印判本体の下端にその印字面から揮発性インキが揮発することを防止するためのキャップを嵌装するようにした印判は実公昭60−21237号、実公平2−34054号などにより広く知られている。これらは、キャップと印判本体との接触面にシール部材を介在させることにより揮発防止効果を得ているが、両者を均一に密着させる必要がある為、ねじ嵌合など均一な力をもって嵌合できる構成をとる必要があり、したがって丸型印判しか存在していなかった。
そこで、本出願人は実公平7−9657においてフック部材による挟付嵌合を提案し、キャップと印判本体とを密着させて両者の気密を図り、丸型印判以外の多角形印判もインキの揮発防止効果を有する印判を得ることができた。
しかしながら、実公平7−9657号はフック部材の爪が存在する箇所と爪が存在しない箇所に微妙な嵌合力の差が生じて接触間の極く微細な細隙を通じてインキが揮発してしまい、この程度のシールではインキの揮発を完全に防止できず、時間の経過につれてインキが揮発してしまう欠点があった。

次に、本発明を図示の実施例により詳細に説明する。
本発明の印判は、印判本体1とキャップとからなり、以下それぞれ詳述する。1は略直方体のホルダー3の下方に印字体収納筒部4を続かせてなる印判本体であって、ホルダー3の上端開口には表示ラベル付きの蓋2を嵌着し、印字体収納筒部4には多孔質印字体5と必要に応じインキ吸蔵体6が収納してある。また、前記ホルダー3の下方周面には鍔部7を一体に張設してある。実施例ではホルダー3の中腹部分に仕切りを設け、インキ補充口8及びバネ9を設置し、バネ9の弾発下に多孔質印字体5とインキ吸蔵体6とを収納させてある。

このように構成されたものは、前記内キャップ21が弾性体29を介して昇降可能に前記外キャップ22に保持されているので、前記内キャップ21が前記弾性体29によって弾発上昇して前記シール部材24が前記鍔部7の下端に達し、キャップ20内を外部と完全に遮断することができるので、多孔質印字体5に揮発性のスタンプインキを含浸させた場合でも、多孔質印字体5からのインキの揮発を完全に防止できる。
印判を使用する時は、外キャップ22の一対のフック部材26の操作部を連結部28の弾発力に抗して押圧すれば、フック部材26が開動し、フック部材26の爪部7とホルダー3の鍔部7との係合が解かれてキャップ20は外れ、多孔質印字体5は捺印するうえに適量のスタンプインキが浸出された状態で露呈されるから、後は従来の印判と同様にホルダー3を把持して捺印操作を行えばよい。
なお、実施例では印字体収納筒部4内に多孔質印字体5とインキ吸蔵体6を収容してあるが、インキ吸蔵体6を用いなくても一向に構わない。また、本実施例はホルダー3の中腹部分の仕切りにインキ補充口8を設けたので、印字体収納筒部4を取り外さなくても、インキを補充することができ、インキ補給を行うのに好都合なものとなる。また、ホルダー3の中腹部分にバネ9を設置し、バネ9の弾発下に多孔質印字体5とインキ吸蔵体6とを収納させてあるので、捺印時のクッション性を高めることができる。
