However, recent thermal transfer ink paper is thinned (about 4 to 10 μm) in order to improve thermal efficiency. Moreover, in the recording apparatus for images, the conversion from the serial head to the line head is remarkable in order to increase the printing speed, and in this case, the width of the ink paper is 106 mm for A6 size and 21 mm for A4 size.
It becomes very wide with 0 mm, and wrinkles easily occur due to uneven ink paper tension.

Further, FIG. 6 shows a side view at the time of recording. When one shaft end of the supply shaft 3 swings and moves from the solid line to the position shown by the broken line, between the supply shaft 3 and the head contact portion 52. If the length of the fed ink paper 2 does not change, one side of the ink paper 2 sags, and at the time when the printing paper 26 overlaps the ink paper 2 during printing, the immediate printing paper edge P is shown (shown by the broken line in the figure). The photographic printing paper 26 gradually skews as it arrives at the head contact portion 52. Particularly in the case of color printing, when the printing paper 26 rotates three times (yellow, magenta, cyan) on the circumference of the drum 7, the printing paper 26 is 26-1, 26-2, 26- as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 3, the amount of skew is increased, and the printing screen printed on the printing paper 26 causes color shift corresponding to the amount of skew, and the resolution of the print is significantly reduced.

FIG. 8 is a perspective view of another embodiment suitable for integrally molding the cassette of the present invention with a pair of punching dies, and FIGS. 9 and 10 are sectional views thereof. In this embodiment, the first
The winding accommodating portion 37 in the cassette 1 shown in the figure is not a substantially cylindrical shape for accommodating most of the winding shaft 4, but a substantially flat plate shape for connecting the winding outer bearing portion 24 and the winding inner bearing portion 25. (Hereinafter referred to as front joining member 37). The same applies to the supply storage section 38 (hereinafter referred to as the rear joining member 38). Further, in FIG. 9, the ink paper 2 is shown as a dotted line at the beginning of use and as a solid line at the end of use, but the joining member 39 is provided so as to cover the side surface of the existing region of the ink paper 2. Four bearings 22,23,
The outer dimensions of 24 and 25 are the same as when the ink paper 2 shown in FIG. 9 is completely covered by the supply shaft 3 or the winding shaft 4 (when the cassette 1 is used and when it is used). Set a few millimeters larger than the diameter. Especially, the inner and outer bearings 24,2 on the winding side
It is desirable that the outer dimension of the inner side of the inner bearing portions 22 and 23 of the supply side 5 is larger. This is because the ink paper 2 that is wound after recording is deformed by the heating accompanying recording and the winding diameter after the entire amount is covered is larger than the initial winding diameter.

Further, a protrusion-shaped stopper 34 is provided on the inside of the cassette 1 of the winding inner bearing portion 22 and the supply inner bearing portion 24, and the winding outer side of the winding shaft 4 (not shown, but the supply shaft 3 is the same). A spring 46 is attached to the shaft end on the side of the bearing portion 34 so that a load acts in the axial direction shown by the arrow B, and a stopper receiver 47 is provided at the other end. 1

In addition, in each of the bearing portions 22, 23, 24 and 25, since the bearing hole of the winding shaft 4 is formed by the pair of punching dies, the protruding portion is formed in the axial direction.
44 is provided to form a semi-circular hole portion 48 having different steps.
44 is a semi-circular hole portion 48 with respect to the region C where each bearing portion 22, 23, 24, 25 is connected to each joining member 37, 38, and is made to project substantially to the opposite side. The portion with the protruding portion 44 has high strength due to its uneven structure, but has a sufficient elastic deformation range in the region C due to the substantially flat plate structure. For this reason, when the winding shaft 4 having the ink paper 2 wound therein is mounted on the cassette 1, the winding outer bearing portion 24 and the winding inner bearing portion 25 are spread to spread the receiving portion 4-1 and the other end, respectively. It may be inserted into the semicircular hole portion 48. The same applies when the supply shaft 3 is mounted.

In addition, since the cross section of the cassette 1 covers the area where the ink paper 1 exists, the ink paper 1 is different when the cassette 1 is mounted on the recording apparatus or when the cassette 1 is temporarily placed on a flat surface such as a desk. There is no fear of being injured by touching other objects (such as desks). Thus, according to the present invention, the same operation and the same effect as the embodiment of the cassette 1 shown in FIG. 1 are obtained.

Further, since the present cassette 1 is integrally formed, the manufacturing cost is low, and the material cost can be reduced because it is composed of only skeleton elements. Furthermore, when assembling the ink cassette, the work is easy and the assembly efficiency is good.
A very inexpensive cassette can be obtained.
