Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a self-contained porous stamp using quick-drying ink, and particularly to opening and closing the cap without manually re-attaching and removing the cap during the stamping operation. And a seal that enables hermeticity to be maintained. 2. Description of the Related Art Heretofore, a stamp has a state in which a cap can be manually stamped and stamped. However, there was a problem of inconvenience to take by hand. Therefore, there are various mechanisms that allow the cap to be opened and closed together with the stamping operation.
No. 84 [hereinafter (a)]. In addition, if the cap is taken in a broad sense, the cap may be provided with an ink occluding body impregnated with ink, as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 48-3407 [hereinafter (b)] and Japanese Utility Model Laid-open No. 48-18207 [hereafter. (C)]. Furthermore, Japanese Patent Publication No. Sho 60-21237 [the above (d)] is a stamp using a quick-drying ink and provided with a packing. However, the method (a) does not use a quick-drying ink and does not consider airtightness.
Therefore, it has a disadvantage in airtightness. (B) ・ (c)
Is intended to apply ink to stamps.
Has the same disadvantages as In (d), quick-drying ink is used, packing is provided on the cap, and the cap and the main body are screw-fitted to keep the airtight. Therefore, there is a disadvantage that the cap cannot be easily opened and closed and airtightly maintained as in (a). [0003] As described above, the present invention overcomes the disadvantages of the prior art. Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to use a quick-drying ink to have airtightness, and to easily open and close the cap at the time of stamping work. A tubular main body 1 has a continuous porous printed body 2 impregnated with quick-drying ink at a lower open end, and is provided above the main body 1 as an ink inlet. A replenishing stopper 6 is fitted at the open end, and an elastic member 19 for resiliently supporting the main body A is provided around the main body A. A lower outer cylinder is provided around the outer periphery of the elastic member 19. 12 is provided,
A lower packing 14 is provided near a lower opening end of the lower outer cylinder 12.
A cap 25 is pivotally attached to the outer surface of the lower outer cylinder 12 by a shaft 27 so as to be rotatable, is airtightly press-contacted with the lower packing 14, and furthermore, a locking portion 22 is provided inside. A pressing portion 10 having a flange 9 at a lower end is provided above the main body portion A, and an upper packing 8 is provided on an outer periphery of the pressing portion 10 at the lower open end thereof so as to be able to keep the flange 9 airtight. The stamp is characterized in that an upper outer cylinder 17 to be press-fitted is provided so as to cover the pressing portion 10. The operation of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
When not in use, the stamp surface is located above the lower opening end of the lower outer cylinder 12, and the cap portion 25 is pressed against the lower packing 14 by a spring member 28 provided around a shaft 27 to maintain airtightness. I have. At this time, the main body A is resiliently supported by the elastic member 19, and the flange 9 and the upper packing 8 are in contact with each other and are kept airtight. Therefore, since the upper and lower parts are kept airtight and the upper outer cylinder 17 and the lower outer cylinder 12 are fitted so as to be kept airtight, the impregnated quick-drying ink does not dry. Next, when the convex portion 16 protruding from the upper end surface of the upper outer cylinder 17 is pressed by a finger or the like, the pressing portion 10 is pressed down against the elastic force of the elastic member 19, and further provided below this. Press down the main unit A. Then, the airtightness of the upper packing 8 and the flange 9 and the airtightness of the cap portion 25 and the lower packing 14, which are supplied with a rotational force in a direction to close the upper end surface of the cutout window 13 by the spring member 28 attached to the shaft 27, are released. . At this time, the receiver 3 presses the cap portion 25 against the turning force of the spring member 28. During the period from non-use to this time, the elastically supported locking portion 22 can move the pressing portion 10 downward while pressing the inner wall of the upper outer cylinder 17. At this time, the projection 32 is always in the hole 2
It protrudes more than 3. When further pressed, the stamped surface is located below the opening end of the lower outer cylinder 12 and is ready for stamping. At this time,
The locking portion 22 is locked by a claw 30 provided in the U-shaped cut 11 of the pressing portion 10, and the stamp surface is located below the opening end of the lower outer cylinder 12, and can be maintained in a stampable state. . The projection 32 projects more reliably during the movement. Further, when the stamping operation is completed and the stamp surface needs to be stored, the locking portion 22 protruding from the outer peripheral surface of the upper outer cylinder 17 is required.
When the projection 32 is pressed by a finger (from right to left in FIG. 3), the engagement between the claw 30 and the locking portion 22 is released, and the restoring elastic force of the elastic member causes the main body portion A, the pressing portion 10, and the convex portion. 16 goes up,
The locking portion 22 slides in the cut 11, and at the same time, the contact between the receiving metal 3 and the cap portion 25 is released, and the cap portion 25 includes the lower packing 14 and the upper packing 8,
It comes into pressure contact with the collar 9 to maintain airtightness. FIG. 1, FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 show a first embodiment of the present invention.
This will be described in detail below. 1 is a cylindrical body,
A printing body 2 impregnated with quick-drying ink is held at the lower open end, and an occlusion body 4 is held by a receiver 3 on the upper surface thereof. A cartridge occlusion body 5 resiliently supported by an elastic member provided inside the replenishing spout 6 is provided inside the main body 1, and the replenishing spout 6 is detachably fitted to an upper opening end of the main body 1. The storage body 5 is pressed against the storage body 4 to ensure the transfer of the ink. The fitting between the replenisher plug 6 and the main body 1 may or may not be airtight.
