material 26 in the peeling direction, the sealant 8 is cut along the cut line 25 and separated into the removal opening forming area 23 and its outer portion, so that the sealant 8 in the removal opening forming area 23 can be removed together with the release material 26 while still adhering to the release material 26. This allows a removal opening 24 of a size corresponding to the removal opening forming area 23 to be formed in the sealant 8, as shown in FIG. 8.

When removing the wet material 2 from the container 6, the fingers are inserted into the container 6 through the opening 31 of the lid receiving portion 32 of the lid mounting frame 10 and the removal opening 24 of the sealing material 8, and the topmost wet material 2 of the stack 3 is picked up and removed. In this case, the opening/closing lid 12 is held in the open position O, so there is no need to hold the opening/closing lid 12 with the other hand when opening, and the opening/closing lid 12 does not get in the way when removing the wet material 2, making it easy and convenient to remove the wet material 2.

After the wet material 2 is removed, the opening/closing lid 12 is rotated around the hinge 11 in the closing direction onto the lid mounting frame 10, and the peripheral wall portion 40 of the opening/closing lid 12 is fitted onto the outer periphery of the mounting portion 33 of the lid mounting frame 10 to close the opening 7 side of the container 6, and the locking means 13 locks the opening/closing lid 12 to the lid mounting frame 10 in the closed state. This makes it possible to close the opening 7 side of the container 6 after the wet material 2 is removed in an almost sealed state or in a state close to it, and also prevents the opening/closing lid 12 from opening unstably.

In other words, the lid mounting frame 10 has its mounting portion 33 fitted in a substantially sealed manner to the outer peripheral edge portion 19 of the container 6, and the opening/closing lid 12 has its peripheral wall portion 40 fitted in a substantially sealed manner to the mounting portion 33 of the lid mounting frame 10. Therefore, when the opening/closing lid 12 is closed after removing the wet material 2, the opening 7 side of the container 6 can be sealed in a substantially sealed or nearly sealed state.

Therefore, even after the packaging container 5 has been opened by forming an access opening 24 in the sealing material 8, the wet material 2 can be prevented from drying out and the impregnating liquid 4 from evaporating by closing the opening/closing lid 12, and the wet state required for the use of the wet material 2 can be maintained until all of the wet material 2 has been consumed.

In addition, there is a locking means 13 on the opposite side of the hinge 11, and this locking means 13 locks the opening/closing lid 12 in the closed state to the lid mounting frame 10, so the opening/closing lid 12 does not open unstably due to contact with the opening/closing lid 12, and the closed state of the opening/closing lid 12 can be continuously maintained. Therefore, there is no risk of the opening/closing lid 12 opening unexpectedly and the wet material 2 drying out.

The lid mounting frame 10 and the opening/closing lid 12 are integrated via the hinge 11, and are molded integrally by thermoforming the sheet material, so the lid mounting frame 10 and the opening/closing lid 12 can be manufactured easily and inexpensively with a simple structure.

Figures 9 and 10 show an example of a second embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, a packaging container 5 is provided with a locking means 13a on one side of the hinge 11 between the lid mounting frame 10 and the opening/closing lid 12, facing the locking means 13 on the opposite side. The locking means 13a corresponding to this hinge 11 is structurally almost the same as the locking means 13 on the opposite side, and has a locking portion 48a on the lid mounting frame 10 side and a locking portion 47a on the opening/closing lid 12 side, and the locking portion 47a and the locking portion 48a are configured to be engaged and disengaged around the bent portion 43 of the hinge 11. The other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment.

For example, if a L-shaped hinge 11 with a bent portion 43 approximately in the center is used, if the bent state of the bent portion 43 of the hinge 11 is poor when the opening/closing lid 12 is closed, the hinge 11 may push up the end side of the opening/closing lid 12, creating a gap between the lid portion 39 of the opening/closing lid 12 and the lid receiving portion 32 of the lid mounting frame 10.

However, by providing a locking means 13a on the hinge 11 side between the lid mounting frame 10 and the opening/closing lid 12, it is possible to prevent the opening/closing lid 12 from floating up from the lid mounting frame 10 on the hinge 11 side. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the vertical gap between the lid mounting frame 10 and the opening/closing lid 12 and ensure airtightness.

