たものであり、種々の力が加わったときに地上建屋と地
下室とが一体的に作用し、地下建屋の基礎の不同沈下や
地下室の不同浮上を惹起するおそれがなく、更に加うる
に、大きな土圧、地下水圧等が加わった場合にも地下構
築物が変形するおそれがない地下室付き建築物の構築方
法を提供することを課題とするものである。
