Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、その棚に複数のデイスク状記録担体を収め
ることのできるマガジンと、デイスク状記録担体をマガ
ジンの棚から取り出すための機構とを有するデイスクプ
レーヤに関する。
このようなデイスクプレーヤは、例えばCDプレーヤま
たはビデオデイスクプレーヤである。デイスク状記録担
体を記憶媒体として動作するコンピユータも対象とな
る。公知のCDプレーヤでは、演奏すべきCDデイスクを機
構によりマガジンから完全に取り出し、デイスク駆動体
に載置する。演奏後CDデイスクは再びデイスクのために
設けられた棚に押し込まれる。
この種のCDプレーヤの重大な欠点はマガジンのため大
きな場所が必要であることである。そのため特にCDプレ
ーヤを自動車に取り付ける際の障害となる。なぜなら一
般に自動車の計器盤にはラジオ、カセツトレコーダ、お
よびCDプレーヤに対して僅かな空間しかないからであ
る。
従って本発明の課題は、マガジンを有する、硬質なデ
イスクにも適したデイスクプレーヤが、僅かな場所しか
必要としないように構成することである。
この課題は、マガジンの各棚の底部において、半円形
状の切欠部がマガジンの取り出し側に設けられ、この半
円形状の切欠部の直径はデイスク状記録担体の直径より
も大きく選定され、演奏のために取り出されたデイスク
状記録担体は前記切欠部内で自由に回転できるように構
成することにより解決される。
第１図は、光学的走査器と、デイスク駆動体と本発明
によるCDプレーヤの模式図、第２図は、マガジンの棚を
示す図である。
第１図にはCDデイスクＰの演奏される様子が示されて
いる。CDデイスクは、デイスク駆動体ＡがCDデイスクの
孔部Ｂに係合することのできる程度までしかマガジンか
ら取り出されない。その他、CDデイスクをマガジンから
取り出し再び中に押し込むために必要な時間が大幅に短
縮される。
第２図には、マガジンの棚の形が図示されている。マ
ガジンの各棚の底部に半円形状の切欠部Ｋが設けられて
いる。この切欠部Ｋの直径はCDデイスクＰの直径よりも
やや大きくなるように選定されている。演奏中このCDデ
イスクＰは正確にこの切欠部Ｋの中にあり、この切欠部
Ｋの中でこのデイスクは自由に回転できる。個々の棚が
僅かな高さしか有しないため、マガジン全体は低くな
り、その結果場所が節約される。
本発明は決してCDプレーヤに限定されるものではな
い。本発明は、デイスク状記録担体なら、たとえ接触方
式であろうと無接触方式であろうと情報を読み出す総て
の機器に適用される。

    (57)【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】マガジン（Ｍ）及び取り出し機構を有する
    デイスクプレーヤであって、前記マガジン（Ｍ）は複数
    の棚を有し、前記複数の棚に複数のデイスク状記録担体
    （Ｐ）を収める事ができ、前記取り出し機構は、デイス
    ク駆動体（Ａ）が前記デイスク状記録担体（Ｐ）の孔部
    （Ｂ）へ係合することができる程度だけ、前記演奏する
    べきデイスク状記録担体（Ｐ）をマガジン（Ｍ）の外に
    取り出す機構であるデイスクプレーヤにおいて、 マガジン（Ｍ）の各棚の底部において、半円形状の切欠
    部（Ｋ）は、マガジン（Ｍ）の取り出し側に設けられて
    おり、 この半円形状の切欠部（Ｋ）の直径はデイスク状記録担
    体の直径よりも大きく選定されており、 演奏のために取り出されたデイスク状記録担体（Ｐ）は
    前記切欠部（Ｋ）内で自由に回転できるように構成され
    ていることを特徴とするデイスクプレーヤ。