Figure 11 illustrates a third embodiment of the present invention. In the packaging container 5 of this embodiment, the hinge 11 that connects the lid mounting frame 10 and the opening/closing lid 12 is provided with bent portions 43 at two locations, near the lid mounting frame 10 side and near the opening/closing lid 12 side, relative to the connecting portion 55, as shown in Figure 11. The connecting portion 55 is disposed vertically between the lid mounting frame 10 and the opening/closing lid 12, and its lower end side is connected to the lower end side of the mounting portion 33 of the lid mounting frame 10 via the bent portion 43, and its upper end side is connected to the lower end side of the peripheral wall portion 40 of the opening/closing lid 12 via the bent portion 43. The structure of each bent portion 43 and other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment.

When such a hinge 11 is used, since there are bending parts 43 on both the top and bottom of the connecting part 55, the opening and closing lid 12 can be opened and closed relative to the lid mounting frame 10 by bending and extending either or both of the bending parts 43. In addition, since there are bending parts 43 on both the top and bottom, the opening and closing operation of the opening and closing lid 12 can be made flexible.

When closing the opening/closing lid 12, the peripheral wall portion 40 on the hinge 11 side of the opening/closing lid 12 is engaged with the mounting portion 33 on the hinge 11 side of the lid mounting frame 10, and then the opening/closing lid 12 is closed using the engagement portion between the two as a fulcrum, so that the peripheral wall portion 40 of the opening/closing lid 12 can be fitted around the outer periphery of the mounting portion 33 of the lid mounting frame 10.

Figure 12 illustrates a fourth embodiment of the present invention. In the packaging container 5 of this embodiment, the hinge 11 that connects the lid mounting frame 10 and the opening/closing lid 12 has a connecting portion 55 on one side that is bent on the lid mounting frame 10 or the opening/closing lid 12, and a bent portion 43 on the other side of the connecting portion 55, as shown in Figure 12 (a) or (b).

That is, the hinge 11 in FIG. 12(a) has a connecting portion 55 extending upward from the lower end of the lid mounting frame 10, and a bent portion 43 is provided between the upper end of the connecting portion 55 and the lower end of the opening/closing lid 12. The hinge 11 in FIG. 12(b) has a connecting portion 55 extending downward from the lower end of the opening/closing lid 12, and a bent portion 43 is provided between the lower end of the connecting portion 55 and the lower end of the lid mounting frame 10. Each bent portion 43 is the same as in the second embodiment.

The hinge 11 can also be configured as shown in FIG. 12(a) or FIG. 12(b). In these hinges 11, when the opening and closing lid 12 is opened and closed, a single bending portion 43 bends and stretches to assist the opening and closing operation of the opening and closing lid 12, thereby stabilizing the opening and closing operation of the opening and closing lid 12.

Figures 13 to 15 show an example of a fifth embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the packaging container 5 is provided with a sealing means 56 between the lid receiving portion 32 of the lid mounting frame 10 and the lid portion 39 of the opening/closing lid 12, as shown in Figures 13 and 14, so as to surround the entire periphery of the opening 31 of the lid mounting frame 10.

The sealing means 56 has a protrusion 57 formed on the lid receiving portion 32 of the lid mounting frame 10, and the protrusion 57 is adapted to abut against the lower surface of the lid portion 39 of the opening/closing lid 12. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 15, the sealing means 56 may have a protrusion 58 formed on the lid portion 39 of the opening/closing lid 12, and the protrusion 58 may abut against the upper surface of the lid receiving portion 32 of the lid mounting frame 10.

The ridges 57, 58 may be located outside the opening 31 of the lid mounting frame 10, but in order to ensure the pressing force of the ridges 57, 58, it is preferable that they are located in a position corresponding to the outer peripheral edge 19 of the container 6 or close to the outer peripheral edge 19. The other configurations are the same as those of each embodiment.

In this way, by providing sealing means 56 with ridges 57, 58 on either the lid receiving portion 32 of the lid mounting frame 10 or the lid portion 39 of the opening/closing lid 12, there is an advantage that the sealing performance is improved compared to when the lid receiving portion 32 of the lid mounting frame 10 and the lid portion 39 of the opening/closing lid 12 abut or are close to each other. In addition, since the sealing means 56 is merely a matter of providing ridges 57, 58 on the lid receiving portion 32 of the lid mounting frame 10 or the lid portion 39 of the opening/closing lid 12, and is structurally simple, it can be implemented easily and inexpensively.

Furthermore, when the sealing means 56 or the ridges 57, 58 are provided on the lid receiving portion 32 of the lid mounting frame 10 at a position corresponding to the outer peripheral edge 19 of the container 6 or at a position close to the outer peripheral edge 19, the ridges 57 have the advantage of improving the sealing between the lid receiving portion 32 of the lid mounting frame 10 and the sealing material 8.

