The present invention relates to a refrigerant dryer assembly incorporated in a dryer tank of an air conditioner.

【0002】[0002]

[Prior art]

A cooling tank of an air conditioner such as a car air conditioner is equipped with a dryer tank (also called a receiver tank) for removing water in the refrigerant. This is because if water is mixed in the refrigerant, the cooling performance will be significantly reduced even if the amount is small. As shown in FIG. 6, the conventional dryer tank has an assembly (shown in FIG. 5) in which an adsorbent storage container C having small holes on both inner surfaces of the tank T is fixedly integrated with a pipe P in a skewered shape. I was wearing it. Then, in the dryer tank T, the refrigerant is introduced into the rear chamber separated by the adsorbent storage container C by the pipe P, and the granular adsorbent M inside is admitted from the small holes on the rear surface of the adsorbent storage container C. Water is removed from the cooling medium in the meantime and sent to the antechamber, and then sent out from the antechamber.

In this type of assembly, since the adsorbent container C and the pipe P are fixedly integrated with each other, the pipe P is inserted into the adsorbent container C, the filter paper is laid, and the adsorbent M is attached to the assembly. It is carried out through the steps of filling, covering with a filter paper, and applying a lid, and finally, the adsorbing material M is airtightly packed so as not to absorb moisture in the atmosphere.

However, filling the adsorbent M into the adsorbent storage container C after inserting the pipe P is time-consuming and troublesome due to the pipe P interfering with the work under unstable conditions. During that time, the adsorbent M easily absorbs moisture, which is a manufacturing problem.

In addition, in the assembly process of mounting on the dryer tank T, the length of the pipe P varies depending on the manufacturer of the dryer tank T, the model, and the like. In the case of an air conditioner, 12 different sizes are used for the length between 130 mm and 175 mm at the maximum), and it had to be selected and assembled, and the work was very troublesome. .

[0006] Further, in delivering the integrated assembly between factories, about 80 solids are collectively sealed in a vinyl bag, stored in a 1-ton can, and transported. Although the integrated assembly is housed in the can in an oriented manner, there is still a large gap space around the pipe P. Moreover, if they are stored without being tidy, they will be bulky, and it will not be possible to store a large amount at a time, resulting in a larger gap space. For this reason, there is a problem that the moisture in the gap space is adsorbed by the adsorbent M, and the adsorbing ability is significantly reduced.

Therefore, even if each assembly is packed individually, a gap space S is inevitably formed in the packing sheet K as shown in FIG. There is a problem that the adsorbent M adsorbs the adsorbent M and the adsorbing ability decreases.

[Problems to be solved by the device]

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and provides a refrigerant dryer assembly for an air conditioner that is easy to manufacture and assemble and that can secure a low water absorption.

[Means for Solving the Problems]

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a dryer tank 1 for removing water in a refrigerant in a cooling cycle of an air conditioner, having an outer diameter that is the same as the inner diameter of the dryer tank 1 and a bottom wall. 2a has a group of small holes 4 and has an opening 2b at the center of the bottom wall, and a penetrating receiving cylinder 3 is vertically installed from the inner edge of the opening 2b so as to reach the height of the side wall 2c. A filter paper 8 is laid on the bottom surface 2d to fill the granular adsorbent 7, a filter paper 9 is placed on the bottom surface 2d, and a group of small holes 6 is formed, and an opening matching the outer diameter of the penetrating receiving cylinder 3 is formed. It is composed of a container part A fitted with a drop-in lid 5 and a refrigerant introduction pipe B inserted into the penetrating receiving tube 3 of the container part A in a skewered state, and said A and B are mutually fixing means. So that it can be fixed in the dryer tank 1 in the state of being assembled via K The refrigerant dryer air conditioner - assembly - a.

Further, the adsorbent storage container 2 is made of synthetic resin.

Further, the fixing means K includes the inner wall of the dryer tank 1 and the outer wall of the adsorbent storage container 2 or / and the inner wall of the opening of the adsorbent storage container 2 and the outer peripheral surface of the drop cover 5 and / or the adsorbent storage. [Embodiment of the invention]

An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. 3, the present invention relates to a dryer tank 1 for removing water in a refrigerant in a cooling cycle of an air conditioner such as a car aircon. As shown in (a) of 1, the adsorbent container 2 made of synthetic resin has an outer diameter that is the same as the inner diameter of the dryer tank 1, and has a small hole group 4 on the bottom wall 2a. An opening 2b is formed at the center of the bottom wall, and a penetrating receiving cylinder 3 is integrally hung from the inner edge of the opening 2b so as to reach the height of the side wall 2c.