Here, the main body portion A is composed of the main body 1, the printing body 2, the receiving member 3, the occlusion body 4, the cartridge occlusion body 5, and the replenishing port plug 6. Reference numeral 7 denotes a holding cover that covers the replenishing port plug 6. The holding cover 7 is fitted and fixed to a lower portion of the pressing portion 10 and abuts or is fitted and fixed to an upper opening end of the main body 1, and has an upper packing 8 near the lower opening end. And a flange 9 that can be pressed and pressed in an airtight manner. The pressing portion 10 has a U-shaped cut 11 and a claw 30 inside thereof.
The locking portion 22 is disposed inside the cut 11 so as to be able to move up and down in the cut 11. The locking portion 22 has a U-shape and has elasticity, and when it is arranged as shown in FIG. 3, an elastic force acts in the left-right direction.
Further, a convex portion 16 is provided above the pressing portion 10 and protrudes from an upper opening end of the upper outer cylinder 17. The convex portion 16 may be formed integrally with the pressing portion 10 or may be separately fitted and connected. Reference numeral 12 denotes a lower outer cylinder having a cutout window 13 and a holding groove 15 ′ for holding a lower packing 14 near the cutout end face of the cutout window 13. Here, the upper packing 8 is fixed and held by the holding groove 15, and the lower packing 14 is fixed and held by the holding groove 15 ′. At this time, the upper packing 8 and the lower packing 14 may be fixed by bonding or the like as long as they do not fall off. Further, the upper packing 8 may be provided on the flange 9 side, and the lower packing 14 may be provided on the plate-shaped portion 31 side. At this time, the holding groove 1
5, 15 'become unnecessary. The bottom 18 of the holding groove 15 'is
9 is provided, and a step 20 is provided above the bottom 18 to regulate the amount of the print body 2 protruding and retracting from the lower opening end of the lower outer cylinder 12. Above the lower outer cylinder 12, an upper outer cylinder 17 is press-fitted so as to be detachably and airtightly maintained. Here, the method of fitting the lower outer cylinder 12 and the upper outer cylinder 17 is not particularly limited as long as airtight maintenance such as press-fitting and screw fitting is possible. On the upper outer peripheral surface of the cutout window 13 of the lower outer cylinder 12, a hinge part 24 is rotatably provided by a connecting piece 26 and a shaft 27 provided perpendicularly to the end of the plate-shaped part 31 of the cap part 25. Is attached. The cap portion 25 only needs to have the plate-like portion 31 and the connecting piece 26 which are in airtight pressure contact with the lower packing 14, and the shape is not particularly limited. Further, a spring member 28 is
Is provided, and the plate-like portion 31 of the cap portion 25 is pressed against the lower packing 14 to maintain the airtightness. Spring member 2
Both ends of 8 are supported and fixed by cases 33 and 33 'provided on the lower outer cylinder 12 and the connecting piece 26, respectively. The spring member 28 is a torsion spring, but may be of any type. Further, the method of fixing the spring member 28 does not matter. A holding groove 15 for holding the upper packing 8 is provided near the lower opening end of the upper outer cylinder 17. Further, a hole 23 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the upper outer cylinder 17, and the projection 32 is always slightly exposed from the hole 23. When the engaging portion 22 is engaged with the claw 30 and the exposed state of the stamp surface is maintained, the projection 32 is reliably exposed by the hole 23. Until the stamp surface is exposed, the receiver 3 abuts and presses the cap portion 25. To refill, the upper outer cylinder 17 and the lower outer cylinder 1
2 and the fitting between the replenisher plug 6 and the main body 1 is further released. Then, it is only necessary to take out the cartridge occlusion body 5 together with the replenishing port plug 6 and replace it with a new cartridge occlusion body. In terms of the material, the metal receiving member 3 is preferably made of metal and comes into contact with the opening of the cap, so that the metal surface treatment is resistant to friction. The upper gasket 8 and the lower gasket 14 are made of rubber or the like, have a gutter-shaped cross section, and have ridges 29 integrally formed downward. In particular, any shape can be used as long as the packing can be kept airtight here. Other components may be those which are not affected by the quick-drying ink, such as synthetic resin (thermoplastic, thermosetting) or metal. Next, the method of providing the second flange 9 is as follows. The flange 9 ′ is provided at the lower open end of the holding cover 7 and the
″ Is stretched, and an air flow passage 34 is provided between the flange 9 ′ and the flange 9 ″. (FIGS. 4 and 5) The collar 9
′ And the upper packing 8 keep the pressure contact airtight, and the collar 9 ″
Supports the elastic member 19. According to the present invention, the following effects can be obtained. (1) It is an ink self-contained stamp using quick-drying ink, and since the cap is a non-separable type, it is convenient to carry without soiling clothes pockets and bags, and there is no risk of losing the cap. (2) Since the lower packing 14 is provided, it is possible to maintain the airtightness with the cap portion 25 and prevent the stamp face from drying. (3) By providing the upper packing 8, the upper outer cylinder 1
7 and the lower outer cylinder 12 can be separated, and ink can be replenished. (4) The seal surface is left exposed by the holes 23 and the locking portions 22, and the seal can be performed in that state any number of times. Further, the above state can be released only by pressing the locking portion 22 protruding from the peripheral surface of the upper outer cylinder 17. [0013]
