材長手軸に対して直角を成す軸線周りに回転可能に連結
される第2支持部材と、該第2支持部材の長手軸周りに
回転可能に装着されかつその先端に板状体を吸着保持す
るための吸盤を具備する吸盤保持部材とを有することを
特徴とする板状体施工装置。