Then, in the adsorbent storage container 2, a filter paper 8 is laid on the bottom surface 2d to fill the granular adsorbent 7, a filter paper 9 is put on the granular adsorbent 7, and a group of small holes 6 is provided. A container lid A is formed by fitting a drop lid 5 having an opening matching the outer diameter of the through- receiving barrel 3. The filter papers 8 and 9 prevent particles from being discharged from the small hole groups 4 and 6 and adsorb fine powder. As shown in FIG. 2, the refrigerant introduction pipe B shown in FIG. 1B is inserted into the penetrating cylinder 3 of the container A in a skewered state.

As described above, in the combined state of the container portion A and the refrigerant introduction pipe B, one or both of them are placed in the dryer tank 1 as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11. Fixing means K is provided at the mutual contacting part of and can be inserted and fixed.

The fixing means K for fixing the container portion A and the refrigerant introduction pipe B in the dryer tank 1 can have various forms, and as an example of the form, the inner wall of the dryer tank 1 and the outer wall of the adsorbent storage container 2 can be formed. It is possible to fix them by the frictional force with the same diameter and close contact (shown in Fig. 3). Further, the inner wall of the opening of the adsorbent storage container 2, the outer peripheral surface of the drop cover 5 (shown in (a) of FIGS. 9, 10 and 11), the inner wall of the penetrating receiving cylinder 3 of the adsorbent storage container 2, and the refrigerant introduction. Forming concavities and convexities corresponding to one or both of the mutual contact portions of the outer wall of pipe B (shown in (b) and (c) of FIG. 11) so that they fit together. So that it can be fixed.

In the adsorbent storage container 2, when a synthetic resin such as plastic is used, the penetration receiving cylinder 3 can be integrally formed by a mold. In the case of metal, since it is difficult to integrally form the penetration receiving cylinder 3 like synthetic resin, as shown in FIG. 4, it is welded to the adsorbent storage container 2 by using the penetration receiving cylinder 3 of the metal pipe. Alternatively, fix it by fitting.

【0017】[0017]

[Assembly method]

(図7に梱包状態を示す) In the process of assembling the assembly of the present invention, the container portion A and the refrigerant introducing pipe B are assembled separately. In the assembling process, a filter paper 8 is laid on the adsorbent storage container 2, the adsorbent 7 is filled, the filter paper 9 is put on the adsorbent 7, and the lid 5 is placed. After the drop cover 5 is attached, the container A is airtightly packed with the packing airtight resin sheet K so that the adsorbent 7 does not absorb moisture in the atmosphere. (Figure 7 shows the packaging)

In the assembling process of mounting on the dryer tank 1, the length of the refrigerant introduction pipe B varies depending on the manufacturer of the dryer tank 1 and the model thereof. The refrigerant introduction pipe B is prepared in advance, and one of them that matches the dryer tank 1 is selected, and the refrigerant introduction pipe B is inserted in a short time by unsealing the airtight packaging of the container A. Then, it is fixed in the dryer tank 1 and the assembly is completed.

【0019】[0019]

[Action and effect of the invention]

In the present invention, since the container part A and the refrigerant introduction pipe B are independently assembled as described above, only the container part A part is different from the conventional assembly in which the adsorbent container C and the pipe P are integrated. Since it can be manufactured separately, automation of manufacturing is facilitated. Further, when assembling with the dryer tank 1, the container portion A is inserted into the dryer tank 1 in advance, and the refrigerant introduction pipe B is selected by a length and chasedly inserted. As a result, the assembly work can be carried out efficiently, and at the same time, the fixing means K can easily fix the assembly in the dryer tank 1.

In the case of the assembly-to-plant delivery, the conventional integrated type is bulky because of the protruding portion due to the pipe, and, for example, only about 80 solids can be stored in a 1-ton can. In the present invention, since the refrigerant introduction pipe B may be separately conveyed without being packed, if only the container portion A is accommodated in the same one-tower can, it is possible to store about 150 solids or more. In this way, many items can be efficiently transported at one time, and transportation costs can be reduced.

In the packaging of the assembly, since the conventional integrated type has a protruding portion by a pipe, a large gap space containing moisture is generated in the airtight package, and the moisture therein is adsorbed by the adsorbent M. As a result, the moisture adsorbing ability is greatly reduced, whereas the present invention uses airtight packaging only for the container portion A, so that there is almost no gap where moisture exists. As a result, the amount of moisture adsorbed by the adsorbent 7 can be reduced by about 70% as compared with the conventional pipe-integrated type, and the moisture adsorption capacity can be kept high.