Figure 16 illustrates a sixth embodiment of the present invention. As shown in Figures 16(a) to (d), the sealing means 56 can be configured by forming protrusions 57, 58, recesses 59, etc. on both the lid receiving portion 32 of the lid mounting frame 10 and the lid portion 39 of the opening and closing lid 12.

That is, the sealing means 56 in FIG. 16(a) has protrusions 57, 58 formed on the upper surface of the lid receiving portion 32 of the lid mounting frame 10 and the lower surface of the lid portion 39 of the opening and closing lid 12, facing each other from above and below, and the protrusions 57, 58 are adapted to abut against each other from above and below.

The sealing means 56 in FIG. 16(b) is arranged such that a protrusion 58 on the upper surface of the lid receiving portion 32 of the lid mounting frame 10 and a protrusion 57 on the lower surface of the lid portion 39 of the opening/closing lid 12 are offset inward and outward, and the protrusions 57, 58 abut against each other from above and below.

The sealing means 56 in FIG. 16(c) has two ridges 58 formed on the underside of the lid portion 39 of the opening/closing lid 12, and one ridge 57 corresponding to the space between the two ridges 58 is formed on the upper side of the lid receiving portion 32 of the lid mounting frame 10, so that the two ridges 58 of the lid portion 39 abut against the one ridge 57 of the lid receiving portion 32.

The sealing means 56 in FIG. 16(d) has a protrusion 57 formed on the upper surface of the lid receiving portion 32 of the lid mounting frame 10 and a recess 59 formed on the lower surface of the lid portion 39 of the opening/closing lid 12, facing each other from above and below, so that the protrusion 57 and the recess 59 abut against each other from above and below.

In this way, the sealing means 56 can be modified in various ways. The sealing means 56 can be provided by using a part of the lid receiving portion 32 of the lid mounting frame 10 or the lid portion 39 of the opening/closing lid 12, or it can be configured by providing a separate sealing member to the lid receiving portion 32 of the lid mounting frame 10 or the lid portion 39 of the opening/closing lid 12.

Figures 17 and 18 show a seventh embodiment of the present invention. As shown in Figures 17 and 18, the packaging container 5 of this embodiment is structured so that the abutment portion 61 of the lid mounting frame 10 is pressed against the outer peripheral edge portion 19 of the container 6 via the sealing material 8, and the peripheral wall portion 40 of the opening/closing lid 12 is fitted into the fitting portion 60 of the lid mounting frame 10, improving the sealing performance of the packaging container 5 after it is opened.

The lid mounting frame 10 has an abutment portion 61 that has an opening 31 and abuts against the upper side of the outer peripheral edge portion 19 of the container 6 via the sealing material 8, a mounting portion 33 that fits into the outer peripheral edge portion 19 of the container 6, and an annular protrusion 62 that is formed in an upward convex shape between the abutment portion 61 and the mounting portion 33, and the inner circumference of the annular protrusion 62 forms the fitting portion 60.

The connection between the abutment portion 61 and the annular protrusion 62 has high rigidity, and this connection with high rigidity is located near the upper side of the outer peripheral edge portion 19. Therefore, when the lid mounting frame 10 is attached to the container 6 and the engagement means 9 is engaged, the connection with high rigidity is pressed against the outer peripheral edge portion 19 via the sealing material 8.

The opening and closing lid 12 has a lid portion 39, a peripheral wall portion 40 that rises from the outer periphery of the lid portion 39 and fits hermetically around the inner periphery of the annular protrusion 62, and a peripheral edge portion 63 that bends outward from the upper end of the peripheral wall portion 40 and covers the annular protrusion 62 from above, with a part of the peripheral edge portion 63 connected to the hinge 11 and a finger hook portion 64 provided on the opposite side to the hinge 11. The other configurations are the same as those of each embodiment.

In this packaging container 5, the peripheral wall 40 of the opening/closing lid 12 is normally fitted into the annular protrusion 62 of the lid mounting frame 10 to seal the opening 7 side of the container 6. When opening the opening/closing lid 12, by placing a finger on the finger hook 64 and applying force upward, the peripheral wall 40 of the opening/closing lid 12 is disengaged upward from within the annular protrusion 62 of the lid mounting frame 10, allowing the opening/closing lid 12 to be opened. In addition, if the opening/closing lid 12 is rotated around the hinge 11 to a position where it is disengaged from the lid mounting frame 10, it can be held in that position disengaged from the lid mounting frame 10.

