The terminal 38A of the coil 38 is led out to the printed board 47 through the through hole 40 and soldered to the printed board 47. In this case, in consideration of the swelling of the solder, a part of the bottom surface of the frame 33 is formed in a concave shape in advance to form a thin portion so that the swelling portion of the solder does not protrude from the lowermost end surface of the frame 33. It is devised.

It is supported rotatably with respect to the fixed shaft 55 via 5 and 36. FIG. 8 shows a further conventional example.
An example of a fixed shaft type is shown. In FIG. 8, an insulating sheet 50 having a thickness of about 0.1 mm to 0.3 mm is interposed between the coil 38 and the frame 33, and the insulation between the coil 38 and the frame 33 is provided by the insulating sheet 50. It is intended to be secured. For this purpose, the holes 50A formed in the insulating sheet 50 in advance and the through holes 33A of the frame 33 are positioned, and the insulating sheet 50 is attached to the frame 33.

(1) In the structure of FIGS. 5 and 6, the thickness of the frame 33 is partially reduced in consideration of the swelling when the terminal 38A of the coil 38 is soldered to the printed board 47 as shown in FIG. As a result, the rigidity of the motor is reduced and the anti-vibration characteristics are deteriorated. (2) Since it is difficult to reduce the thickness of the frame 33,
The motor cannot be made thinner. (3) In the structure of FIG.
Positioning work between holes when attaching to 3 becomes complicated,
If the position is displaced, the coil 38 and the frame 33 are short-circuited, so that insulation cannot be ensured. Further, since the insulating sheet 50 is interposed, the motor cannot be thinned.

Therefore, insulation can be ensured by the thin resin film, and the motor can be made thinner. According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the iron plate is fixed to the surface of the frame facing the coil and a resin film is applied to the iron plate, insulation can be secured by the resin film. Further, the rigidity of the motor and the anti-vibration characteristics can be improved by the iron plate. According to the third aspect of the present invention, since the iron plate fixed to the surface of the frame and the coil are brought into contact with each other and adhered and fixed, the same effect as that of the first aspect can be obtained.
According to the present invention according to claim 4, a flexible substrate is attached to the bottom surface of the frame opposite to the surface facing the coil wound around the stator core, and the terminal of the coil is connected to the outer peripheral surface of the frame. Since the flexible substrate is soldered, the same effects as those of the first or second aspect can be obtained.
