[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to a container containing a moisture absorbent that is installed in an atmosphere that requires dehumidification, such as in a shoe rack or wardrobe, to measure the dehumidification of the atmosphere. The part that has become deliquescent due to the moisture adsorbed on the surface part of the granular moisture absorbent contained within is completely separated from the remaining part that still maintains its moisture absorption ability, and is placed in another compartment. By storing the moisture absorbent, it is possible to maintain the moisture absorption performance of the moisture absorbent over a long period of time, and it is also possible to refill the moisture absorbent as necessary, and the degree of decrease in the moisture absorbent inside the small container can be visually checked from the outside. Because I can,
It is easy to judge when it is time to replace the moisture absorbent, and even if the container is accidentally knocked over, there is no risk that the deliquescent moisture absorbent stored separately from the surrounding area will leak out of the container. Furthermore, the present invention provides a container containing a moisture absorbent which has various features such as being convenient for handling and transporting the product because it can be handled in a compact packaged state when sold over the counter.

As shown in FIG. 2, a small container 1 containing a granular hygroscopic agent, for example, CaCl 2 , includes a small container 3 made of synthetic resin and containing a granular hygroscopic agent therein;
It is constituted by a lid 4 that seals the upper opening of the small container 3. The small container 3 made of synthetic resin has a side wall portion 6 in which a large number of elongated vertical grooves 5 are formed over the entire circumference, and a bottom portion in which a large number of pores 7 are formed throughout the entire surface. 8 and a flange portion 9 extending to the edge of the opening, which is an integral molded body made of synthetic resin, and seals the upper opening of the small container body 3 made of synthetic resin, which is filled with a granular moisture absorbent. The lid body 4 is made of a porous film that allows gas to pass through but not water.

A small container 3 made of synthetic resin in which the granular moisture absorbent is filled is heat-sealed to a flange 9 extending to the opening edge of the small container 3, and the upper opening of the small container 3 is sealed. An outer container 2 made of synthetic resin in which a small container 1 consisting of a sealed lid 4 is housed.
As shown in FIG. 3, it is composed of a side wall section 10 having an elastic bellows structure S section and a bottom section 11, and includes the aforementioned small container 1 and an outer container made of synthetic resin. 2 is such that the small container 1 can be accommodated within the outer shell 2 even when the bellows structure S of the outer shell 2 made of synthetic resin is in a contracted state.

The container containing the moisture absorbent of the present invention is the small container 1 described above.
is placed on the opening edge of the outer container 2 made of synthetic resin at the flange portion 9 of the small container 3 made of synthetic resin constituting the small container 1, and is stored inside the outer container 2. The part indicated by the reference numeral 12 blocks the air permeability of the lid 4 of the small container 1 during storage, distribution, over-the-counter sales, etc. of the product, the container containing the moisture absorbent of the present invention. This is a fixing ring that fixes the impermeable outer sheathing material interposed on the lid body 4 for this purpose, and is unnecessary after the customer purchases the product and removes the outer sheathing material. . In the desiccant-containing container of the present invention in the illustrated examples shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the fixing ring 12 for fixing the outer covering material is attached to the outer container 2 again after the outer covering material is removed. Although it is fixed to the outer periphery of the mouth and used as a decorative member, it blocks the air permeability of the lid 4 of the small container 1 during storage, distribution, over-the-counter sales, etc. of the container containing the moisture absorbent. For this reason, the fixing means for fixing the impermeable outer cover material interposed on the lid body 4 may be any other suitable fixing means instead of the fixing ring 12 having the above structure. may be used.

FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of the moisture absorbent container with the above structure when in use, in which the elastic bellows structure S portion of the synthetic resin outer container 2 is stretched and stored inside the outer container 2. A space R is formed below the small container 1 which is made of synthetic resin, and the space R is a storage area for the moisture absorbent which has become deliquescent due to moisture absorption dripping from the surface of the moisture absorbent contained in the small container 3 made of synthetic resin. It is a place.

The moisture absorbent container of the present invention is constructed as described above, and is installed in an atmosphere where dehumidification is required, such as in a shoe cabinet or a wardrobe, and is used to dehumidify the atmosphere. It is used when measuring, and is used when a moisture absorbent made of grains, for example, the size of a rice grain or azuki bean, is contained in a small container and becomes deliquescent due to the moisture adsorbed on the surface of the moisture absorbent. Only that portion is allowed to fall from the remaining portion that still maintains its moisture absorbing capacity and is stored in the compartment formed between the outer shell and the small container. Therefore, in the container containing a moisture absorbent of the present invention, the surface of the absorbent held in the small container is always maintained in a dry state, so that the surface portion becomes deliquescent due to moisture adsorption. The hygroscopic performance of the hygroscopic agent decreases when the moisture absorbing agent becomes wet, and the adverse effects of the hygroscopic performance of the hygroscopic agent being impaired in the short term are eliminated, and the hygroscopic performance of the hygroscopic agent in the container is maintained over a long period of time. has.

In addition, the moisture absorbent can be refilled by simply replacing the small container in which the moisture absorbent is stored, and the degree of depletion of the granular moisture absorbent filled in the small container can be visually confirmed from the outside. , it is possible to correctly judge the opportunity to replace the small container containing the moisture absorbent.