When closing the opening/closing lid 12, if the opening/closing lid 12 in the open state is rotated around the hinge 11 onto the lid mounting frame 10, the peripheral wall portion 40 of the opening/closing lid 12 fits into the annular protrusion 62 of the lid mounting frame 10, creating a substantially hermetically sealed state. In addition, the weight applied when the peripheral wall portion 40 of the opening/closing lid 12 fits into the fitting portion 60 on the inner circumference of the annular protrusion 62 can also be supported by the container 6.

Therefore, even if the lid mounting frame 10 and the opening/closing lid 12 are integrally constructed via the hinge 11 and a structure is adopted in which the opening/closing lid 12 fits into the lid mounting frame 10 when the opening/closing lid 12 is closed, it is also possible to adopt a structure in which the opening/closing lid 12 fits into the inner circumference of the lid mounting frame 10 as exemplified in this embodiment, in addition to the opening/closing lid 12 fitting into the outside of the lid mounting frame 10 as in the first embodiment.

Figure 19 illustrates an eighth embodiment of the present invention. When the cut line 25 of the sealing material 8 is formed by half-cutting, the sealing material 8 can maintain a sealed state as long as the cut line 25 is not damaged. Therefore, in such a case, as shown in Figure 19, a gripping portion 66 is arranged on the opening start position side of the removal opening forming area 23, and this gripping portion 66 is fixed to the removal opening forming area 23 inside the cut line 25 by a fixing portion 67, and when forming the removal opening 24, this gripping portion 66 is pinched and pulled in the cutting direction, so that the removal opening forming area 23 is cut from the sealing material 8 at the cut line 25 to form the removal opening 24. This can prevent waste of the peeling material 26.

Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above in detail, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments and various modifications are possible. In each embodiment, a wet material 2 such as a face mask for a pack is exemplified as the packaged object, but the packaged object may be something that requires airtightness before opening and that can be taken out and used multiple times after opening and closing the opening and closing lid 12 as necessary. Therefore, it is not limited to the wet material 2. Furthermore, even when storing and packaging a large number of wet materials 2, an accumulation form other than the laminate 3 in which the wet materials 2 are stacked may be adopted.

The container 6 is illustrated as a tapered box-shaped container 6 that is roughly rectangular in plan view and has an opening 7 on the upper side, but it may be a cylindrical container 6 with a bottom depending on the packaging object. The attachment structure of the lid attachment frame 10 to the container 6 is generally a fitting structure in which the attachment portion 33 of the lid attachment frame 10 fits into the outer periphery of the opening 7 side of the container 6, but the attachment portion 33 may also fit into the inner periphery of the opening 7 of the container 6.

Furthermore, even when the engaging means 9 is provided across the mounting portion 33 of the lid mounting frame 10 and the outer peripheral edge 19 of the container 6, the engaging portion 34 protruding inward from the mounting portion 33 may be provided around the entire circumference in the circumferential direction, and this engaging portion 34 may be engaged with the outer peripheral edge 19 of the container 6 in a substantially sealed manner around the entire circumference in the circumferential direction. In this way, the sealing performance of the mating portion between the lid mounting frame 10 and the container 6 is improved, and the lid mounting frame 10 can be prevented from falling off the container 6 after mounting. It is also possible to remove the lid mounting frame 10 from the container 6 by spreading the lower end side of the mounting portion 33 of the lid mounting frame 10 outward and removing part of the engaging portion 34 from the outer peripheral edge 19, for example.

It is sufficient that the lid attachment frame 10 can be attached to the container 6 after the packaged object is placed in the container 6 and sealed with the sealing material 8. In addition to attaching it later using a fitting structure, it can also be attached to the top end of the container 6 with an adhesive 27 or the like, or fixed by heat welding or the like.

When the lid mounting frame 10, the opening/closing lid 12, and the hinge 11 are manufactured integrally by thermoforming a sheet material or the like, it is desirable to adopt a structure as exemplified in each embodiment, but it is also possible to adopt a molding method other than thermoforming of a sheet material or the like. In addition, the lid mounting frame 10 and the opening/closing lid 12 may be made into separate structures, and the opening/closing lid 12 may be connected to the lid mounting frame 10 via a connectable hinge 11 so that it can be opened and closed freely.

When the opening/closing lid 12 is configured to be able to be held in the open position O, it is desirable to set the open position O so that the opening/closing lid 12 is removed from above the lid mounting frame 10 to the outside, but it is sufficient if the opening/closing lid 12 is at least removed from above the removal opening 24 of the sealing material 8.

Also, if the opening/closing lid 12 can be held in the open position O away from above the removal opening 24 of the sealing material 8, it may be removably attached to the lid mounting frame 10 via an adhesive 27 or the like.
