Of tantalum disulfide, graphite, fluorinated graphite, mica and other layered solids, inorganic fluorides, inorganic sulfides, non-layered inorganic substances such as metal oxides, soft metals such as lead, tin, silver and copper, tungsten and molybdenum Hard metal, tetrafluoroethylene resin, polyimide, polyacetal, polyethylene, nylon,
It is well known that epoxy resin, phenol resin, polyurethane and other polymer materials are used. In addition to such solid lubricants, liquid lubricating oils such as petroleum-based lubricating oils, synthetic lubricating oils, water-based lubricating oils, and petroleum-based or synthetic lubricating oils are mainly used as base oils, and semi-thickeners containing these thickeners are added. It is also widely known that there is a solid lubricant (grease). In particular, for semi-solid lubricants, recently (for example, Japanese Patent Application No. 61-250417), in addition to base oils and thickeners, organic molybdenum compounds such as molybdenum dialkyl (or diaryl) dithiophosphates, and Has developed a technique for improving lubrication characteristics by adding an organic zinc compound such as zinc dialkyl (or diaryl) dithiophosphate, and organic compounds of molybdenum and zinc are attracting attention.

It can be said that it is extremely convenient for uniformly adding and mixing with grease to improve lubrication characteristics.

ことが課題となっていた。As described above, in the prior art, an organic molybdenum compound such as molybdenum dialkyl (or diaryl) dithiophosphate, or an organic zinc compound such as zinc dialkyl (or diaryl) dithiophosphate is used as a lubricating component. In this case, there is a problem that even if there is a method of dissolving it in a base oil as a liquid or a viscous liquid and adding a thickening agent to form a grease, no other aspect has been found yet. The task was to do so.

Examples thereof include α-naphthylamine, but the present invention is not limited thereto. If the amine compound has a boiling point or a decomposition point higher than the reaction temperature in the present invention, that is, 165 to 230 ° C., it disappears during the reaction. It is preferable because it can be used without any treatment.

Turbine oil may be used, but the solvent is not limited to this, and any solvent capable of dissolving the above compounds and sufficiently withstanding the reaction temperature, that is, 165 to 230 ° C. may be used.

This is because it is not preferable because it approaches the point.

The obtained product has a large amount of high-boiling point solvent adhering to the surface, so it is desirable to remove it.To do this, wash with a relatively low-boiling point solvent such as petroleum benzine, and after washing, The solvent, which has been dried and used for washing, is evaporated to leave a powdery product with a clean surface.

Therefore, the elemental composition of the product, the yield, the lubricity and the like can be changed by adjusting the reaction conditions such as the compounding ratio of the raw material compounds, the concentration, the reaction temperature and the reaction time.

It settled. This precipitate was separated by filtration with No.5B filter paper, and then repeatedly washed with petroleum benzine until the washing filtrate became colorless and the mixture of raw material molybdenum or zinc was not observed by infrared spectroscopy. I repeated. Transfer the washed product to the dryer,
It was dried on an analytical balance until there was no loss of weight, and about 0.32 g of powder was obtained. The constituent element ratio of this product was molybdenum (Mo) 1, zinc (Zn) 1.7, phosphorus (P) 3.7, and sulfur (S) 4.6. Since this elemental ratio is greatly different from the compounding composition of the raw material compounds, it was found to be a new reaction product.

To prepare 5% by weight of grease A, and as a control product, molybdenum disulfide powder (Dow Corning Co., Ltd .: Moricoat Microsize Powder) is added to the polyurea additive-free grease in the same manner as described above so as to be 5% by weight. In addition, grease C was prepared. The lubrication characteristics of the obtained three kinds of grease were compared by a Savan type abrasion tester.

わかった。Here, the Savan type abrasion tester has a diameter as shown in FIG.
A 1 / 4-inch steel ball 2 is brought into contact with a rotating ring 1 having a width of 40 mm and a width of 4 mm. The surface roughness in the width direction of the rotating ring 1 is 1.6 to 1.9 S, and the surface roughness in the axial direction is 0.4 to It is set as 0.6S. Rotation ring 1 for measuring the friction coefficient of grease
At a peripheral speed of 108 m / min, a load of 1 kgf is applied, grease is supplied from the lower end of the rotating ring 1 to the surface of the rotating ring 1 through the sponge 3, and the movement of the air slide 4 supporting the steel balls 2 is moved. Detect at 5. The friction coefficient and wear scar average type obtained for the greases A, B, and C in this manner are shown collectively in FIG. As is clear from FIG. 1, in comparison with the polyurea-free additive grease B, the grease obtained by mixing the powder obtained by the method of the present invention markedly reduces both the friction coefficient and the wear scar diameter. The degree is much larger than that of grease C mixed with molybdenum disulfide, and it was found that it can be used as an excellent solid lubricant.
