た自給式の多孔質印判に関し、特に捺印作業時にキャッ
プを改めて手で着脱せずにキャップ開閉を行ない、少な
い押圧力で気密保持を可能にした印判に関するものであ
る。 【0002】 【従来の技術】従来、印判はキャップを手で取り捺印可
能な状態にしていた。しかし、手で取る不便性という問
題があった。それで、捺印動作とともにキャップ開閉を
可能とする機構が種々あり、例えば実公昭58−115
84号[以下(イ)]がある。また、キャップを広義に
とらえるならば、キャップ内にインキを含浸させたイン
キ吸蔵体を設けた構成として、実開昭48−3407号
[以下(ロ)]、実開昭48−18207号[以下
(ハ)]がある。更にまた、速乾性インキを使用しパッ
キンを設けた印判は、実公昭60−21237号[以上
(ニ)]・実開平3−116963号[以下(ホ)]が
ある。しかしながら、前記(イ)は、速乾性インキを使
用しておらず、気密性は考慮されていない。従って、気
密性について欠点を有する。(ロ)・(ハ)は印判への
インキの塗布を目的としており、上記(イ)と同様な欠

おり、キャップにパッキンを設け、キャップと本体を螺
子嵌合することにより気密保持している。(ホ)は、コ
字状のパッキンを設けており独立分離可能なキャップを
本体に押圧し、前記パッキンと両サイドの爪をもって、
キャップと本体との気密保持をしている。よって、
(イ)の様に簡便にキャップの開閉及び気密保持を行な
うことが出来ないという欠点を有する。他、パッキンを
押圧して気密保持するために、(イ)・(ホ)のパッキ
ン附設状態であれば強い押圧力が必要となる。なぜな
ら、パッキンは、コ字形をしていても、開口辺を保持壁
に当接させて(開口辺を上向きに閉口辺を下向きにし
