However, with such means, there is a problem in that, if there is the fiber waste 25 that does not fall from the pile surface and remains attached to the surface, it cannot be sucked by the suction device and is left as it is. In this way, if the fiber waste 25 is left on the telemp 2, the film 8 will be removed from the film cartridge during shooting.
When the sheet was pulled out, the fiber waste 25 separated from the telempe 2 and adhered to the surface of the film 8 and was sometimes imprinted as rubber on the image.

Next, an embodiment of the method for manufacturing the telem according to the present invention will be described. First, as shown in FIG. 2, the cloth 9 is bisected in the front-back direction by a separating cutter 16. Cloth 9
Is a substantially parallel first base cloth 10, second base cloth 12 and pile fiber 14
It is a cloth material composed of and is woven by a loom not shown.
The first base cloth 10 and the second base cloth 12 are both warp threads 11 and weft threads 13
The pile fibers 14 are woven so as to be laid between the weft threads 11 of the first base cloth 10 and the second base cloth 12. As described above, this is divided into the first base cloth 10 side and the second base cloth 12 side by the separating cutter 16 at substantially the center of the pile fiber 14 to form two teletemp members 17. Since each telempu material 17 is subjected to the same treatment below,
One of the telempu materials 17 will be described. The telemp material 17 is then sent to the coating device 20, and the coating device 20 applies the adhesive 18 to the back surface (the pile fiber 14 side is the front surface).
In the coating device 20, the roller 21 is rotatable and the lower part is adhesive.
It is arranged so that it is immersed in the liquid surface of 18
The adhesive 18 is applied by abutting the telemp member 17 on the upper surface of 21. The adhesive 18 is used as a backing agent, and has an adhesive strength enough to hold the pile fiber 14 on the base cloth. Next, the telem 17 is sent to the dryer 22 to dry the adhesive 18 on the back surface. Up to this point, the steps are similar to those of the conventional example. The next is a process which characterizes the present invention and is shown in FIG. Adhesive 18
The Telempu material 17 lined with
It goes inside and is sent to the shirring machine 24. The shearing machine 24 includes a rotary blade 28 and a fixed blade 30, and rotates the rotary blade 28 by a drive mechanism (not shown) to cut the pile fibers 14 on the surface of the telemp member 17 into uniform lengths. The fiber waste 25 generated at that time is sucked through a suction pipe 34 provided on the side surface of the cover 26 and discharged to the outside. And the telemp material 17 is
The roller 31 bends, exits the cover 26 from the outlet 38, and proceeds to the next spraying step. The spraying process is provided in the cover 42, and the telempu material 17 cut into uniform fluff after the shirring process is introduced into the cover 42 from the inlet 40. Inside the cover 42, an air blowing pipe 46 is provided toward the roller 44. The air blowing pipe 46 is connected to an air compressor (not shown), and a slit 47 parallel to the roller 44 is formed at its tip 47. This slit has a width of 0.1 to 0.5 mm, and has a length at least equal to the width of the telemp member 17. This slit is arranged at a distance of 2 to 30 mm from the roller 44 in the tangential direction of the roller 44, and air is jetted from this at an air pressure of 2 kg / cm 2 or more. Further, the roller 44 is longer than the lateral width of the telem member 17,
Its diameter is 10 mm or less. Therefore, when passing through the roller 44, the telemp member 17 is bent with a small radius of curvature, and the pile fiber 14 on the surface is spread outward. Although the slit 47 is provided at the tip 47 of the air blowing pipe 46, the present invention is not limited to this, and a plurality of small holes having a diameter of about 0.5 to 1.0 mm may be provided. Further, a suction pipe 48 is connected to the bottom of the cover 42, and the suction pipe 48 is set so as to suck in an air amount equal to or larger than the amount of air blown from the air blowing pipe 46. I am doing it. Therefore, the cover 42 is always kept at a negative pressure with respect to the outside. The compressed air is blown in this way and the fiber waste 25 on the surface is removed, and the telempe material 17 is discharged from the outlet 49 to the outside as the telempe 2 and is attached to the cartridge and commercialized.

Therefore, according to the present embodiment, even if the fiber scraps 25 are attached to the surface of the telemp member 17, they can be surely removed in the spraying step, and the fiber scraps 25 are attached to the surface of the telemp 2 and commercialized. Never. Furthermore, since the inside of the cover 42 is kept at a negative pressure, an air flow that always faces the inside of the cover 42 is formed at the inlet 40 and the outlet 49.
Even if there are fiber wastes 25 floating in 42, these do not flow out to the outside. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the fiber waste 25 from floating in the factory and adhering to the product in another process. Therefore, as compared with the conventional manufacturing method, the fiber waste 25
It is possible to significantly reduce the image damage caused by shooting.

According to the present invention, two base fabrics in which pile fibers are woven in between are divided from the center, an adhesive is applied to the back surface of each, and the length of the pile fibers is uniformly cut by a shearing process, A gas was blown to the surface of the telempu covered with the cover, and the gas was sucked out from the inside of the cover, so that the fiber scraps and the like generated by the shirring process and the like adhered to the surface without falling off from the telempe. Even if it is removed in the spraying step
It is inhaled and does not send fiber waste to the next process. Further, since the suction amount is equal to or more than the blowing amount, air is not discharged from the inlet / outlet for loading and unloading the telemps, and the internal fiber waste is not scattered to the outside through these inlets / outlets. Therefore, the fiber debris does not adhere to the film cartridge using such a telemp, and the image trouble at the time of photographing can be greatly improved.
